Fantastic experience: I just joined AAA this year after needing an international drivers license. Which they did for free by me joining. I still don't worry about my car breaking down or needing roadside assistance. What I found out was all of the other free services they offer. Like currency exchange and passport photos, etc. Also, every time I go there everybody is so kind and helpful. They all work together and help each other when there is something that they are not sure about. Which I something that you don't see too much these days.

Fantastic experience: My mother has been a member for as long as I can remember, well just recently she had a dead battery I called and within 1 hr we had the most delightful worker Barba S. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about cars etc. I don’t know if she can be requested or not but I know I would absolutely ask for her again if we needed any service from AAA again. Barbara S is the best!

Negative experience: Waited 7hrs for no one to call back even after I made 3 inquiring phone calls to see exactly what was going on. Very disappointing, I've used them in the past with no problems getting a tow. This makes me wonder if I should renew my policy considering I'm not getting the service I'm paying for.

He took me and my car to a good shop and helped me with my plan to get home. AAA is always a great choice, but I was beyond pleased with my service today from Don.

Fantastic experience: I needed trip tix from Shelton to Islamorada showing all the rest stops. They had the map book and and all of the trip books for each state I was going to travel through ready in a flash, along with some helpful reminders about Easy Pass and Sun Pass.

Negative experience: Rude service for no reason. Was the only person there. Not busy at all. I don't care if you're nice to me, but please be profession at the least.

Fantastic experience: First time going to this AAA branch. I went to get a passport photo and some paperwork notarized on my lunch break. I was quickly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. The picture came out great and they had me in an out in under 10 minutes. To say I was impressed is an understatement. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Negative experience: I guess you do a shift change where every driver is unavailable at the same time called at 2.30 was told a driver coming by 2.50 another driver in car 201 sitting across the street was asked if they could help was told no after 3.00 called a second time and told about shift change just the run around on a cold day and someone finally showed up at 3.45 nice work.

Fantastic experience: They were able to locate me quickly without having my membership card on me - a deer jumped out and I avoided luckily but needed a tire change. Within 20 they got me a lift and the guy was a real one, changed the tire fast while we laughed and then got me on my way. I really needed them to come through and they did. Thank you to this crew.

Fantastic experience: I needed an international driver's permit, and was in and out in 10 minutes max. If you need passport photos and the like, this is a good place. Sadly they don't do license renewals in this part of the state at AAA anymore. Good for purchasing foreign currency as well.

Negative experience: wish they would renew drivers license but they don't.. not even for members . oh and there is a limit on towing you pay 8o something dollars a year and if you don't use it for like years and years they ard fine.. then you need it several times in one year.. just bad luck.. and too bad you only get 4 times you can call for help in a calandef ywar that starts in sept.. much rather get towing threw my insurance co.. chesper and no limits. .. so bye AAA.

Negative experience: Tom Lowe does not have your best interest. He lacks communication skills and common sense. I suggest staying far-far away from him . He makes choices and decisions not based on consent of the customer. Due to my experience I am looking at changing out every AAA policy I have (house, auto..etc).

Fantastic experience: Being a Fla resident I thought it would be smart to open up membership with the extended tow package.. a great deal I recommend for everyone.. but being an Fla resident they could not help .I had this membership before.. anyways the store is very organized and was greeted immediately Ample parking and nice people.. check them out... AAA rocks.. This review is an unbiased critique.. Could be a cool gift idea..

Negative experience: AAA should never have chosen CSAA for the insurance carrier, what an awful experience both with CSAA and AAA while filing a simple property damage claim for a hit and on our parked unoccupied vehicle. What a disgrace. Terrible customer service, never had a worse insurance experience. Going to drop them for all my insurance needs!

Negative experience: Not informed about a special promotion properly when inquired. Was told the promotion was over on July 31st and when I arrived today they said it ended this morning. Customer service needs to be improved. I took the afternoon off because of 5 pm closing. I am not a happy triple A member today! Manager informed before I left the office.

Fantastic experience: The people here are very nice... I use to come here for minor DMV services but I recently found put they do not have a contract with the State of CT, so they no long do any DMV services. The closest AAA office that still does DMV services is the office in Old Saybrook.

Negative experience: So very unprofessional! Had an appointment to book a vacation. When we arrived the agent was taking care of a walk in. After waiting 30 minutes we were told she would be at least an hour. Asked if we would see another agent. That agent asked us to come back and return at a later time.. Told her this was unacceptable and left. Went to a reputable travel agent and booked a 10 day trip to Europe. Don't waste your time here.

Fantastic experience: Great all around place to go for AAA members. In and out license renewal plus the travel services are amazing. They helped us plan our dream vacation to Disney and the trip was awesome. Perfect planning down to the last detail! Also needed passport photos and had them done in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this AAA branch. Update, had a very bad experience with a local tow company & the staff here went out of their way to help me fix it. I love being a member with this branch so close-by. Thanks so much for all the help. AAA membership is very well worth it in this area!!

Negative experience: This is the second time I renewed my license at AAA Milford. The first time was good . RECENTLY however service was terrible since they did not take my renewal in order and put another non member ahead of me while I stood waiting , I saw this person come in as I was waiting . I brought it to the manager's attention ,his explanation was not accurate ,he said the other person came in before me He told me at times people have waited 2 hours. I would NEVER go there again . They do not deserve to be a license renewal facility.

Fantastic experience: All of the employees at this location were pleasant. They were very helpful not just to me but to every customer who walked in the door. I will only go to the DMV if I have no other choice from now on.

Negative experience: Dont try calling this place, unless u have an hour to spare, called to get some quotes and couldn't get through, spent 20+mins waiting for someone to just answer the phone, even opted for the call return service and still waiting.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer experience; I originally didn't have the paperwork needed to complete my transaction, but I was thoroughly advised by a representative and when I came back with the correct paperwork, the process was completely smooth.
