Negative experience: The staff was fine. However, I received an email saying “FREE OIL CHANGE” only to go get the oil change and leaving after spending about $170. Some of this was to be expected as I got new wipers and some sort of oil plug that apparently was needed. Please do not advertise a free oil change when the coupon only covers $50 to which they will change the billing code to charge you about $150. Even without the additions I would have spent $100 on a “free” oil change. I will not be returning and I feel completely violated due to the false advertising. Edited to add that my tire pressure light came on right after leaving.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at AAA Auto Care for a tire change. The front guy in the tire section told me that I needed to replace all four tires or at least the front two, even though this didn’t seem necessary. To make matters worse, he quoted me for a tire that was of subpar quality and at an unreasonably high price. When I checked the price online, I found that it was at least $50 more expensive than the average cost for the same tire elsewhere. This kind of upselling and price inflation is very frustrating. I cannot trust this service and do not recommend it to anyone. Be sure to do your research before considering this place for your vehicle needs.

Negative experience: Today I turned to this office for help, but I wasted my time. The woman took the documents and simply does not see the information and does not even delve into it. Just like a beautiful doll, which will not tell you anything intelligible and will not help you. Why are they sitting there if they are of no use?

Negative experience: I was only there to figure out the tire problem not everything else! They didn’t even greet me when I came in! It was my first time in there I had no idea what to do but still made me look confused. Then they trying to tell me that there was no tires for my specific vehicle! So why did I get towed there if they didn’t have it in stock! Worse experience ever!

Negative experience: Please do not go here for any car service , I would like to share my horrific experience , my Honda car was reported with multiple transmission and emission errors towing to this facility , team couldn’t even diagonize to fix the car instead I was charged saying it was fixed with some irrelevant plugs replacement , but diagnosis was not done properly even after 6 days I left the car at their facility , I end up towing to to Honda service dealer to fix the issue , neither AAA customer service nor branch manager was helpful to resolve the issue.

Fantastic experience: Went there for tag services for my vehicle. Bob was very helpful and patient with a plate transfer issue. One of his coworkers(her name starts with a C) came in and helped with the registration troubleshooting. The gentleman at the vehicle service kiosk(name starts with an L) put on the license plate and was very helpful with the motorcycle questions I had. Great place with friendly people!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't even give it one star. First off, my battery light came on. I told them to check the battery and the starter, but they only check the battery. Said everything was ok. I break down several days later and get it towed there and it sat in the lot for 4 days. When they call me, they tell me the starter and batter are bad. So there goes 800 dollars. A few days later as I get into the truck to go to work, the truck didn't start. The AAA guy that came out to assist me told be they gave me a bad battery. They charged me 231 dollars for it.

Negative experience: I replaced two side marker bulbs with parts $1.99, but they charged me $141.59 for labor! I called back, the manager was rude and demanded written proof to show that I was overcharged. This feels like a scam! I will not be returning to this place.

Negative experience: PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! These mechanics don’t know what they are doing. The problem I brought my car in for was not fixed and was charged $300 for. You are better off going to a dealership that knows what they are doing then an underpaid triple A worker. Positive experience: I called and spoke to a woman at this facility, she was great!!!!. Gave me information that I needed and some I didn’t know I needed. So I went right over to order currency and get an international permit. Thought I would go and maybe speak to the person on the phone. But instead a gentleman engaged me. I explained that I was there to get currency to travel to Ireland and ann international permit. He asked which currency and I said oh I am not sure. So I went to look up in my phone where exactly we were going. Hoping that would help and he rudely said so what do you want in a rude tone. I looked up and said I am looking at the internary so I can better answer your question. At that point I said do you a travel person I can talk to that would help.me better. I imagine the woman I spoke to on the phone was the person that chimed in and helped. The guy was like you could google it??? AAA plus member and I should google it!!! Texted my daughter and said hey we need an international permit to drive the rental car. She asked were I got it and drove up to the Warminster AAA. First text I got was, hey the guy here is rude and it like I am an inconvenience to him. I said white older guy with glasses she was like yes. I will chalk it up to maybe the guy has a lot going on. He did get better after a bit. But I work in the hospitality business and sometimes you just have to put on that front.

Negative experience: I will totally avoid this place. I just left with total disappointment and upset. I called to make an appointment at 1:00 and walked in there. The gentleman on the left hand side asked me if I have an appointment, and I said yes. Then he said no you don’t, and he directed me to go the back. I said I made an appointment before I came. Then the lady in the right, said no you didn’t make an appointment. I said I did. She said it is not on her system. Both of these employees basically saying that I was lying about my appointment. Then a gentleman walked and tried to help me and the lady said there are two gentleman before me, and she asked me to go to the back again. I confronted her by saying I did make an appointment. Then she said yes you did it. It shows on her system now. So, I walked to the back and waited. At 1 o’clock she purposely ignored me by call someone who just walked in there. Then she was done with him (the gentleman she served) and left. Totally ignored me. So I walked out. I will never come back there again for anything. I do not deserve to be treated this way.

Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT experience here! Lamont helped me and he was friendly, gave me frequent updates and made sure I got service quickly since I was waiting there to have my car repaired. They have a nice waiting area with a cafe, chargers, and a view of the repair shop. Wonderful repair staff explained everything and was transparent about pricing, etc. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Leon Poulson helped me with my home and car insurance. He responded to all of my questions efficiently and effectively. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work. Negative experience: A scam for car inspection. They didn’t pass my car for safety inspection unless I get it fixed there and ask for >$800. I went to a different place and that’s when I knew they overcharged. They even put the emission sticker at the wrong spot. I had to do emission again and I’m even their member.

Negative experience: Will never use AAA ever again don’t recommend because they leave you stranded when you’re not at or near the store you originally purchased the tire at ! My tire was unsafe to drive on they could have killed us ! The tire is under warranty and I will be contacting the attorney general

Negative experience: Do not take your car here if it is older and not pristine. The mechanics recommended thousands of dollars of work due to only seeing fluids that I forgot to clean up while changing the parts weeks ago they claimed to need to be replaced. Were annoyed when I declined service. +1 star for the DMV services they can provide.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. The store was empty when I arrived so the staff was very attentive and friendly as I walked in. As I was there for a simple task, they informed me of other services and recommendations. The staff was very friendly and nice. The store was very clean and well lit. The store seemed well stocked too. I was in and out very quickly. I plan to use other services in the future.

Negative experience: This place deserves ZERO stars. I had called on a Wednesday to make an appointment and to see how much it would cost for an oil change. The earliest they had available was Saturday morning and it was at a reasonable cost. I had my mother drop off my car for me and was told my TOYOTA CAMRY takes a “special oil” which was going to make the cost of their service DOUBLE! And on top it off they didn’t have this “special oil” in stock so they weren’t going to be able to do it anyway. I don’t know where they hire their automotive specialist but I am 100% sure that my Toyota Camry does not need special oil. Regardless of not having the “special oil” in stock, they had 2 full business days to get the “special oil” in to do the job on that following Saturday. They are taking advantage of a women dropping of their car and expecting them to not know anything about cars so they could up charge on the service. Instead of coming here with your “fancy special oil Toyota Camry” I recommend going to midas in warminster, they keep the Toyota special oil in stock.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Travelling from South Carolina my tire pressure light came on. They checked the pressure on all tires. Resent the indicator light. No charge and did not even need to show my member card. Awesome!

Negative experience: Unprofessional, dishonest, and appalling service. I brought my newly purchased, mint condition, sports car to this AAA service center for a simple vehicle inspection and wheel alignment. During the time that the mechanic had possession of my car, he damaged the bottom of the front bumper by carelessly crashing into either the curb or driveway while driving it. I realized shortly after leaving and told them about the issue. The service manager named Mike told me he would put a claim into their insurance so that the damage could get fixed. Mike lied to me and strung me along, pretending that the insurance company was processing the claim, but would never share a claim number or contact info of the insurance company. I found out that Mike never submitted the claim to insurance and totally screwed me over after they damaged my vehicle. DO NOT bring your car to this, or any, AAA service center because they will treat it with utter disrespect. I will definitely be cancelling my AAA membership and I strongly urge you to as well.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience, Ms Breaa Edwards got my wife and I trip tickets and brochures for our cross country National Park Trip. Negative experience: Had my vehicle there for an oil change and I was told drain plug is stripped and unable to get it off. Only option was to replace the oil pan and cost over $2000! I went to another shop and got the plug off and oil change for completed for $80. Never taking my car for service here.

Positive experience: I do not like to bash bisinesses but for a starter they had my car for a week. Said there was a crack in the altinator my bro changed it was no crack my air worked fine when i had it towed in now no air im not happy with this location its more that went down but this the basics

Negative experience: Will never return here for help with traveling. There were 8 people (4 couples) and we had numerous errors the worst being our friends cruise was never paid in full as they were never notified about payment and assumed it was paid but they found out on the ship because they were refused check in. When no luggage tags ever came in they were told by Cindy our travel agent that happens alot just print them out at pier. Wrong names and birth dates for some of us it was totally ridiculous!! It was so bad my husband is seriously considering canceling our membership. Go anyplace but here.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place to anyone. Was told last month after having my oil changed that they could inspect my car and it would pass. Took my car in this morning at 9:00 am and waited all day for them not to call me. Said they had the wrong number? My phone number was in the system from before same phone no problem . Paid for a inspection that I never received. Said I needed back brakes and front pads totaling $900. Never did emission said it was closed by the time I called at 3:30 to check on my car. Meanwhile charged me for inspection and needless to say it is not. I just wanted my car back. It sat in the parking lot all day. So I left and will pay someone else $900 gladly not to be lied to.

Fantastic experience: Great place looking for a new battery and have a AAA membership come see us free installation and all or call for roadside battery service and we come to you with the same great service. Sorry may be a little bias I do the roadside lol but they are great and feel free to ask for me if you get roadside in the area.

Positive experience: A little confusion on service appt. Did no understand how long appt would take. Also only scheduled for 1 service. Needed 3. Aaa auto service just average with more corrections suggested than asked. Paid app $300 for oil.change, alignment, inspection, but the rejected items were about $1500 extra. But they are sales people as well as.mechanics.

Fantastic experience: Lamont & Rahmee were really helpful. I stated my car needed brake pads & rotors..once arriving i spoke to Lamont about everything else. Rahmee kept me informed on my car's progress. I didn't meet David the mechanic who worked on my car but he did a great job. David pointed out to Rahmee a few things that need to be fixed on my car some minor & some major issues (I was aware of these other things before my appointment). i will be returning to this AAA location. Negative experience: Joyrides around the building, upselling and entirely unprofessional behavior. Avoid this location. First of all; do not take my, or any customers car, for a joy ride around the building. Revving my cold motor around for your pleasure can cause serious damage. It is completely unprofessional. Pull it in to the bay, and park it. There is no need to "test" a car for a single tire change. I have footage form my dash cam of an AAA associate driving my Scion FRS, rather aggressively, around the building which is completely unprofessional and unwelcome. The tech, or whoever drove my car, even moved my steering wheel and seat height like they were on a test drive. I would normally let the seat/wheel position slide. But after the pulls around the building I think my irritation is justified. I came in for a single new tire after getting a flat. I asked that a particular tire be paired with the new tire in the rear at the time of drop off because the tread depths would be essentially the same - I measured with a tread depth gauge before and after. They did not do it. THEN the associate at the counter tried to swindle me into an oil change because it would come with a free rotation - as if I didn't ask them to perform the change when I dropped the car off. He repeated the oil change line multiple times after I denied the first time. Unprofessional. Finally, he added the tire road hazard protection to my bill without verbalizing it on the phone or in person to me. I paid the stupid tax and signed before realizing what I had paid for. That's partially on me, though there is no excuse to add warranties to bills without verbally confirming with the customer. I will not return to this location and I will share my experience with the local facebook groups looking for auto repair in the greater Warminster area. I hope management rectifies this behavior and avoids any predatory or unprofessional business practices with customers in the future.

Fantastic experience: Always great customer service, super friendly. I haven't had the opportunity to use their car repair shop yet, but after dealing with the personnel in the store part I would definitely be willing to give the repair side an opportunity. I came back to update this, I'm currently sitting in the service area waiting for my car's inspection to be completed. As a person who has bad experiences in the past at other repair shops this visit has been amazing. They have super patient and have listened to my concerns and reassured me. They even went back to look at my car again after I explained the noise I was hearing. I absolutely will be bringing my car back here whenever service is needed.

Negative experience: My mom came in yesterday for an oil change and new tires. During check out, she was told that if she opens a new AAA credit card, she would get $100 off the bill of $779 and 3% off purchases. She signed up for it and the only thing she was asked to sign was for the credit card on a pad. They put the receipt in the bag. When she got home after 5pm, she looked through the bag and noticed the receipt was for $779. She called today and now they are saying she had to have spent $1,000 yesterday on her first purchase to get $100 off and she won't get 3% off until after she charges $1,000. This was not explained to her yesterday. This is shameful that they have deceptive marketing practices to get people to sign up for credit cards. My Uncle was with her and heard the same thing. She was specifically told $100 would come off that purchase. I'll have to find somewhere else for my mom to take her car and will be looking to cancel that credit card.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I went for one service and the technician was able to also accommodate my request for state inspection. During my service appt it was noted that my 4 y.o. battery was low. I was notified that since I have premium AAA membership, the battery was replaced free of charge. Very pleased with my recent visit and would highly recommend.
