Fantastic experience: Kim imperial was fantastic. We got ourselves into a bit of a mess when we bought gift certificates that couldn't be used the way we thought. It was a weeks long process but she kept in contact with us and followed up and got our issue fixed. Wish all customer service was great like this!! I love great customer service and Kim definitely delivered. Nothing but a great experience with Direct Line every time we contact them

The cruise lines try to get us to reserve with them, but the benefits/rewards that we get DLC far exceed the cruise lines reservations. Sometimes DLC has staterooms that the cruise lines don’t have because DLC purchased them. We also find that the information provided by DLC prior to the cruise is far more valuable and detailed than what we get from the cruise lines. We are very happy with DLC and we’ll keep on using them.
