Fantastic experience: Canary helped us to set up our first time visit to Costa Rica. The objective was to travel on our own at our pace and to photograph wildlife while staying in nice resorts. We stayed in two Marriotts in San Jose and Los Suenos then traveled to Manuel Antonio to stay in the Parador Resort. The Parador was such a special place with so much wildlife to see on the property. We were so happy to have a driver through "I Love Travel" in Costa Rica because driving there was interesting to say the least. The drivers from I Love Costa Rica were always on time and very accommodating for stops. Tours from the hotels worked out well. Thanks for all the help Danielle!

Fantastic experience: Amazing oceanfront resort, it was great and effortless working with Canary Travel Danielle & Karen were excellent at helping us sort thru details for our 40th wedding anniversary! Hadn’t traveled internationally for years & I had lots of questions ! The Paradisus Palma Real had quality service, food selection & friendly personal service. Our ocean front jr. suite room was magazine worthy spacious & perfect! And, although the pools in some areas of resort had a bit of wear, it was easy to overlook a few wear and tear factors. Our resort location was in my opinion one of , if not the best beach in Punta Cana ( I did lots of research) , Easy walking on a flat wide beach, clear water, soft white sand that doesn’t burn your feet!!! (no rocky coral) on Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana . Best trip ever! I’’ll be reliving it thru my photos for years!

Fantastic experience: Just came back from Cancun on a group travel experience. Was the most fun my husband and I had in a long time. Canary organized events for each day which were fun and entertaining. There was something for everyone! Negative experience: I will never go with Canary again! Karen was rude then I didn’t get the correct code for the hotel. Spent $20 for a phone call to Punta Cana to confirm. Had to call Frontier to get our reservations and barcodes to make sure we were on the correct flight. Canary did nothing. I would book my plans myself before going though them.

Fantastic experience: Put together an amazing trip to the Dominican Republic in all inclusive resort for us! Everything was easy for our honeymoon and we got super lucky that we flew southwest and had no flight delays/changes even during the most major outage the airlines had ever seen.

We just returned from a wonderful two weeks at the Grand Sunset Princess resort just south of Cancun. Positive experience: Updated: After I wrote this review, I was contacted by the agency. After several corespondents and phone calls over a few months we were able to come to find a solution for our issue even when the resort refused to help. Still waiting on a “resolution” from a trip I took 2 months ago. Almost everyone in our group of 25 had a bad experience at the resort they booked us to stay in.
