Negative experience: We obtained tickets for my mom and stepdad, a few weeks later My stepdad found out he had cancer. The agency assisted in extending the ticket. The tickets needed to be extended a second due to chemo treatment and Covid and the agency wasn’t as helpful this time. No compassionate for individuals with severe health issues. I would not recommend this agency at all.

Negative experience: So this one lady saw me walking in sat down and I waited since she had a customer. When the customer finally left she just grabbed her cellphone so I’m like ok and asked nicely if she can help me and her response was so unprofessional. I let it slide and asked her for a ticket to Mexico but all the time she had that annoying face, looking lazy like she didn’t want to be there, she wasn’t nice at all. So I just said thanks and I bought my ticket online. Nasty customer service I swear I wanted to tell her so many things but I was with family. Never again with this place! The one in Manhattan are super nice!

Negative experience: La atención es muy mala en este lugar las cajeras no saludan te tratan en la forma oye apúrate no hay respeto la dos cajeras de la mañana son offensivas al hablar. Las líneas largas y una solo cajera llega la otra cajera acerca de las 9:40 y la otra ve la línea larga y como ya llegó la otra la señora salió a tomar desayuno sin importarle la línea. Pregunte por la manager y nadie da información la respuesta es estoy ocupada.

Negative experience: Cuidado!!! La atención es pésima. Las personas que trabajan ahí no saben tratar al público y te piden información que no necesitas para enviar dinero. Hay una en especial que te pide tu número de social security, cuando no hay ninguna norma publicada en La Oficina que te diga que tengas que hacerlo. Cuál será su intención? Tal vez, robar tu información!!!!!! Le pedí su nombre y se negó a darlo así que en protección tome una giro para proteger y denunciarla. Al final no quiso hacer el giro y que me vaya a otra oficina y la otra persona que trabaja ahí de igual forma, no les dio la gana de hacer el giro. Ese es el problema cuando gente ignorante trabaja en esas agencias!

Negative experience: This place is a mess, terrible customer service. I was there and the person helping me was texting while she was doing my transaction. She was using whatsapp and checking facebook. I understand it is a pretty boring job, but at least try to wait until you are done with customers. It looks pretty bad and as a customer I feel disrespected. Too bad we do not have any other options. I contacted Delgado Travel to issue a formal complain, but no one answered. Be careful when you go to this place, the employees there do not value your time or money. La gente en este lugar es muy grosera y el servicio es terrible. La persona que me atendio estaba usando Facebook and whatsapp mientras tomaba mi informacion. Entiendo que su trabajo tal vez es aburrido, pero por lo menos deberian de esperar a no tener clientes para revisar sus telefonos. Como cliente no me siento respetada. Desafortunadamente no hay otras opciones. Trate de comunicarme con Delgado Travel para quejarme, pero ellos nunca contestaron my email. Tengan cuidado cuando vayan a este lugar por que esta gente no valora a sus clientes.
