Negative experience: I went in with my mom and the staff were more concerned about gossiping with their coworker than speaking to my mom. She said hello good afternoon and the lady responded by CONTINUING to talk to her coworker. I understand talking when there’s no one there, but there was and still they talked for a good minute while my mom was sitting there in FRONT OF HER, very unprofessional and my mother felt rushed. Oh and I found a better deal for her than the lady who was 'trying' to help. But it was a clean place, good for them.

Negative experience: Terrible service over the phone. You call to inquire or get a quote, being already a customer of theirs, and they leave you hanging. They transfer you from one person to another. The call lasted 1 hour!!!! And nobody answered my call. Terrible, terrible!!!!

Negative experience: I like this place for shipping but on this day I had a very bad experience with one of the new cashiers, heavy and ignorant. They should hire more competent staff, and then the girl at the other register was running around by herself with a lot of responsibility while the other one didn’t know anything.

Negative experience: I booked a ticket to Buenos Aires, Argentina. By the way, it was not cheap, and I couldn’t travel because I couldn’t find someone to cover for me at work. I went to get a refund, but they didn’t want to give me my money back. To avoid losing the ticket, I had to change the date and destination for eight months later. The annoying part is that I pawned my jewelry for that purpose, and they didn’t care at all. If someone has enough money, this wouldn’t matter; but when it comes to people with low resources, it does matter because they don’t know how much effort goes into acquiring things. In summary, I will not use this agency again, nor will I recommend it.

Negative experience: Went to Delgado Travel for a trip to Las Vegas. I specifically requested an English speaking representative. When it was my turn, the rep shipped me off to another ckerk. There weren't many service reps who could not speak English.They quoted me several prices that were at least $500 more than other travel agencies. I was extremely disappointed as I used Delgado Travel in 2017. I did not book a trip. Also parking is an adventure.

I was there waiting for a long time and noticed their arrogance towards customers. They need to HELP customers and delete "nothing we can do" from their vocabulary and find the way and delivery a excellent customer experience.

Negative experience: El lugar es limpio y atienden muy bien lo que no me gusto es que yo tuve que cancelar mi vuelo y Delgado travel no quiso reembolsar me el dinero lo unico que hicieron es darme un credito por un año pero que pasa si no viajo en ese periodo pierdo mi dinero dicen que solo lo reembolsar si la persona fayese a mi no me importaba que cobraran algún recargo por cancelar pero no pueden no quieren y ahora tampoco puedo darle crédito a otra persona pienso que ellos deberían dar reembolso aunque cobraran algún recargo además donde dice que no devuelven el dinero está asta la última página en la parte de atrás donde no se ve

Los llevé a cambiar a Manhattan y me pagaron mucho mejor y no revisaron nada.

Negative experience: Mi comentario va del punto de vista del personal, La compañía se basa en decir que es una empresa familiar y sus baños están con llave el dueño en su casa a de tener con llave sus baños también, no hay un espacio para que el personal se sirva sus alimentos, debería preocuparse más por el bienestar de sus empleados así sería un mejor lugar para trabajar, implemente casilleros con el nombre del personal eso hará sentir al empleado como parte de su empresa, coloque mesas y sillas para comer y un baño con tocador para el lado femenino como masculino sin candado .puede poner un mini bazar donde las chicas puedan comprar sus medias u otras cosas con descuento al roll de pago. Etc.. bueno un excelente Día para todos. De hay todas las personas son muy amables no todo es malo tiene un gran equipo de trabajo atienda lo un poco más.
