Tiel was amazing in all ways: responsive, informative, interested, engaging; and if she didn’t know the answer to one of Mike’s dozens of questions, she outdid herself finding the answer. We have used her more than once, and will continue to use her services.

Fantastic experience: Tiel McKee was referred to me through my hairstylist! My husband and I were looking to plan our honeymoon to Puerto Rico and procrastinated heavily because we were so overwhelmed. Tiel made the process TOO easy for us to pick our destination and lodging, book a rental car, and lock in our trip in the span of about a week. She came to us with several options in different price ranges to help us make a decision on what we wanted to spend on different aspects of our trip, and then we were OFF. Fantastic experience: Tiel is awesome! She partnered with Make A Wish and planned an amazing trip for my daughter and our family at an all inclusive resort. With COVID, my daughter had been eagerly anticipating this trip for 2 years and was so nervous about if it would even happen. Tiel truly made a wish come true in every way possible by considering every detail from flight seats down to arranging for a welcome bag to be placed in the resort room with little gifts for my daughter. She payed so much attention to every detail and did everything she could to make my daughter feel special. The surprise tour Tiel booked was one of the highlights of the trip. Tiel kept me informed throughout the entire process with check ins to make sure we had everything we needed for the trip. Tiel even checked in on us when one of our return flights got delayed due to weather. We are so impressed and will definitely book future adventures with her.

Fantastic experience: Tiel has helped us book multiple wonderful vacations. The most recent was for our 20th wedding anniversary to Jamaica. Based on Tiel's recommendation, she booked us a great room at Sandals Royal Caribbean. We had an issue on our first night at the resort with the noise level coming from the entertainment DJ. We reached out to Tiel to see what could be done (note: Tiel was also out of the country on vacation herself). My husband went to the front desk to speak to management and by the time he got there, Tiel had already called the resort and addressed the issue. The music was turned down and we were able to move rooms to a more quiet part of the resort the following day. This type of customer service goes above and beyond and turned a negative beginning to one of the most wonderful experiences we've had thus far. Tiel has a great passion for what she does and takes personal responsibility and care for her clients. She will always be our go to travel agent!

I was finding it very hard to find flights that worked with our dates and accommodations as well as a trip to Disney. Fantastic experience: We had an AMAZING time! Tiel made it effortless. Our only regret was that we didn’t get a second room for the kids! We got the drinks package which included fancy cocktails, top shelf anything, blended or regular coffee drinks, smoothies, milkshakes, soda, water bottles, etc… we were so impressed by that! Our excursion was wonderful and we got couples massages that were just what we needed. The little Italian restaurant was worth the small extra charge, that was our favorite meal, the kids REALLY enjoyed their clubs even my 13 year old. It was truly wonderful. Thank you Tiel!

Negative experience: Our family planned an international trip. Due to the pandemic, we were unsure if we would be able to get our passports in time (which was relayed to Tiel) and we weren’t sure when we would deliver our baby. She told us that we would get our money back as long as we paid a cancellation fee per person. We just weren’t sure if we could join our family for the trip. Our family was not informed or offered the the options of different insurance packages to get our money back in case we canceled the trip. Being that we weren’t aware that there are different cancellation packages, we did not receive our money back once we had to cancel. We paid around $8,000.00. It was a hassle getting in touch with the agent and she wasn’t sure of what to do or how to handle the situation. She gave us a number to speak with someone else to have the situation resolved and they informed us that we had to go through her to get our money back because she’s a franchise. A lot of back and forth! Even though she told us that we could get our money back, we only received a credit that’s only good for international travel. I would not recommend this agent at all.

Fantastic experience: We've always gone cruising for vacation and Tiel set us up with an all inclusive resort in Negril and it was by far one of my favorite vacations of all time. She planned everything so all we had to do is RELAX and HAVE FUN! You should definitely take the stress out of trying to plan your own vacation and let the experts do it for you!

Fantastic experience: Tiel at Dream Vacations was fantastic! She helped us plan our honeymoon to the Maldives from start to finish. She was very responsive in communicating and would advise of necessary information to know while traveling between countries. This was very useful as we were traveling a year into Covid and many countries had specific entry requirements. In addition, our flights kept changing due to the airlines so Tiel made sure she worked with us to get the flights we wanted when the airlines decided to change things up. We really appreciated having her and will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a travel agent.

She works within our budget and when we had vacations put on hold due to Covid she was able to secure us vouchers to use this year without any problems. Fantastic experience: I just love love Tiel, she very sweet, knows the travel world, and very attentive to your needs. This is my second time booking with Tiel. We stayed at the Finest Playa Mujeres Resort in Cancun. Great choice we had such a great . Tiel was there when we needed her for any questions we had. We didn't have any issue, just needed so travel documents, which she wasted no time in sending. Overall I would give Tiel 10 stars if I could. Will be booking soon for a trip to Jamaica in December, she has planted a travel bug in us. Will update again after the next trip

We had originally booked our trip for September but were unable to go due to Covid and work so we were able to rebook for March. It was easy and Tiel was there every step of the way to assist us.
