Fantastic experience: A fantastic house with a more fantastic view. This house is in ranches off Fox Farm Road of Mountain Village. The house is a short drive from the lifts and is luxurious. The kitchen is spacious and well supplied. The hot tub is larger than typical. Views from the deck cannot be beaten.

Positive experience: Felt at home with comfort and amenities et all. However the reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that this is the first time I see access to the grill via master while there is a window in the living room that can easily converted to a door to the balcony. Otherwise all is perfect for the price. Thanks to thhe home owners and İnvited home staff

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time at Mountain Village in Telluride. Our apartment at Sky High was fantastic: perfect location next to the gondolas, nicely furnished, all amenities necessary to make us feel at home, and a great view of the main plaza. Lindsey and her team were always accesible to answer and solve any questions we had. We will most probably try to repeat this wonderful family trip .

Negative experience: NO REFUND The homes in their inventory are exceptional; larger than most found on Airbnb, newer, and elegant. That is why we decided to rent with them instead of Airbnb or VRBO. We booked in January 2024, for our large family Colorado Christmas vacay in December 2024. In May 2024, we found out one of our kids was going to be having a baby the very week we booked our home! I emailed on May 17th and then called to cancel the reservation. I found out they would be happy to cancel the reservation but would not refund our money. They said they would be happy to move the reservation to a different date (earlier) but we specifically scheduled the reservation so we would have a snowy adventure. In the end, they were very nice, but ultimately we didn't get our money refunded. We learned an expensive lesson.

Fantastic experience: Spent 3 days in TellurIde. The property was outstanding and invited home staff prompt answered any questions we had or came quickly if needed. I would use them again.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I frequently visit Telluride and have stayed in multiple places, but this particular home is over the top. From the beautiful furnishings to the beautiful views this is truly one of a kind. Whether you choose to sit inside or outside on one of the two balconies, the views are absolutely second to none. In addition, the management team are very much engaged and making sure that your stay top-notch. We still look forward to returning again soon. Enjoy.

Positive experience: Overall our experience in the house was great. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were even able to check in early which was so wonderful. The reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is that one of the 4 bedrooms was actually a loft so had no door and was just above the kitchen and living room. I don’t recall reading about a loft so when we showed up we were surprised. It did create issues with our 10 person group so knowing ahead of time would have been beneficial. I also recommend stocking the bathrooms more appropriately for our group size. One small bar of soap doesn’t quite do the trick.

Fantastic experience: This house was incredible! It has everything you need with luxury modern amenities. The rooms are well appointed and plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The sauna and hot tub were our favorites ! We were three families with young kids and couldnt ask for a better set up. Ski and ski out was easy. Kitchen and dining were great for large parties. If only we could have stayed longer ! We will definitely be renting this house again.

Positive experience: This was our 2nd stay at Granita Penthouse, which wasn’t as fabulous as the first time. It’s BEAUTIFUL, clean and location is ideal. Views are stunning. Images accurately reflect the property. The downsides…this appears to be an investment that the owner takes no pride in. -Hot tub - broken heater discovered on our arrival day before check in, no part available, wasn’t repaired during our stay. Management company didn’t keep us updated, and we needed to reach out for updates. -Reverted to use steam shower in the main bathroom after a long day of activities (since no hot tub)…that didn’t work either. -Coffee maker - leaked all over counter the first morning, management company promptly replaced with a new $15 pot that made coffee that tasted like plastic chemicals. -Patio not clean..covered with dead bugs/flies. -Washer/dryer has seen better days. -Safety - door lock to main building lobby broken.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous house in amazing location. We loved being across the street from the Gondola and the fabulous grocery. Mountain village is a great place to stay. I have stayed in town in the past and thought that best but after staying in the village, we loved it! Views and fun transport to and from town on the Gondolas gave us lots of flexibility with our group. Home is so well appointed and the invited home crew was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again

Positive experience: Beautiful, convenient and busy! Cassidy Ridge is a great property. It’s an easy walk or drive to the Market Gondola and has incredible views. InvitedHome was polite and helpful. The condo wasn’t quite ready for arrival, and they sent housekeeping immediately to finish preparing the space. The condo is a good size, includes garage access and a full sized washer/dryer. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen lighting is dark but not a big deal. My only real complaint (the 4 star rating) is that there was a lot of morning noise at this unit. The trash pickup is right below the primary bedroom, and the truck was loud. Other days, a large crane was outside the windows doing exterior repairs (see photos). It’s summer and I understand it’s construction season, but I wish I had known ahead of time how much was happening. We still enjoyed our stay and the views are glorious. Great trip.

Fantastic experience: Our family had a wonderful time at the Cassidy Ridge home we rented in Mountain View through Invited Home! It was spacious enough for my husband and I as well as our son, his wife and 3 children. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and the main living area and balcony were comfortable with amazing views! There were easy to access ride services and quick gondola rides to Mountain Village Square as well as Telluride! Additionally, the Village Market was a short walk or drive from Cassidy Ridge and served all food and liquor needs. The restaurants, activities and entertainment were all within a short gondola ride. Invited Home provided a first class experience from booking to helpfulness with activities to responsiveness with any questions. We would highly recommend them. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation! Thanks Invited Home!!!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stay at the Cimarron Chalet with InvitedHome! The condo was beautiful and fully equipped with everything needed for our stay with extended family. We loved being right on the river, making the walk to town and festival grounds really easy...but also being tucked away on the quieter West side of town. The layout was also great with two floors, and dual-Master setups upstairs and downstairs -- perfect for two families. The furnishings were high-end -- we felt like we were at home rather than in a rental :). InvitedHome had great communication from the moment of booking, pre-arrival, on-site and post-stay. We had a small issue of the gas initially not being turned on when we arrived (i.e. no hot water), but the on-site team worked super fast to resolve that for us within a few hours. Our only critical feedback would be that for such a spacious condo, all the beds were only double-size, and at least one of the master bedrooms could definitely fit a queen or king for more room. But we'd definitely stay here and with InvitedHome again!

Fantastic experience: Invited Home was great! The property was just as pictured in the images. Due to the Bluegrass festival, we couldn’t find public parking for our extra vehicles and they helped us out and let us park at another one of their properties nearby. They were very accommodating and helpful during our entire stay. I would 100% recommend booking with them.

Fantastic experience: We rented out Mountain Kingdom in Breckenridge for a guys trip and it was fantastic! The house is big and the 8 of us had plenty of room to spread out. It’s nice to have your own bed and basically your own bathroom. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! The amenities at this house were awesome, we played pool, used the hot tub and sauna! One of my favorite parts of the house was the back deck overlooking the beautiful mountains. The hosts at InvitedHome were wonderful to work with, they made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us about our stay. I would recommend anyone to rent this house or any of their other properties!

Fantastic experience: We loved staying at the Ballad House. The location is perfect for music festivals in town park. The condo has 2 king master suites so is perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen is well stocked and cooking was a breeze. Unit has washer and dryer which is very useful when attending music festivals in rainy weather.

Fantastic experience: My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at Tomboy Retreat. What an awesome house! The kitchen was very well appointed, the house was extremely clean, the hot tub was so enjoyable, and the huge gas fireplace was a bonus for us every evening. The house is close to the gondola and we also enjoyed using the Dial A Ride service. Telluride and Mountain Village have many awesome restaurants that we enjoyed, but we also really enjoyed the meals we ordered from Larry Guilbeau. We highly recommend his chef service! My husband is from Louisiana and he said the crawfish étouffée was the best he had ever had! If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful, pristine home, then Tomboy Retreat Is definitely the place for you! Invited Home was a pleasure to work with as well. We are looking forward to planning our next trip to this wonderful place.

Fantastic experience: The view of the mountains is unsurpassed from the deck of this beautiful property! The large kitchen/family spaces accommodated our group of 14 very well. The children had a place for a running game of whiffle ball and arcade games. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. The free gondola into Telluride and a very nice market were nearby. This is a great family vacation property! A word on the management…the Invited Home team was very responsive and made the entire rental process and experience a pleasure!

Fantastic experience: Invited Home was great. I can’t speak highly enough of them. We stayed at Wild Cat Lair in Telluride and it was the perfect place. Super clean, ski in/ski out, great space and well stocked. Exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The Invited Home team was super responsive before, during and after the stay for any questions we had and even came one site the very next morning when we had a question the night before. I would fully recommend them without any reservations and we’ll be back to Wild Car Lair in Telluride.

Fantastic experience: The luxury home in Heber City, UT that we enjoyed for our large family reunion was the perfect place. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The large hot tub was wonderful. We had 14 people in it at one time. The game room was perfect with a pool table, pac man unit and a pin ball machine plus plenty of room for just relaxing. We enjoyed the large family room area with large couches for all to sit and relax. The large TV was welcomed as were the 7 bedrooms and 5 and 1\2 baths. There is plenty of room in the back yard for games. Plenty of parking spots. Our host, Deanna, was wonderful and answered every question promptly. We definitely would recommend this home for large groups.

Fantastic experience: Meadows Crossing at Aspen Ridge provided an amazing home base for our group of 9! Beautiful place in a perfect location, ski-in and ski-out and easy walk to Mountain Village. Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could need. Hot tub on deck allowed for relaxation after long days skiing on the mountain. The views from all windows was simply amazing! Would love to come back and stay here in future trips to Telluride!

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful, multi-level fun home! We thoroughly enjoyed our ski stay there and so convenient to just hop on the mountain and lift. The only issue was the bed in the lowest bedroom has a broken mattress so two of us had to sleep on the sofa-sleeper in the office. They need to get a new mattress down there to replace the broken one that you cannot sleep on. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The pictures don't do justice to the panoramic view of snow-capped, 14k mountain peaks off the back porch. Also, the description of the parking space at Mountain Village doesn't do justice to how close the space is or that it's enclosed in a secure garage. The house beds and linens were top shelf. Exceeded expectations. Note: ensure you have 4-wheel drive in the winter time though. At least the final road section remains covered in ice and snow.

Fantastic experience: Heber Valley Chalet was the perfect place for our little family get together. We had a group of 19 and it was roomy with plenty of bathrooms for all! We especially loved the kitchen and the game room! The whole family was addicted to the pinball machine. Lol beautiful views of the mountains from the backyard and hot tub! Not too far from Park City and Snow tubing at the Nordic Center. Plenty of markets and eating places about 5-10minutes away!! All in all, Heber Chalet had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation in Utah!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love this house. There were so many great extra details and things available. The shuttle to the slopes was five star picking up right at your door.

Negative experience: Our group stayed at the Haven In the Aspens property (Feb 5-9), which was clearly not checked prior to our stay or the management company did not want to tell us that the hot tub/jacuzzi that we paid a premium for was not working. This was not fixed for the entirety of our stay and the management company did nothing to remedy or make the situation right. I have emailed and texted them multiple times, but have not received a response. This put a damper on our vacation and considering the price we paid I would have expected a certain level of professionalism. Overall, extremely disappointing and would suggest avoiding this management company at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Invited Homes was amazing for our trip to Telluride. All communication leading up to our check in as well as any questions we and to checking out were perfect. The place was stunning with the best view of Mt. Wilson. The home was well stocked and an easy walk to everything. We will definitely use Invited Homes again. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Fantastic experience: Well appointed 3 bedroom townhouse in East Vail. Beds, pillows, appliances, utensils and furnishings were all top of the line. Bus comes every 15 minutes. Management were very quick to respond to questions and when the pilot light went out on the water heater someone came within in 2 hours to fix it. Only negative is no secure locker to keep skis They have a rack on back porch but I mostly left them in car. Minor thing that would not stop me from staying there next year. Customer service was above expectations.

Fantastic experience: Had a great stay at vista ridge! Ski in ski out was fabulous! Walking distance to mountain village restaurants! Took the gondola up to grab extra food items, and whole time was 15 minutes. Everything was smooth, easy, and we would definitely stay there again!

Positive experience: We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s beautiful and very comfortable. The management team was very responsive and helpful the entire time. Our only complaint is that it was advertised as a ski in/ski out and that’s a stretch. Other than that, I highly recommend staying there!

We rented Autumn Estate for late February. -Cleaning was immaculate, it looked the crew had prepped for a real estate showing or to set up for the home owner. -The home had an abundance of carefully considered amenities. The steam shower, gas fireplace, heated floor, and well stocked and organized kitchen was really impressive. -The layout of the home was incredible. So many beautiful views! Spectacular time, first class experience.

As our 6th annual family trip out west skiing (Brek, Jackson Hole, Vail, BigSky), I can stay without hesitation that the support was by far the best. In every way possible. I would definitely recommend this residence as it’s close to Canyon Village (mins) but still only 14 mins from Park City Ski Resort.

Fantastic experience: We had a group of 9 at Meadow Crossing at Aspen Ridge over Presidents Day Weekend. First time for us at Telluride. This house is the most UH-MAZING we have ever seen!!! Everything here is top of the line from the Wolf appliances to the heated floors. Premium bath products, gas fireplace, and hot tub overlooking the slopes. We could not have asked for more spectacular views from this home. Be back next year!

The leather chairs in the living room photo are not there and the storage in the master bedroom was not there. We had 4 adults and needed 4 comfy places to sit and every bit of storage for clothes. The agents were so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Even to the point of purchasing kitchen tools for our use. We are looking forward to a stay in Telluride at Trailside at Pine Meadows. We expect our stay to be even more wonderful than our last.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at InvitedHome was great during, before, and after our recent stay in Telluride. We worked with both the main office and a “local crew” in Telluride. Both were great and extremely helpful! Any questions we had they answered quickly and had solutions right away. We were able to communicate via text which was also really helpful. We will definitely use them in the future!

Fantastic experience: We stayed with invited homes at Kaytena peaks in Telluride and the place was very clean, comfortable and close to the lifts. would be a great location during ski season. It is a little dated but very spacious and plenty of room for our party of 7! They also had complementary slippers in each room which was nice. Would definitely stay here again hopefully when snowboarding

Fantastic experience: Five woods retreat was spacious and beautiful. We had an amazing view of the mountains and fall colors. Would definitely recommend for large families, the property is spacious and plenty of room to entertain and enjoy. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: This cabin far exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place to enjoy our entire family! The scenery is to die for and is so beautiful it doesn’t even look real! Invited Home was very helpful and made the entire process stress and worry free from before check in till after check out. The home has everything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There was not one complaint from our entire stay and we would love to come back in the future and stay longer. Don’t hesitate, just book this cabin, you won’t regret it!

Negative experience: We stayed at one of their homes in Telluride for my wedding. After saving up for years, we paid almost $10,000 to rent a house for the weekend. The wifi was broken, hot tub wasn’t hot, and there was no running water for several hours. Everyone we spoke with was very kind, but when I asked for a portion of our money back for these inconveniences, they only gave us a small discount towards a future booking with a very short expiration date. Save your money and use Airbnb or VRBO. I will not rent from Invited Home again. Response to your reply: I don’t understand how a “reboot from a power outage” can disable wifi for the entire weekend? Understood RE the other issues. I’m still a bit frustrated we paid almost $10,000 for a house that was supposed to come with wifi, hot tubs and running water. We held up our end of the deal. You didn’t. When I asked for fair compensation, you gave me a non-apology apology: “we’re disappointed that we were not communicated with in order to assist you”. Seriously? We raised these issues immediately. Instead, you suggested we should give you MORE of our money. There is still time to do right by the customer.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely incredible stay at one of Invited Home’s properties in Telluride CO. Everything was perfect, no detail was overlooked. The customer service was available for me to text any time I had a question leading up to our stay and was so kind to me through the whole process. If you’re looking to create a very special getaway, do it with this company. You won’t regret it!
