Positive experience: The itinerary was received well by all of our group. They felt that for what they paid they got a very good value for everything they experienced. The only negative was the accommodations at the hotel. The operation was very understaffed. Some of the furnishings, especially in the bathroom area could’ve been better. As tour director, I personally was very pleased with the support I got from All the staff at Diamond Tours. Very well organized.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined a group travel adventure, and it was fantastic! The itinerary was great, offering a mix of leisure and exploration. Our knowledgeable and friendly Group Leader made sure everyone felt included and catered to our interests. The camaraderie was wonderful, and we created cherished memories together. Overall, this group travel experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to travel and make new friends!

Fantastic experience: Our trip Flordia was wonderful. Because of the time we went, the crowds were not there and the weather was beautiful. We had a bus driver that was very familar with the area, which was helpful, however it made him the tour guilde. (in his mind).. We didnt spend emough time on the All american Beach, but the tour guides were very good, with dthe step on tours it would have been more fun if they could have allow time to stop and take pictures.

Fantastic experience: The trip I have scheduled for the Seniors in September will be our third trip. We have really enjoyed ourselves and they have done a great job with having an excellent tour guide on the previous trips. I would recommend Diamond Tours to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have led 26 trips across America and Canada with Diamond Tours and have never have had a bad trip. They are organized and give you so much for your money. They have a representative in every location who can help with any issues that might arise. It is a great chance to make new friends and see some of our beautiful country. Whether you want to go to Key West or the Grand Canyon Diamond has a trip for you. I have no hesitation in recommending this travel company.

Positive experience: We had wonderful time on our Diamond Tour to the Ark Encounter in KY. Our trip was for travels 50+ years and they all had great time. This was our first time doing something like this as a church and have already reserved our next one for Fall 2025 to Washington DC!

Fantastic experience: First-time experience with DT. The Branson trip was great, our driver was wonderful (only getting slightly lost once in the Branson hills), and the shows were fun. We could have had one less show as the group was a bit tired from six shows in three days.

It was my first trip to be group leader and we had an awesome bus driver and an exceptional step on guide. Our guide was so knowledgeable about the city. We would recommend Diamond Tours for your next trip!!

Positive experience: Our trip to Washington DC was wonderful. We went in mid March and finally were there for the cherry blossoms. They have been blooming earlier each year lately. The variety of museums, memorials and drive through tours were perfect. The step-on guides are extremely helpful and can make or break the trip. Diamond Tours certainly is a valued travel partner.

Fantastic experience: I did the arc encounter trip back in September of 2018 and it was absolutely the most fabulous vacation I have ever had. We left on a Monday, came home on a Saturday and everything that we did was just super fantastic and entertaining. I suggest diamond tours, do anyone looking to travel, it is the way to go. Ride with them Leave the driving to them. They plan everything the hotels are. Immaculate, the meals are top-notch. And the tours are just the greatest, you never a power

Fantastic experience: Me and my Mom went on the Chicago Bus trip August 2023 for the first time going with Diamond Tours it was a great experience and good times. I'm willing to do more bus trips with Diamond Tours.

Fantastic experience: I just got back from a key West , Miami tour.from Cullman Alabama. The tour was amazing. The bus was brand new less than 10,000 miles. The driver was exceptional. His name was Troy Nichols. I don’t think he even ran over one curb . the places we stayed were really nice. One was the casino resort, and the other was the best western in light city. It was very well planned.I would definitely go with them again..The bus ride was fun but very long.

Fantastic experience: The Greenville Travelers enjoy Diamond tours so much. We have been on 5 trips so far, and have 3 planned for 2025. The staff at Diamond is so helpful and responsive. We are looking forward to our next trip. Thank you!

Negative experience: Diamond Tours – Beautiful Vermont Bus trip We were very disappointed with this trip. The routes selected for the bus added unnecessary time to our destinations, sometimes up to 2 hours longer than other available routes suitable for busses. This meant more time on the bus and less time at each stop. Our trip to Cold Hollow Cider Mill was on a Wednesday. Viewing the Cider Press in action is only available on Mondays and Thursday. Obviously, Diamond Tours made no effort to coordinate this stop so that we could see cider being made as described in the bus tour information provided to us. This was really just a tourist stop to buy local products. A scan code was available to view a video of cider being made rather than viewing the actual process. Two days on the bus to get here was not worth that! Our stop at Stowe Village was designated as a lunch on your own stop, but the restaurants that Diamond suggested were closed. The only place open was a small Café with a few tables which of course was packed – so no lunch for us. Our hotel in Vermont was nice, but far from most of the places we were visiting (40 minutes to 1 ½ hours), so again more time on the bus and less time at the actual places we were to see. Our hotel on the return trip home in NY was not acceptable. The room smelled like a sewer and the toilet leaked when flushed. The dinner cruise on Lake Champlain was nice and the food was good. Communication did not indicate there was dancing. I would have brought dancing shoes. Poor communication or inadequate descriptions in our tour information was pretty much the norm for this trip. Overall, I would not recommend the Beautiful Vermont trip.

Fantastic experience: I am using Diamond Tours for 7-8 years and always I had a great experience. Everything is very well organized. Everything!!! My last trip was from Tennessee to Mackinac Island, MI. It was amazing! We had a great time, the hotel was on the lake Huron, we had beautiful sunrise every day and in the evening we spent time around firepit. Mackinac island was more than I was expecting. And I have to mention that all people in the main office of Diamond Tours are very professional, friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to work with them.

Fantastic experience: Diamond Tours has a great selection of trips for seeing the US. Our club has enjoyed many trips thru Diamond Tours. They are very accommodating and helpful when planning the trips. Highly recommend Diamond Tours.

Negative experience: This was my first & last bus trip. Here are some of my comments: 1. Wifi did not work on the bus. Do not advertise a bus with a bathroom & then say we can’t use it. 2.Hotels were 2stars. First travel night hotel was not prepared. It was not clean. Breakfast the hotel couldn’t keep up. 3.Poor communication from the Group Host suggestions on where to eat & time to return to the bus. 4. The museum @ Montpelier was not worth the stop. 5. An individual who sat in the front convinced the host to drive to the VonTrapp lodge to take pictures. This was rude/inconsiderate to even ask as it was NOT part of the tour. This made us late to the next event. 6. On the way home we stopped @Saratoga Casino. There was only one restaurant open. This took all of the time & was very expensive. 7.Poor quality hotels & food. One day lunch was @1 pm & dinner @4 pm. Buffets @ a Hampton Inn is not my idea of a great time. So disappointing & Diamond Tours can do better. 8. Coming home the group host decided to get political. Politics is not something to discuss on a bus trip. 9. I doubt the local DT hosts are inspecting the hotels, restaurants, & tour stops. 10. Bedbugs were found @last hotel. And this hotel room had a horrible odor.

Negative experience: Currently in route to Miami.. Bus is very, very cramped. Bus needs maintenance because it bounces so much many have complained of having motion sickness. Timing of arrivals to hotel and eating establishments have been Way off. I’m praying once we arrive in Miami the short excursions will be more tolerable. Will repost at end of trip..

Positive experience: I’d really like to see them update their itinerary. This could have been an amazing trip. Michigan to Maine hasn’t changed at all even though the timing is terrible. We arrived in boothbay harbor just as the stores were closing for the night so we ended up sitting on benches waiting to go to the next stop. The gift shops at the lighthouse and the Monastery were closed. There were opportunities to go on a harbor cruise or a whale watching cruise but neither was at a time that we could take them. Instead we spent time on a trolley tour and a narrow gauge train tour, both of these are very run down. The driving tours and the free time to explore were lovely. They did a great job with restaurants and hotels. Both the driver and the tour guide were great. Bring earplugs though. I forgot that these are geared towards boomers and they don’t know how to have a second speaker on the bus so the movies were played at a volume that can cause hearing damage. On the bright side I could hear the movies over the music playing in my noise canceling headphones.

Fantastic experience: Our group of 31 just returned from a 3 day/2 night trip to Branson. It was a fantastic trip with perfect weather, great bus and driver, delicious prepaid meals and delightful events all planned by Diamond Tours. We saw 4 shows (2 morning & 2 evening) and went back to the hotel for a 2-hour rest in middle of each day (great idea). I have been group leader on 13 Diamond Tour trips, and all have been greatly planned. I did not hear anything negative on this trip, but I know sometimes you get a negative person in a large group that can’t be pleased no matter what. We can only pray for people like that, but we shouldn’t let it ruin our trip. The Rodeway Inn in Branson was the best, the owners catered to our group and only allows 1 bus group per week. I cannot say enough praises to Diamond Tour for doing such a fantastic job planning all these awesome trips. I love Diamond Tours

Negative experience: Martha's Vineyard (September 2024) These are some suggestions/comments for Diamond Tours to improve on: 1)Restaurants. All the restaurants provided mash potatoes for all the meals. 999 Restaurant - menu was very limited and the restaurants had our food prepared in advance and all cooked the same way (ex. all steaks had blood running out) and no options for replacing the steak once the restaurant burned the original steak. Sagamore Restaurant- Food was not cooked and the haddock was cold. Tea was watered down, they rushed us out of the place. Grand Cafe - The manager was very rude, they had four people squeeze into a table for two, when we ask for a to go box, the manager said no at first and when we complained, he said he will charge us a $1.00. He was not inviting to us as a group and he was rude. Hotel. The Admiralty Inn and Suites was not the best hotel. The windows was always open for anyone to get into the hotel. In order to get to the lobby or breakfast area you had to walk outside or walk through the indoor pool area. However, the rooms were very clean and housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday. Overall, the trip was nice. However, insisted the restaurants provide better service to your clients and demand better menus. Select more secure hotels.

Fantastic experience: The Shining Stars took the Lancaster Show Trip & Dutch Country bus trip with Diamond Tours on August 21-22, 2024. When I notified them as to what our group wanted, they thanked me for choosing Diamond Tours and immediately started getting our itinerary together. They first of all let us know that we had to have thirty people in order to take the trip and if we could not get thirty, anyone who had made a payment would be refunded and we could cancel the thrip for another time or they could let people know who wanted to take this same trip that we had seats available. We were able to come up with the number that we needed. Diamond tours went right to work with dates for payments and when our final payment would be do. They provided us with an itinerary that provided us with the activities that would take place from beginning to end. That was a "plus" because our guests did not have to ask what we would be doing next or where we would be staying for the night. The places that we visited were interesting as well as educational. The Amish Experience was an excellent place to have on the itinerary. This gave us a first hand education on Amish education as well as Amish living. The Kitchen Kettle Village was great to have on the itinerary as well. We were on our own for lunch. There was a variety of food, drinks, and deserts at the VIllage. There were various unique shops filled with Amish goods. The Sight & Sound Millennium Theatre is always a "plus" with the talented actors and live animals. At Sight & Sound, we saw "Daniel". We were greeted at the Heritage Hotel by their staff for our overnight stay. I would rate the hotel a "4". Our itinerary stated that we would have a Continental Breakfast. The staff at Heritage Hotel treated us like royalty. It was not a Continental Breakfast, they provided us with a complete Breakfast Buffet with everything to eat that you could possibly think of including "French Toast". The night before, we had dinner at Yoder's Restaurant & Buffet. The food that was on the buffet looked as though it had been sitting out for some time and what they had to serve was minimal. We had quite a few complaints from our guests regarding the presentation of the food as well as the food. I would take Yoder's off of the list to use as a restaurant and buffet. Our final activity, the Magic & Wonder Theatre, was enjoyable. They even included some audience members as they performed which added some excitement and laughter to the performance. If other groups are looking for a great trip to take, The Shining Stars highly recommend the Lancaster Show Trip & the Dutch Country, There was never a dull moment or a lack of activities. Diamond Tours, our motorcoach driver was the best. We will certainly ask for her on our next trip with you. "KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING".

Fantastic experience: I went to San Antonio,Texas on a Diamond tours bus driven by George Pina. It was such a a pleasant trip. Mr. Pina was so pleasant and had a great personality and work ethic. Would travel with him again.

Fantastic experience: I went on the San Antonio tour #2041329 on Sept 23-28, 2024. George Pina, the bus driver was excellent! His driving was safe and his attitude was always upbeat and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I am a travel group leader with my AARP Chapter. We have been traveling with Diamond Tours over 10 years. We recently went to Ashville, NC to the Biltmore Estates. This was our second time going to Biltmore. There is a lot to see on this estate and the City of Ashville. Everyone enjoyed this trip and the places we visited. The Designation Manger who works for Diamond in that area was very friendly. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We might be doing this trip again. What you pay for the trip covers everything, hotel, food and places to see..

Fantastic experience: I was group leader for a group in up state New York. We did the New Hampshire and The White Mountains, a new trip this year. It was a wonderful trip. Some were not to interested in the Remick country doctors museum at first but were very happy with the visit and would go again. Everything was very enjoyable. The visit to Clark's trading post and the bear show was one of my favorite high lights because I enjoy seeing bears. Thank you Diamond tours for the wonderful trip.

Positive experience: I have been on 4 Diamond Tours with a group called Friends on the Go. All of the trips have been out of St. Louis, MO. The 4 trips have been to Niagara Falls, Washington DC, Martha's Vinyard, and the latest trips to Niagara Falls again in September 2024. I would rate the first 3 trips as a four. This last trip i would rate as a 2. I rationalize the difference in the score based on the service provided by the tour bus driver, who was an outsourced driver from Husky and the Diamon Head Canadian tour guide. First, the tour bus driver was subpar compared to the other trips. He did not perform simple tasks like get ice for the drinks. He did not stop every two hours for bathroom breaks, and lastly, he locked the bathroom on the bus halfway through the trip. Keep in mind that this bus trip consisted of approximately 40+ senior citizens, aged 65 or above. He couldn't keep up with the other bus on the trips, which made us miss out on some planned meals or events. Secondly, the guide provided by Diamond Tours was also subpar. Gloria was nice, but she spoke very broken English, was hard to understand, and was not very flexible in tailoring the vacation for what we wanted. The first time in Niagara Falls, we visited a church that was used by Harriet Tubman in the Underground Railroad. This has great historical significance to African Americans. We made it clear to the guide that we wanted to go here instead of some of the other sites, like the Castle Loma or Queens Park, which have little historical significance. She waited until the last day to say because of traffic we couldn't make it. This should have been made a priority by the guide.

Negative experience: This company uses run down disgusting hotels and restaurants that are not appropriate for tour. Buses are dirty and if drivers have a CDL they must have got from Sears. Timing was terrible on itinerary. Not sure how they are still in business

Negative experience: It was a tour through the YMCA TO CHARLESTON SC. The places they took us to were great. However we ate at Cracker Barrel 3 times O'Charleys and a Logan's. Not the greatest food. Our tour director wanted to see the state capital in Columbia SC so we stopped there on the way home. The bus dropped us at a museum with nothing close to go to lunch or anything else. The tour director and her friend took a cab to the capital where everything was in the area. Why didn't she have the bus go there. The last stop was a McDonald's where she wanted us to get food and bring it back on the bus. Many of us refused so they drove us to once again a Crackle Barrel down the road. The director was Theresa Morris and I don't ever want to go anywhere else with her.

Negative experience: I have some serious concerns regarding Diamond Tours, INC, Flo Simpson and her "helpers "the facilitators of Flo and friends West Palm Beach Canada tour #2099531. I'll start with your tour guides. Flo's attitude, horrible communication skills, and lack of professionalism is a serious problem. On Saturday September, 2024 I dropped 2 family members for this tour. Flo's lack of communication and organizational skills showed itself when loading up the bus. The confusion of where to load separate overnight bags, had us loading in the wrong area. My mom's overnight bag was put in the wrong section of the bus. During the process of locating her baggage Flo located us and began yelling at us like we were children. I do not entertain rudeness and walked away to avoid a confrontation with her. While loading passengers onto the bug her rudeness elevate when a passenger asked her not to speak to her in that tone. Instead of Flo correcting herself she had the audacity to yell "you know me, this is who I am" and then proceeded to push the lady towards the entrance to the bus. I spoke with my family members everyday during their trip and I am appalled of the experience they are had not only as paying customers but as human being. This trip was $1300 per person plus the $35 required in tips per person. $25 for the bus driver and Flo is using tipping as a way to earn money to put in her pocket. Bus driver total tip amount $1075 and Itinerary tour guides tip total $430 equaling $1505 in tip alone. Tips are given for services rendered in the amount the giver choice. With means tips are to be given after services rendered. So please explain way Flo asked for the $25 tip envelope for the bus driver at the beginning of the trip and not upon the return to West Palm Beach. This wouldn't have been questioned had my sister not been told by Flo that our mom's tip money envelope was empty. My mom doesn't play when it comes to money. We verified our mom had what required for this trip before she left. So we know mom put the money into the envelope before she left the house. Wanting to enjoy the trip they had been looking forward to take for over a year in planning and not wanting to upsetting mom my sister went ahead and gave the additional $25 to shut her up. Flo immediately put the money into her in her bra. Yes, her bra, not a envelope marked bus driver? Again tips are given for services rendered. They are still on the trip, so why would you ask for the bus driver tip money at the beginning of the trip. I bet if you asked the driver if he received his $1075 tip he would say no. She acted as if she herself was on the trip and there to do the job to make sure her passengers where okay and taking cared of. She didn't care about the well-being being of the passengers. It was my sister making sure no one got left behind doing activities portion. Because neither Flo cared to keep up with the 43 people on this senior tour. The tour guide from Canada and the bus driver cared more about them than she did. From the food, to the lodging, and your choice of tour guide to represent Diamond Tours this experience is a 3 far as tour itself Diamond Tours INC quality on a scale from 1 to 10 I rate it overall a 3. The buffets provided was terrible! There wasn't enough to food to go around. Flo made sure her and her "helpers" ate 1st, while paying passengers were made to wait for food to eat and rushed to finish eating once their food finally arrived with the 30 minute eating schedule. The hotel chosen in Canada was a dump. Mold, bed bugs, the carpet smelling like dog poo and along with the hotel's location and it's lack of water to drink was sinful. attitude in the hotel room, speaking of hotel rooms someone found bed bugs in their room. Your tour guides and customer experiences are a reflection of Diamond Tours, Inc as a whole. I will not subject myself nor recommend Diamond Tours to anyone. Great concept pourly executed. Make sure you read all reviews before investing your time or money!

Positive experience: 2.5 star. I gave the benefit of the doubt. Group leader and especially the bus driver were top of the line, but the bus was a one star. Smell of diesel and bathroom odor (bathroom door would not stay shut) off and on throughout the long trip from Ohio to Quebec City. Bus was meant for maybe 40 seats, but this one had 52 (probably retro fited). Very cramped. The flyer says a spacious bus. This is complete BS. The tour guides along the way were knowlegeble but almost every point of interest and photo ops were on the right (passenger) side of the bus. If the tour guides, 2 of them, were a little creative they would have devised a route where both sides of the bus had photo ops. There was plenty of time for this to happen. Restaurants and hotels were pretty good . And finally, I got covid from the bus travel along with a few of the others. Poor air circulation.

Negative experience: Bus was always stuffy with no air circulating.. it was horrible .pre paid food was all buffet and never good! .motel first and last night was same place… a very rundown town with a horribly run down 2 star motel ! How are they ok with booking people in a 2 star ??? No idea why they would pick there…it was definitely the most “economical” tour… you get what you pay for ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️.. i have learned my lesson.. However, saving grace was the driver and tour leader … they were great! So if you’re looking for a cheap way to go and don't mind cheap hotels and food, you will enjoy this ride.

Fantastic experience: We recently travel to see the Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum (August 2024). It simply was an Awesome and Uplifting experience at the Ark and the Creation. We were Bless with an awesome and courtesy driver Alex. We were greeted with a warm and joyous smile from Meegan ( Diamond Tours Rep) upon our arrival to the hotel. Meegan jumped right in helping with our luggage, key distribution, greeting us at various activities, etc.The icing on the cake was the service we recieved from the hotel employees Sam and Tyre at LivInn.

Fantastic experience: The New All Saints Church Travel Club's trip to the Ark Encounter August 12-16-2024 was an exciting and extremely enjoyable event. Our accommodation, food, tours, bus and bus driver were highly received by the group. The administrative process provided by Diamond Tours was outstanding to include the representatives who serviced us throughout the trip. Overall, this was a five star event. Gloria A. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time on my recent Boston trip. The female driver was very professional.

Negative experience: On July 20,2024 thru July 27, 2024, I went on an excursion to Canada with Diamond Tours as the sponsor. The bus used was Exotic and it was out of Atlanta, GA. Our trip from MD was merged with a trip from Georgia because neither had enough people to fill the bus. Enough for the preliminaries let me get to the meat of this trip. The bus broke down in PA and had 36 people standing in the sun for 2 hrs. Diamond Tours was notified and offered to buy pizza and $25 Diamond Tour vouchers as compensation for our inconvenience. The company then sent a couple of Uber drivers to transport us 4 at a time to a local mall where we waited 2 more hours for another bus. I am sure the thought is that buses do breakdown, and you are right. This bus had an oil leak that persons from GA stated they smelled early on, so the bus may not have been inspected. We missed our dinner arrangement, and had to pick the meal up from the restaurant after they closed . Our meals were distributed in the lobby of the hotel-cold. The hotel arrangements that DT made for us were very low in cost, places where extended workers stay when on a long term assignment. The hotels were off the beaten path, near nothing. The last night of our excursion was spent at The Allen Park Hotel. This hotel was the absolute worst. The room that I shared with my sister had not been attended. The sheets had been slept on and had stains. The hotel had one attendant on duty, who was overwhelmed because several people were in the lobby requesting clean bed linen. Two of my sisters and a friend made arrangements for another hotel. Recently, I was notified that Diamond Tours would be issuing me a $40 reimbursement( not nearly enough for ALL the inconveniences),plus a $50 voucher to travel with them( not going to happen). Before I forget, the driver of our bus (Exotic) could not load or unload our baggage and at least 2 of the travelers had to assist him. He had back problems, so why would the company allow him to take a bus all the way to Canada and back, not a good call. We were also inconvenienced when someone used the bus restroom and we had to drive miles and miles with the stench . The driver’s recourse was that he informed the people not to use the restroom, but what happens if a person has no choice. Do you make everyone suffer or do you find a solution? Canada is beautiful ( Montreal and Quebec) and I hope to see them again, but not with Diamond Tours. PROFIT over PEOPLE should be their motto.

Fantastic experience: On July 13-15, 2024, 35 members and friends of First United Methodist Church- United Women in Faith toured the Boston area with Diamond Tours. The bus driver was very professional. The tour guides were very knowlegable. The hotel and resturants were very accomodating and the meals were delicious. It is now about four weeks after the trip. We cannot stop speaking of how enjoyable and educational the trip was. Someone commented that he can not believe he visited JFK Presidential Library. We were marvelled at the rich African American History and the birthplace of American Revolution. The Boston, Concord and Lexington are great historical area to visit.

Fantastic experience: I have done 3 tours with Diamond as a group leader and have throughly enjoyed every one! Our most recent tour was to San Antonio. All of the restaurants Diamond booked for us were outstanding. I love booking tours with Diamond because they do all of the booking for me. I can just sit back, relax and enjoy a great trip!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to travel to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum with 37 others from our church with Diamond Tours. This was my first time trip with Diamond Tours.. It was a wonderful experience,great prices and great people to work with. Our trip went smoothly hotels were great,meals were wonderful. It was just a delightful trip. I will definitely use them again for our next trip.

Fantastic experience: I recently took a group to Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Acadia National Park in Maine. We rode the ferry from Caribou, Nova Scotia, to Prince Edward Island which was amazing. We got to see and do so many things including Hopewell Rocks where we stood on the ocean floor, Peggy's Cove, Anne of Green Gables, King's Island and PEI National Park. We stayed a couple of nights in a beautiful Country Inn in Bangor, Maine which was such a delight! We had some really good food on this trip as well. This is the 5th trip I have done with Diamond Tours and have enjoyed every one of them. My experience has always been good as they are always very responsive to any issues that arise. The trips are a good value for the money.

Fantastic experience: I am a group leader with a senior citizen’s group from Western Pennsylvania. We started using Diamond Tours for our bus tours a few years ago. They always give us exceptional service and great prices. We have traveled to Savannah, GA; the Black Hills of South Dakota, Beautiful Vermont, Amish Country in Lancaster, PA; and the Ark Experience. Diamond Tours takes care of the details. I don’t need to worry if the hotels will be nice or if the restaurants will be able to handle a bus load of hungry people. Their Destination Representatives meet the bus and explain everything we need to know to have a good time. I’m looking forward to more trips with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: The Happy Travel Group has been traveling with Diamond Tours for several years. Our group just returned from Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa Canada. We have also traveled to Miami/Key West, Mackinac Island. Niagara Falls, Memphis and Myrtle Beach with Diamond Tours. Every trip was well planned, and all details were taken care by their representative. We stayed in nice hotels, had good meals and just and an overall wonderful experience. Fantastic experience: I have led several groups with Diamond Tours. They are the only US tour company I use. We just recently returned from Mackinac Island, and everything went really well. When the group was returning from the trip, I was asked, "when is your next Diamond Tours trip, and where are we going"? I love their enthusiasm. Fantastic experience: Our trip to Vermont was wonderful we had great weather most days and we were busy every day with many planned activities when we got back to our wonderful hotel all we wanted to do was sleep and get ready for the next day. We had a wonderful bus driver who joined us for some of our favorite places like the dinner cruise at our request. He was hilarious. The diamonds representative was always where she needed to be and helped us out a lot with maps and suggestions. I can’t wait to go on my next tour with Diamond’s

Fantastic experience: I was the bus driver for a group from Louisiana to Niagara Fall, ON. My group was very happy with the Four Pointe by Sheraton beautiful hotel. The day after we arrived our Tour guild met us at the hotel to start our three day tour around Toronto and Niagara Falls ON. Lorenzo was such a joy very nice, funny, and full of information he made our trip alot of fun. Hope to have him again.

Fantastic experience: I have put together and led several Diamond Tour Groups from Mobile, AL. We just returned from Mackinac Island and Northern Michigan. The trip was wonderful and the group had a great time. Diamond Tours has always done a great job with the itineraries and always helpful and very responsive when I call. Their local destination reps always call ahead to make sure our hotels, restaurants and activity reservations are confirmed and that they are ready for us when we arrive. Overall, the trips are always the best value for the money.

Positive experience: Food was horrible. Gas station stop food courts. You would think going to Cape Cod they would at least have a meal of local food. I was so sick of mashed potatoes daily ,unseasoned fish. Stops at museums rushed . Less then hour time 50 seniors get off the bus and restroom. Hotels were nice. Reconsider some of the stops with seniors.

Negative experience: The restaurants you choose for your groups w horrible. I’m on a trip now and our meals have not been good. Couple of hotels need to be changed.

Fantastic experience: The Gibson Center, the local Senior Center in Carroll County, NH, has traveled with Diamond Tours for 15 years. My travelers always feel that they got the most for their money. Diamond Tours are like a chocolate sampler, where the group visits several places each day, most places for no more then a couple hours, giving everyone on the tour a sample of the wonders of the area. The tours include the bus, hotels, breakfasts and suppers, and step on guides on location, so other then lunch and souvenirs, the price is paid before the trip even starts.

Negative experience: Switched our hotel to one in unsafe area. Switch are promised meal to a buffet with inedible fish and dry chicken. Bus electricity not working cant charge phones, no wifi on bus. No cup holders on bus no pockets back of seats, old bus.

Fantastic experience: Our group has taken four motorcoach trips with Diamond Tours. They provide full-color flyers that you can use to promote your trip, plus suggestions to help you promote. They help you through each step as you plan your trip. They are friendly and easy to work with. We have enjoyed each trip as they include on each itinerary interesting and fun things to do. The prices of their trips cannot be touched by other tour companies. We have another trip booked for 2025 with Diamond, and will probably add a Spring 2025 trip as well.

Fantastic experience: Pat and Tressie's Travel group with Diamond Tours was awesome! From the very beginning planning stage to the end, the staff at Diamond Tours was VERY professional and VERY helpful. Emails and phone calls were immediately answered. They take care of the small and large things as well. My groups over the years have enjoyed the large range of trips available as well as the side trips along the route. Fantastic experience: Diamond Tours bus trip are the BEST! The Jasper Indiana Travelers recently went on the Washington, DC trip and had a great time. We were thrilled with the entire trip especially our tours of the all the memorials, The White House & US Capital. The most touching experience was going to Arlington National Cemetery. Our trip was made extraordinary by the presence of several Vietnam veterans on board our bus, including the distinguished U.S. Marine Veteran Elmer Kratzer, Jr., a two-time Purple Heart Medal recipient. We are forever grateful for their sacrifices and let the Vietnam War Memorial serve a a powerful reminder of their bravery.

Fantastic experience: This was my first trip leading a group with Diamond Tours. Our trip to Biltmore was amazing and our tour of Asheville was great. We had 47 in our group and the local reps were very helpful, as was the step-on guide. This was definitely not my last trip with Diamond Tours!

Negative experience: Poor quality! Melisa booked the Ramada Pigeon Forge North. There was mold in my 1st room. I told the manager and she was told by house keeping the room was fine. When I developed laryngitis from my allergy to mold she changed my room. The "upgraded room" with torn sheets and rust was not much better! Ramada covered the rust with corking. They also needed to replace the moldy corking around the toilet bowl. Melisa booked poor quality buffet options for us. First night Shoney's, 2nd night a meal at Harpoon Harrys Crab house where we were served a choice of chicken or pork, last meal at Golden Corral, I could not find anything worth eating there.

Negative experience: Horrible unorganized trip!! Plans changing last minute to accommodate the company so they can generate more money for themselves. Definitely plan your trip with a different tour agency that is organized, updated, and actually cares and wants their guests to enjoy themselves!! I highly recommend that YOU DO NOT use this company!!

Fantastic experience: I am a tour agent that has worked with Diamond for eight years! We have had many great trips together! Diamond is excellent with customer service and if something were to go wrong, they are on top of making it right as quickly as possible For me! They are happy to tweak my tours the way I need them to work for my group. I look forward to many more tours with them.

Positive experience: I was recently on a bus tour to Savannah with Diamond tours,April 7-13. All went pretty well except for the main reason that I went to Savannah was to see Savannah, When we arrived we were put into a Glo Best Western hotel, very subpar.When we were to tour Savannah it was supposed to be an on off guided tour and we got on a trolley and a girl whipped through parts of Savannah talking way faster than any of us could understand and didn’t stop and let anyone off. We were all told to catch a the trolley back to our bus and given 2 hrs.to tour Savannah!!!.There were no signs to tell where the trolley stops were to get back to the bus. Very frustrating!!!

Fantastic experience: This was Randolph Senior Adults Associations first trip traveling with Diamond Tours. Everything from the marketing of the trip to the final decisions on places to eat, to the careful attention to detail of each of the planning stages nothing was missed. I did not think that my folks would like one of the restaurants that was chosen for us to eat at and Wendy with Diamond Tours was great to work with. She was so kind to take my suggestion and help find us a more appropriate restaurant. Our tour managers met us at several different points on the trip and made us feel like we were the most important people there. We had a situation where someone on our trip became ill and Meegan, our tour manager on site was so helpful in helping me navigate how to handle the situation. This definitely won't be our last trip with Diamond Tours!

Fantastic experience: Our trip with Diamond Tours to Lancaster was wonderful. The seats at the Sight and Sound Theater could not have been better. We were in the 5th and 6th center rows with fantastic views. The food venues were wonderful and the hotel was very comfortable and accommodating for our group. The other activities were excellent and everyone enjoyed the trip.

Fantastic experience: Layne's Tours have been a part of the Diamond Tour Family of travelers for quiet sometime. We enjoy the destinations and the other groups that we come in contact with while traveling . The price and the service is exceptional. The staff is always helpful and always ready to answer any questions you make have. They hotel stops are always nice and the staff are very helpful with anything the travelers may need. Our travel group has approximately 300 registered travelers and we go traveling about 3 times a year with Diamond Tours.

Fantastic experience: Adventures With Julie had our first tour traveling to Washington, DC. My guests loved all of the hotels, restaurants and all the stops we made. I can't wait for our next trip! Niagara Falls and Toronto here we come!

Negative experience: I just came back from an awful 7-day/6-night trip to New Orleans with 45 other black seniors. This trip was a waste of time and money. The trip was booked through Diamond Tours for just under $1,000 apiece. We were expecting a large, spacious bus like others from previous Diamond Tours trips; our bus was far from comfortable. The seats were so crammed together – you couldn't stretch your legs out or put your headrest back. Everyone had swollen feet and ankles by the end of the day every day. Included in the price of the trip were several paid dinner options along the way that were terrible. To add insult to injury, they put us in a neighborhood hotel, The Comfort Inn in Marrero, which was 20 minutes outside of New Orleans and far from the sights and sounds of Bourbon St. The hotel looks nothing like the photos online and sits next to a Dollar Tree store on one side and used tires on the other. Upon entering the hotel, we were overcome by a foul, musty smell and disgusted by the dirty, brown carpet. It was immediately obvious we were in a 1-star fleabag hotel; what we didn’t anticipate were ACTUAL bugs. That’s right, my friend stayed in a room two doors down from us and had BED BUGS with visible BITES on her neck, arms, and back. Regarding the activities, I don't know who thought the World War II museum, a slave plantation, and the other attractions were appropriate for seniors given the amount of walking required, especially for so many of us with limited mobility. The thought of going to New Orleans and not having the option to go out for an evening of jazz, Zydeco music and authentic New Orleans food boggles the imagination. I held out hope for the last night’s events, and was bewildered that their idea of an evening of entertainment consisted of doing the “hokey pokey” and line dancing at what felt like a senior community center. I am extremely disappointed with the planning and execution of this trip, but I recognize my experience may not have been the same as others. Two groups of white seniors that we befriended on the trip, who also came on trips sponsored by Diamond Tours, who said they paid the SAME amount as we did, were on MUCH nicer buses and stayed in the heart of the French Quarter. I will be following up with a formal letter to Diamond Tours and telling any and everyone I can to NOT do business with them. The price I paid for this debacle of a trip feels like a scam.

Diamond Tours meets my needs to provide a moderately priced vacation for my groups, plus they sure make coach vacations fun and easy! Oh, and their staff is amazing, very sweet folks!

Fantastic experience: This is my first year as a group leader. We have had so much fun where ever we have traveled and cannot wait to do more in the future. I had an eleven day tour that we had daily things go wrong and I never felt that I was being a bother any time that I had to reach out to the company. Everything was taken care of almost instantly. Positive experience: Park Rapids Community Education has worked with Diamond Tours for 11 years and have always had amazing trips. They offer a wide variety of affordable trips and handle all the details. As a group leader, it makes my job easy. Diamond Tours not only takes care of the main details before the trip but also assists us while on the trip. Their destination guides are very helpful to assist us with questions or concerns. Diamond Tours has staff who watch the weather and assist us en route if the weather is bad. We live in northern Minnesota and we are accustomed to winter weather. It is reassuring to know they are watching the roads along our route. The issues we do have seem to be with the bus companies, not Diamond Tours. As I scheduled trips for 2023, Kimberly, a sales associate with Diamond Tours, suggested Christmas in New York City. Under her recommendation, I scheduled the trip and thought, who wants to go to New York in the winter?! Well, she was spot on! We ended up taking 3 full busses (150 travelers) to New York City to see the holiday festivities along with the main attractions ... it was a blast with a lot packed in to three days in the city! These pictures are from this trip. I highly recommend Diamond Tours. From the time you schedule your trip to the time you come home, they are there to support you and your group.

Positive experience: Monroe County YMCA has been doing Diamond Tour for 17 years from this location. We have many travelers who have traveled with us for a long time. Diamond Tours are great to work with, everything is planned out and they go to great destinations. The staff is also great to work with .

Positive experience: I must admit that over the past ten years I have taken many Bus Trips. I'm sorry to say that this trip was my least favorite of all. It was for a two day one night trip to Lancaster but we didn't stay in Lancaster and we didn't eat dinner in Lancaster. Why not ??? Just seems like a lot of time was wasted driving back and forth from other areas when everything we needed was right there in Lancaster. Sorry, but I couldn't give you 5 Stars this time around.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from a trip from Port Charlotte Village Florida to Pigeon Forge, Tn. Orlando was our driver. He was awesome the entire time. Very pleasant and fun to travel with. This was our first trip on a bus and we had a blast. Hopefully when we go on another trip with your company we can have Orlando as our driver. Fantastic experience: The Benson Center for Active Aging has been traveling with Diamond Tours for several years now and we have always had a great time! My travelers continually say how well they think the trips are put together and how affordable they are. You really get a lot for your money and all you have to worry about is getting on the bus because everything else is handled for you. As a group leader, I especially appreciate their customer service from start to finish with every trip. It has been my experience that, like in life sometimes things go wrong, Diamond Tours does everything in their power to make sure things go right and we are happy! We just got home from a Myrtle Beach shopping and show trip that was fabulous!

Fantastic experience: Our agency has been using Diamond Tours for nearly twenty years. We have used them for 36 tours during this time. We have looked at other travel agencies that cater to group travel but always come back to Diamond Tours. As a group leader they take most of the work and stress away and offer a select group of tours at amazing prices. The one or two issues we have had in the past with our trips have been with the bus company but not with Diamond Tours. Their staff that we work with throughout the year and the destination managers are to notch. Don't hesitate to look to Diamond Tours for your group travel!

Fantastic experience: Good food great service

Negative experience: I have always dreamed of going to New York City. I was able to go with the added bonus of having my daughter go as well. I have had the privilege of meeting wonderful people. Having a fantastic time the entire trip. We were headed home today and I was so disappointed in Diamond Tours corporate office gentleman named Taylor. There had been a few delays due to human error. We had been stalled for over 45 minutes because of a car wreck. Then as the night was approaching the snow began to fall. There became a very concerning situation with a fellow passenger who was experiencing health problems. We were so blessed to have a nurse practitioner on board who noticed the situation, proceeded to address it and an ambulance was called. Taylor advised our driver to continue on. Despite the weather. Despite the sickness. Despite the fact the driver would be driving past her DOT regulations. We, as a whole, made the decision to stay in a local hotel. Because leaving a fellow passenger, human, friend AND breaking DOT regulations which could revoke a license, AND driving in bad weather is not acceptable. Despite the corporate decision I am grateful for the kind people who were on the bus. Kind people are my kind of people.

Negative experience: Our tour guide was amazing along with our contracted driver on our trip to Manhattan, New York. However, one of the members fell ill on our trip home requiring emergency services to take them to the local hospital, along with other prior unintended delays to our trip, which put our driver over her time allowed to drive. This required us to find a closer hotel with no help from Diamond Tours, Taylor in Florida who informed us we needed to just keep driving regardless of the circumstances and our driver being on the road too long while it is snowing. It is obvious the corporate side does not care for the overall wellbeing of their patrons. The only solution provided by Taylor, from the Florida office, was to keep driving to our scheduled location three hours away, though Taylor did not want to sound ‘insensitive’.

Positive experience: Despite prior poor reviews, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night trip to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. Guide was great, bus driver was safe, courteous and engaging, the restaurants were very adequate ( except the night when our group met up with other Diamond busses and ate together at a mediocre buffet dinner). Hotel and morning continental breakfast were better than expected.
