Negative experience: 2 and a half hours waiting and they never opened. The webpage says they work 24 hours... liars and scammers

Negative experience: The worker who was at gate 20 of Miami Airport on December 17, 2024, at 3 am treats people as if they are asking him for credit or a favor. Very bad service.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and helpful. I emailed their support line because the wrap stand at the airport wasn’t open, and they got right back to me letting me know the attendant was running late. Very responsive and reasonably priced!

Negative experience: Impossible to locate them to request the services they promise. I have been trying to reach them via email and phone for almost a month. I am about to escalate the case with Profeco for non-compliance. I recommend that you pack your own things; do not pay. If your suitcase gets lost, it will be impossible to claim it.

Negative experience: Horrible. I spent an hour looking for them between the two modules they have and nothing. I don't understand why they have two modules if they are not going to have service in either.

Negative experience: Encountered an extremely unpleasant operator in John F Kennedy international airport. we explicitly asked him whether we can put 2 luggage's in a single duffel bag. he claimed with extreme confidence that people does that and we won't face any issues. and when he mentioned that, if we tried our luggage's inside the duffel, it would've been considered sold. we respected it though he was the one who took our luggage and placed it inside without our approval and continued with the purchase. so we trusted his expertise (since he does this for a living) and bought it. when we checked in, adhering his advice. we were denied and had to carry a huge duffel bag as our hand carry. puzzled, we then return to the counter, approached operator 2240 for an explanation, suggesting that we do a return as he has misinformed us leading to us buying the bag as recommended. he brushed me off and just pointed the no returns sticker no matter how hard we pointed out the advice he gave was invalid and incorrect. unprofessional, rude and lack of common sense to understand the problem and solve it. had to stuff into what is already a packed baggage to carry it around.

Negative experience: I have been sending emails about the coverage of my luggage for 14 days and no one is responding. One suitcase didn't arrive, the other one is completely broken. No one is responding to even one email.

He scratched my suitcase with the knife that he used to cut the plastic. Suitcase was unevenly wrapped so it was hard to push it.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque a las 16h (4 pm) no había nadie trabajando en el aeropuerto, ya habían plegado según me dijeron, aunque sigan habiendo vuelos hasta la noche. En conclusión no pude envolver la maleta, a causa de esto me llego rota a destino. Pésimo servicio que solo tengan un turno.

Negative experience: Una vergüenza, la aerolínea tardo más de un año es responderme por pérdida del equipaje y ellos solo te dan 60 días para enviarle todos los documentos, entre ellos la resolución la aerolínea. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: I've called and called this company to get help, because their worker at the airport, wrapped my bag uneven and when we showed him the suitcase could not stand on the wheels evenly, he said the suitcase will be find and he did not reward it. At my final destination the wheel is broken and now the 5 numbers I have for this company, it all goes to voice mail.

Fantastic experience: Totally worth the money to have your bags wrapped before flying!! On our flight from Chicago to Miami, our bags were pretty banged up, thanks to mishandling by the airline. However, on the way home, we had a new bag which was soft-sided that we didn't want getting torn up, so we decided to give it a shot. It worked awesomely!! Our new bag still looks brand new, and our other ones didn't get torn up anymore.

Negative experience: The company has to improve the wrap baggage protection service in Miami international. I couldn't make the payment by credit card because the connection didn't work. So fortunately I had some cash in my wallet and I paid them but this is not acceptable today where more transactions are made by credit card. And after my payment I had to wait half an hour (more or less) for the receipt because their system didn't work.

Negative experience: En el día de la fecha 24 de julio de 2019, en el aeropuerto internacional de Miami, me atendieron de muy mala manera, el sr. Jorge B. V., o algo asi, porque cuando quise ver su nombre en la tarjeta de identificación de la saco, se molestó por la propina, pague con tarjeta de crédito porque no tenía efectivo, no me dió recibo, ni seguro, esto se lo reclamé cuando embale la segunda valija, refiriéndose de manera despectiva hacia los argentinos, por la propina, el recibo y seguro, recién lo conseguí, varios minutos después por intermedio de su supervisor, contraten empleados que quieran trabajar, y no hacer su propio negocio, porque afecta la imagen y servicio de vuestra empresa, o incluyan la propina en el precio, la atención el día de la fecha fue desagradable y patética. El relato de los hechos y la queja formal, se las mandé a dos direcciones de mail. Atte.

Negative experience: Happy with the service in the sense that they were able to wrap my bags same day of my trip but the person the came was very rude, on top of that he didn’t have cash change and he told me to pay him through cashapp and later on called me saying how I didn’t pay him the extra fee for taking the money same day from cashapp and told me “do not call for services anymore”...

Negative experience: Aproximadamente a las 2:15 a.m. del 31/03/2019, en el aeropuerto "EL ALTO", La Paz, Bolivia, contraté el servicio de Secure Wrap para proteger mi mochila. Durante el embalaje, el operador de "Secure Wrap" realizó un agujero con una herramenta cortante en la envoltura de plástico, para permitir acceder a la asa de la mochila y colocar un adhesivo identificador de "Secure Wrap". Al realizar ese corte, EL OPERADOR DE "Secure Wrap" DAÑIFICÓ UNA DE LAS CORREAS DE MI MOCHILA! Ese daño fue percibido por mi en el destino (Aeropuerto de Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brasil), cuando retiré la envoltura de plástico. QUIERO RESALTAR QUE, EN ESTE CASO, LA COMPAÑÍA AÉREA NO TUVO CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD EN EL DAÑO AL EQUIPAJE, PUES EL DAÑO FUE PRODUCIDO POR EL OPERADOR DE "Secure Wrap", DURANTE LA EMBALAJE, ANTES DE DESPACHAR EL EQUIPAJE A LA COMPAÑÍA AÉREA. Entiendo que "Secure Wrap" me debe resarcir del daño comprando una mochila nueva del mismo modelo y enviándola a mi domicilio o me pagando el valor de compra da mochila. Hace ya más de un mes y medio que registré el daño a mi equipaje. Primeramente, "Secure Wrap" me respondeu que iba a enviar una mochila igual a la dañificada. Después, "Secure Wrap" solicitou mis datos bancarios porque iba a hacer una transferencia. Hasta el día de hoy, ni recibí la mochila, ni el dinero. Como resultado estoy sin mochila, que necesito con urgencia, pues próximamente voy a viajar nuevamente. CUIDADO COM "Secure Wrap" !!!

Fantastic experience: I never travel without protecting my luggage. Excellent customer service! Quick and easy, and if TSA opens my luggage Secure Wrap rewraps it for free! I use Secure Wrap because it is the only way for me to travel knowing that nothing was removed or quite possibly even inserted from my check in luggage. Only way to travel internationally with peace of mind!

Yo tenía un vuelo por la línea aeria GOL y el operador Nelson Pausa me falicito el viaje ayudándome con 2 maletas que tenían sobre peso. Gracias a Nelson y su ayuda consiguiendo un maletín más logre viajar sin procupasiones.
