Negative experience: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN THEY HAND YOU THE PASSPORT THAT COST YOU ALMOST 300 USD AND WAITING 3 MONTHS TO PICK IT UP. THEY PUT A STICKER WITH ADVERTISING ON IT THAT ALMOST COSTS YOU TO TEAR THE PASSPORT TO REMOVE IT. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO STICK ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING ON AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT, AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEY SHOULD NOT DO THAT, THE GENTLEMAN WHO WORKS THERE TREATED ME BADLY AND LIED TO ME SAYING THAT IT WAS DONE BY HEADQUARTERS, WHICH IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE HE DID IT IN FRONT OF ME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED AT THIS AGENCY; I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It’s incredible how they lie publicly to avoid losing customers. FIRST: THIS IS HOW CUBA REQUIRES THAT YOU PUT A VACUBA ADVERTISING LABEL ON THE PASSPORTS; NO ONE BELIEVES THAT. THE STICKER CONTAINS ONLY ADVERTISING DATA FOR VACUBA, PHONE NUMBER, AND ADDRESS OF Vacuba IN HIALEAH GARDENS, OR DO YOU EXPECT CUBANS TO BE SO FOOLISH AS TO BELIEVE THAT THE CUBAN GOVERNMENT PROMOTES THIS AGENCY? HA HA SECOND: I CALLED HEADQUARTERS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT ADVISE DOING THAT, THAT IT WAS THE AGENCY’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DO IT, BUT ON TOP OF THAT, THE MAN WHO WORKS THERE DID IT IN FRONT OF ME. THIRD: IF THE COST IS 250, THERE’S ONLY 50 USD MISSING FOR 300. FOURTH: IN AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT, NO ONE CAN STICK ANYTHING. THEY HAVE NO JUSTIFICATION FOR HAVING DONE IT, AND IT WOULD BE VERY GOOD FOR FUTURE CLIENTS THAT REQUEST PASSPORTS NOT TO DO IT AGAIN SO THAT NO ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH. I GAIN NOTHING BY LYING, I REQUESTED A SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR, BUT I CONSIDER IT FAIR TO EXPOSE MY EXPERIENCE SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE DON’T GO THROUGH WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, AND IT’S MY RIGHT TO DO SO, AND THAT'S WHY I DO IT. BE MORE PROFESSIONAL IN YOUR WORK SO THAT PEOPLE TURN TO YOUR AGENCY, RATHER THAN TRYING TO COVER UP A BAD SERVICE. It goes without saying that you should not stick any material or apply stickers to your passport. Putting anything in your passport as covering material is illegal in most countries. In some airports abroad, immigration staff can add easily removable stickers to mark your passport for your verification process. INCREDIBLE: AFTER EXPRESSING MY OPINION ON THIS SITE BACKED BY ALL THE RIGHTS THAT ASSIST ME IN A FREE COUNTRY, WHICH I ALSO CONSIDER FAIR SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT EXPERIENCE THIS, THE WORKERS OF THIS AGENCY HAVE BEEN SENDING ME SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGES TRYING TO COVER UP THEIR BAD SERVICE AND HARASSING ME FOR EXPRESSING MY OPINION, WHICH FURTHER CONFIRMS THE BAD OPINION ABOUT THIS AGENCY. Fantastic experience: This VaCuba office is located in Hialeah Gardens, heavy traffic all around but it’s conveniently situated in a big Plaza with lots of parking spaces, I was treated like family, within minutes we were talking like we knew each other from a long time, the process of the passport renewal was explained thoroughly and they made sure that the phone number I gave them was the correct one. Will come back for all the renewals and other services.

Negative experience: They are impossible to get a hold of… I renewed my Cuban passport in March and we are now in July and they have not given me a status update about the whereabouts of my passport. I’ve called multiple times I’ve sent them WhatsApp messages and no response.

Negative experience: Compre una moto eléctrica para enviar a Cuba y llego rota, falla en los frenos y en la bocinas. Después de un mes me dijeron que la persona que la recibe en Cuba firmó , no se puede hacer nada, claro la persona firma recibida una moto en una caja desarmada, luego q abres la caja vez la pieza rota , estoy bien molesta , es un engaño y una trampa, pagas por una moto supuestamente nueva y entregan una moto con defectos y lo peor no reconocen, se perdió el dinero y nadie se hace responsable… Tramposos y ladrones ..y la persona en los reclamos grosería y falta de respeto….

Negative experience: He usado los servicios de Vacuba por muchos años y la verdad tenía muy buena opinión acerca de su servicios pero han decaído tanto que dudo vuelva a ese lugar, el servicio al cliente malísimo, no tienen educación ni son profesionales, ni cumplen con los horarios. La oficina Portofino de Hialeah y la oficina de la 68th en Hialeah las persona que atienden esas dos oficinas trabajan muy mal. No les recomiendo a Nadie que vaya allí.

Estuve todos los meses llamando pues todo estaba cerrado,cuando abrieron empecé a ir pero nadie podía darme una respuesta!Tuve que ir a la oficina central y exigir ver a un manager para reclamar la devolución de mi dinero por el envío y por el costo de mis artículos,No recomiendo esta agencia para ningún cubano! No hay cordinacion , por parte de los representantes. La atencion de Saily fue buena, gracias a ella por preocuparse personalmente de mi problema. Por mi parte no vuelvo mas ahi, espero que mejoren su servicio.
