Positive experience: Im not really sure Id feel safe with a bus driver that pulls out in front of the only vechile on the road and almost causes an accident. I understand things happen, but thats why you should always look twice.

Negative experience: Worst first time experience on 12/13/2024. Mystery was terrible, over priced for a terrible hotel, food, shows, no shopping, all we did is sit in the bus drive here to there, rushed to this place and that place, no down time, got back home late. We live in an upper end community and we expected a MUCH better experience, this felt like a college frat thing. Never again. Just disgusted.

Negative experience: IF I COULD PUT A ZERO STAR I WOULD. First let me say our tour guide and bus driver did a good job. We went on the Myrtle Beach Mystery Tour with Kelly Tours. I will NEVER take another Kelly Tour again! They had us stay at the Dayton House Resort- more of a flop house than a resort!!! The hotel was filthy and absolutely unacceptable. Torn and thin bed linens, toilet paper stuck on the wall, dust everywhere, and dirty floor, and one lady found a cockroach in her suitcase!!. Oh, we had a partial view of the ocean which in theory is good but NO….they were building a pier and LOUDLY ramming pilons in the ground from 7am-7pm!!! Does Kelly tours not ask questions or check out properties before booking? What a nasty hole! Kelly Tour should be ashamed to collect $500 per person for this!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Fantastic experience: We just got back from a wonderful tour to NYC led by Jeannette. Well planned and led, the events were complemented by the motel rooms and restaurant choices. This was truly a tour to remember!

Fantastic experience: Steve is an outstanding driver. Prompt, friendly and willing to go the extra mile, literally. We enjoyed our trip from St. Augustine to Jekyll Island and on to Savannah. He made a couple extra stops for us which really helped the group.

Negative experience: Day trip to UGA football game

Negative experience: My child is a bus rider on one of Kelly Tours’ buses for TIMA(bus 2). Her bus had a wonderful bus driver, but a parent made a complaint about how she dealt with unruly children and she has since been MIA. Kelly Tours has not been upfront and honest about whether or not this employee is on leave or was terminated. Since then, there has been nothing but issues. The bus drivers that have been used since have been nothing short of lackluster. One driver sat outside the bus and smoked before the kids got there. More than one driver has let the kids off the bus without any sort of order. There have been many days where a sign out sheet was not used. This is a potentially dangerous situation, because there is no way to track what child is going with who and whether or not that person actually has permission to pick up the child. The bus is often dirty. Children are loudly cursing, flipping each other off and getting out of their seat. The bus monitor that the school has paired with the bus is ineffective and rude. Children are still not under control and good children are spoken to disrespectfully over misunderstandings. My daughter tried to pass the bus monitor and said excuse me, but the bus monitor did not hear her and told her she would kick her off of the bus. It seems the bus monitor is lashing out at children who are not the problem because they cannot control the ones that are the problem. It’s very sad to me that the answer was to let a beloved bus driver go, because someone didn’t approve of their child being reprimanded. None of the disruptive children have any sort of consequences. They are allowed to get on the bus every day. It makes for a miserable bus ride for the children who do know how to follow directions and respect others. I have used Kelly tours since I was a child and I cannot tell you how disappointed I have been in this company over the way this bus has been handled. We are considering pulling our child off the bus and I cannot recommend KT for parents who need a spot on this bus for their children.

After trip this, the company also offered shuttle servive in town for those that took previous tours. Highly recommend this tour and this company. Again, Stephanie was the best!

Fantastic experience: We did the Bonaventure Cemetery tour with Albert. It was so informative. Albert knows so much about Savannah's history. He made the tour so interesting. Our first day we used a different tour company. The second day we used Kelly. Everyone at Kelly was great. They will be our choice every time in the future.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, well organized. It was fun and relaxing. Kelly Tours handles everything, from the drive to your stay. The bus driver was very good. He made sure snacks and water was circulated. He made organized rest room stops. I was so pleased. And what can I say about the Biltmore…a great trip.

Negative experience: We used Kelly Tours for transportation for a kids camp. On the way to our first destination the bathroom had not been cleaned out and the drivers were incredibly rude! We had to smell an uncleaned toilet for 3.5 hours. On the way back, the air conditioning did not work. It was the middle of summer with no ac and we had children throwing up and passing out! There was no air movement and Kelly tours did not get us another bus or have another option besides leaving us for 3 hours in a town with 50 kids in a walmart parking lot. Our trip home took 4.5 hours , the ac never worked, kids were overheated and sick and kelly tours did not think this was worth a refund of our money! It’s beyond frustrating and disappointing that businesses do not do the RIGHT THING!!!! We will NEVER use this company again!!!!

Fantastic experience: This company was amazing. I booked a dolphin tour on Tybee island through groupon, with this being the shuttle service and boy did they deliver. They had a shuttle take us to the Kelly tour building and then from there we loaded up on the bus with our group and headed to Tybee island. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the towns history and was very friendly. We did the dolphin tour and we got our money's worth!! The crab shack restaraunt was cute and nice scenery. Saw the lighthouse at the end before heading back to savannah. It was such a great day even more so after walking the town the last 3 days before hand, it was nice to sit back and let someone drive us everywhere! Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Comfy bus, nice TVs, entertainment. Bathroom stinks; it smells like diarrhea. Clean your restrooms. But other than that, it was amazing; I even took a nap.

Negative experience: Showed up on March 16 at 8:25pm to catch a bus to take me back to my vehicle. I asked the guy that was directing the people if I was getting on the right bus (clearly wearing an Orange wrist tag) and he said yes to follow the crowd. I was taken to the wrong location and told I was on the bus. When the bus driver tried to help and speak to a supervisor he became belligerent because I was rightfully upset with a sitter at home waiting on me. He even threatened to have the cops remove me. I suggested he do it because at least I might get a ride to my car. But he knew he was in the wrong and I was no way disrespectful so he just got off the bus and I was taken back to my original pickup location. What should have been a 30 minute ride turned out to be an hour and 30. Why the supervisor just didn’t take responsibility for the mistake and apologize is beyond me. The bus driver did, but not this gray long hair guy. I will never ride with company again, on purpose or by accident. They obviously don’t have their act together when it comes to car pooling.

Fantastic experience: Our middle school just had a field trip to Atlanta and we are in the way back and Alvin is the best driver we’ve had

Negative experience: I have been on multiple tours with Kelly Tours, my experiences have ran from ok to great. But this last experience with their customer service team was HORRIBLE. I will preface this by saying that I dropped the ball and didn’t get my daughter signed up for a trip in time. I take responsibility for that. It was a miscommunication and I am fully to blame for that part. But while I am to blame for my last minute request, Kelly Tours Savannah is to blame for their lack of follow through and straight out lies. I called on Wednesday to try to get her added to the trip. Before I called, I checked to make sure that there were tickets available for the flight she would be on. There were, and while higher than I’d like, they were still reasonable, especially considering my gaffe. When I called, the lady that helped me was extremely kind. She looked up the trip, said we might be able to work something out and got my name and number to call me back. She called back a half an hour later and asked for my daughter’s name and date of birth because they were going to try to add her on the flight that day and she would call me back and let me know if they got her on there. No one calls back. Ok, I get it, balls get dropped. I called back the next day to check on the status. They said I’m going to send you to the man in charge of the trip. It goes to voicemail. I leave a detailed voicemail with the trip info and my contact information. No call back. When I called again, I’m told that unfortunately now that we are close to the trip the price is $900 per ticket. Over double what it was the few days prior when I called the first time and they were going to add her on. I understand airline pricing and the last minute costs so I’m totally not complaining about the cost. I’m writing this review because when I mentioned that it was quite unprofessional for a business to not return calls when they say they will, I was told that they wouldn’t have put her on the trip the day that I first called. I doubt that the person who CALLED ME BACK to get my child’s information for the flight did that just because she wanted my daughter’s info. Either I was lied to during my final interaction with the company or I was lied to during my initial call. Either way, I was lied to and that is not an acceptable way of doing business. As I said, I take full responsibility and fault for my daughter missing the trip. But don’t lie to me to cover up for poor customer service on multiple days. A simple acknowledgment that the ball was dropped would have been sufficient.

Fantastic experience: Josh drove us, South Georgia Tormenta FC to and from Statesboro to Huntsville in a very smooth and timely adventure on the weekend. The bus itself was as quiet, clean, and steady, and Josh was. in addition to a wonderful driver, just as kind, attentive. and prideful as we could have hoped for. He is an excellent ambassador for Kelly Tours! Our team is as precious “cargo” as one could imagine, and Josh delivered a quality weekend in spades!

Fantastic experience: Both Albert and Dan were absolutely amazing. They were very knowledgeable of Savannah. We thoroughly enjoyed Kelly Tours and will be back for sure!

Negative experience: We are a group of 6 we came to Savannah late and they offer us a trolley hop off hop on for $39 and they said die it is late it will be valid for an extra 2 days . They didn’t honor we were waiting more than 45 minutes in a stop 4 and nothing they tell us that only pick up and we need to go to the first stop to do the whole round again . I put 1 star because I can’t put zero stars . This is a scam . We should take the other companies as while we were waiting we already see like 4 trolleys of the other companies . The only good thing was good they picked us up for. The hotel the first day Sorry don’t choose this company

Fantastic experience: Easy online booking, they called to confirm a day before. Dolphins tour was amazing, we got to see so many dolphins on our tour. The trolly driver was amazing and gave us so much history of the town while on our way to Tybee. We took the 1130 am tour, they came to pick us across the street from where we stayed. The service is great. Do not miss out on this tour specially family with small children. Pro tip dress warm if you decide to go in cooler months, grab few snacks as well. Definitely recommend!!

Shirley was our tour guide and walking us through the towns’ histories was fascinating. She made every leg of the tour smooth and seem less - can’t wait to come back with our granddaughter!

Fantastic experience: As a local, from time to time we like to play tourist. The air conditioned tour was interesting and light hearted. We purchased our lunch from the Clyde and ate in the square during the break. Nice Saturday outing.

Fantastic experience: We have been on several tours and loved them all. The driver and tour guide were very professional. The tours were engaging, fun and everything was timely. Buses were comfortable and rest room stops were often. Will be touring with Kelly again.

Negative experience: School field trip to universal studios from southern GA, we stopped at the avenue mall for food, and waited outside the busses because our drivers decided to go on a shopping spree. 85 degree weather with barely any shade or clouds, and 1 hour of time at the theme park gone.

Negative experience: I would give negative stars if possible. Don’t book with them if you have an allergy!!! My brother had a field trip and they were providing the lunch and snacks. We were informed (we even called the day before to confirm) that they would have a lunch for him (do to his allergy). We were told it was all worked out. He came home and informed us he was not given an allergy friendly lunch (so in other words he literally couldn’t eat safely) and had no snacks (which were in the cost and were SUPOSE to be provided). If we hadn’t sent extras (because he can eat a lot sometimes/school recommended) he would have STARVED and had nothing.They didn’t do their job like we were told and RISKED my brothers heath. Now we will forever fear sending him on a trip when we’re being told his allergy is accounted for because it may not be. How dare Kelly tours risk a young boy’s health do to there carelessness. I am furious and will NEVER USE/RECOMMEND them.

Positive experience: We took an open air trolley tour of Savannah and it was great. I think our trolley held only about 20 people but there were only 12 of us - perfect!. Our guide/driver was very informative and spent just the right amount of time at each spot. The complimentary pick up from our B&B and ability to use their shuttle for pick up drop off afterwards for the remainder of the day was a real bonus. The only downside is that the rows of seating are tight...I think they spaced rows for kids or very short legged individuals. Otherwise we loved our Kelly Tour of Savannah, GA and highly recommend.

Negative experience: I went on the absolutely worst Kelly at ours trip to Hawaii. Please before booking with this company. Find out the age and race of people who are going to be onboard. My trip to Hawaii was filled with racists , entitled white men & women that I did not enjoy & I wish all would die in their sleep.

Fantastic experience: The Islands Baseball Team had the pleasure of having Rashard drive them 4-5 hours out and of town for their Regional play the past few days. Everyone arrived safely and he even took time to cheer them on during the games. The team enjoyed his enthusiasm getting them pumped up for the game :). Thank You Rashard!!!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Rashard for making a team baseball trip safe and enjoyable for our kids. He went above and beyond and lifted their spirits when they didn’t get the W! You won’t do better than Rashard or Kelly Tours for your travel needs.

Fantastic experience: We wanted to let Kelly Tours know that our son’s baseball playoff charter bus driver, Rashard Johnson, went over and beyond for the team and families! Rashard took it upon himself to decorate the bus for the boys on game day. My son said they had so much fun on the trip. He got our precious cargo to and from safely! Rashard needs a raise because he’s definitely a keeper!

Fantastic experience: Great graveyard tour in Savannah. We did the laurel grove cemetery and the bonaventure cemetary in about 3 1/2 hours. Really knowledgable tour guide. History buffs and garden lovers will be impressed.

Fantastic experience: We recently used Kelly tours for a 50 pax bus to take our group for a short ride from the Desoto Hotel to Bowlero bowling ally in Savannah. Raymond showed up in a nice big Georgia Southern wrapped bus that was clean and had a great sound system because he let the team have a "party bus" all the way to and from the lanes. He was on time and the ride was nice and smooth!!

Positive experience: We did the land and sea package. Kathleen was awesome. She was informative and funny. She shared the main points but also lots of fun quirky facts. Not sure if the shuttle part is worth it though. We like to walk and did not use it. We did the river boat the next day. Guides talk was good but you really don't go far or see much. Cost for pictures they take us crazy. $38 is a bit much. Not sure why so high. Over all good for both.

Positive experience: Took the Land and Sea tour in Savannah on 9/3. Our Land tour guide Cathleen was amazing! The Sea tour was honestly not worth it, it's just a couple miles up the river where you see docks

Positive experience: Aug 2022, Savannah, GA, 90 minute non-stop bus tour with the driver being the tour guide. The driver was very knowledgeable and 80 percent of the tour was about wartime history. Also, I noticed the other tour companies had an extra person as the guide. The one good thing is that once you take the tour with Kelly on that SAME DAY ONLY after your tour is complete can call the company and ask them to pick you up anywhere at one of the tour spots and drop you off somewhere else at one of the 11 tour stops. It’s almost like calling for a cab and not paying for the ride. All and all, next time we are in Savannah we will try the Hop-On-Hop-Off Tour to get a different experience.

Negative experience: Terrible. Used for 8th grade gradventure field trip. They were 30 minutes late to pick us up for the trip and was over an hour and 30 minutes late to drop us off.

Fantastic experience: The Bonaventure Cemetery tour was fantastic. Our guide Dennis was the absolute best.

Positive experience: I love supporting a local company, and the guide Kathleen was awesome. But the seats were so close together, we were extremely uncomfortable. I'm 5'11 and I had to sit with my legs out in the isle. My friend is 5'3 and she had marks on the front of her knees when we were done. It's ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: What can I say? I cannot say enough great things about Dave. He went above and beyond for us today. There was a person in our party that was in a wheelchair. We had to park off-site and ride into Harbour Town today because of the golf tournament that was in town. No problem she can get out of the wheelchair. When we got back to the bus stop this afternoon, Dave had an ADA bus waiting for us! We found out that he also works for the Sheriff's department. DAVE WAS AMAZING!!♥️ Thank you

BRANDON the tour driver was soooo amazing and went above and beyond. My actual bus was stuck in traffic. It began to rain he transported everyone as passengers.

Big Scott was our tour guide for the land part and he was great, unfortunately the bus was the most uncomfortable seats were like riding on boards and no space between them and I'm not that tall only 5'10" couldn't wait for it to get over. The sea portion was okay. We won't be using these tours again just because of the buses.
