Fantastic experience: As a Premier AAA member, I visit this location at least once a week, and I can't say enough good things about their services. One of the standout benefits of AAA is their free notary service. Before discovering this perk, I used to spend over $2,500 annually on notary fees. Now, I can have up to five documents notarized per day at no cost—a fantastic savings and convenience! The staff here are always friendly, professional, and courteous. Even with my frequent visits and high volume of notary needs, they never make me feel like I’m asking for too much. Their excellent customer service truly sets them apart. AAA’s notary service is a game-changer, and I’m so grateful for this incredible member benefit. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Beatriz was amazing!! She helped my daughter and I with several things and she was compassionate, friendly and so positive. I thank you for your kindness ✌️
Negative experience: 4 days ago I left my wallet there. I called and they said they had it. When I picked it up, $200 was missing. I called them out for it and they "conveniently" found my $200 in the back office. I won't go back to this location.
Negative experience: I was with Farmers for 34 years when they cancelled my truck for no reason. So I called AAA switched 2 cars and a house. Lindsey Flores quoted me $1434 for home owners insurance in a fire buffer zone in Chatsworth CA, wow unbelievable and it was. She said everything was great. AAA cancelled me 3 weeks later leaving me scrambling to find home owners insurance. I never got a phone call or email, from AAA, the US mail sent it to my neighbor who delivered it with 10 days to get insurance. I should have stayed with Farmers since now I pay $3000 more a year. Never ever trust AAA. I will never use them again for anything.

Negative experience: Jennifer Harris was our travel agent and we are not happy with her. Intially, we didn't consent, and Jennifer took over our booking with information we provided only to inquire. We gave her the benefit of the doubt. I am not happy with this office. It has been two months since my family and I had traveled and we were promised an onboard credit but never received it. I had AAA take over our travel to take advantage of the onboard credit. I recently called the Chatsworth office and they said they are working on a resolution with the vendor and there is no ETA. It has been almost two months! I will never switch over my travel plans with the Chatsworth office again. Hands down worst customer service as the travel agent doesn't respond back to its customers. I have been with AAA for over 10+ years.
Fantastic experience: Walked in to get replacement license plates as ours were stolen off the car overnight. Deana processed everything for us - registration and new plates. We were in and out in less than an hour with new plates and registration in hand! Deana was super pleasant and made it such a painless experience.
Negative experience: Appointment was a 1210, I didn't get seen until an hour later.
Negative experience: AS A 39 YR MEMBER OF ROADSIDE SERVICES...AND FOR YRS AS THE CARRIER OF MY AUTO POLICY...I HAVE TO SAY...WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THEIR BILLING DEPT...HELEN KELLER??? TWICE I HAVE HAD 2 REQUEST THE 9 DAY GRACE PERIOD...& IT WAS DOCUMENTED, BUT THEN I WAS CHARGED ON MY NORMAL BILLING DAY...NOT SO HAPPY WAS THE BANK...NOW, MY PYMT WHICH WAS DUE SEVERAL DAYS AGO,...HAS STILL YET TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT....ITHIS IS TRULY MYSTIFYING TO ME.

Negative experience: You don't know what happened But unacceptable I'm a Premiere RV I've called and waited over 8 hours only to have nobody ever show up Simply the worst the one tow truck company is not contracted from my area I specifically told them don't give me them again what did they do with 7 times the same tow company I will spread the word to all my friends family and everybody to get rid of their memberships they are useless everybody I've spoke to as no good thing to say about these company anymore
Negative experience: Horrible vacation package to deal with Jennifer Harris ! They messed up all my trip , not only getting my room king bed they chose double queen beds! Also the plane seats with my baby , the chose Seperates seats. They didn’t do the proper work and I had an issue working with Jennifer Harris

Fantastic experience: Vehicle registration-needed to correct spelling of my first name. They were very patient and very helpful guiding me through the process. I had already called to make sure I had the papers needed to complete the correction request to the California DMV. Busy Saturdays, but under an hour for me.
Fantastic experience: The associates here are always helpful and friendly. Even during covid, they have managed to maintain distancing, yet keep the lines moving effectively. I take care of most of my DMV needs here and utilize other benefits as well. Very much worth becoming a member.

Negative experience: The check in wasn't obvious and there weren't enough employees to help customers and there were less than 9 of us. That being said I got done what I needed to get done. It just took way longer than expected.

Positive experience: The people who work in the Chatsworth store were great. Your telephone system sucks. I had a question about an earlier visit that could have been answered in 30 seconds but your robot never let me talk to a real person. So I had to drive 15 miles to ask the question.

She quickly saw through the confusing detail and helped me fix my problem immediately. Her concern and willingness to help me solve my issue(s) saved me plenty of time, and money. Fantastic experience: They do have a social distance line and you give them your phone number and I They'll text you when to come in so you could wait in your car and not have to wait in line next to other people! Went super fast! Very helpful!
Negative experience: During Covid' they are not taking phone calls, at least for the issue I called about. You must visit the location. Since I am avoiding going to any type of store, the Auto Club was useless, disappointing, and frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I am a gold member at AAA and they never disappoint me. I am always amazed at the variety of things they are able to provide their members with. This was my first time at this location and I was hesitant to go because of COVID and have been trying to stay home as much as possible. However, I need to forms notarized, and I knew AAA had that option and could help me out. They have lines outside which limit the amount of people they have inside which was very comforting to me. Once I made it inside, they were able to help me right away. Luis was able to help me with the notary signature. He was very kind and friendly and assisted me with a positive attitude. He explained to me the process of what he was doing and even gave me a special notary form when a name was spelled incorrectly. I had a very positive experience and they really put me at ease with being out and about.
Negative experience: Waited outside in sun for 15min, AAA team member asked if i was paying cash or credit? Strange question. Never been asked before.

The Life Insurance Agent Carla is the BEST but it's the Sales side for Auto and Home that outshines any AAA in the Valley!! This is the office you should be coming to.

Negative experience: Arrived at 4:30pm for vehicle registration. It was empty and people just hang around chatting. But the guy at the door told me they closed. I should just to dmv.

Negative experience: If you want insurance or travel no wait only one person doing DMV ask me why I pay for membership to wait I could have went to DMV and been out faster! This is definitely the worst AAA office I’ve ever been In.

Positive experience: Good service except for some reps do not know what a line is and took people over just to ask questions jumping the line! That is why No 5 star
Negative experience: On Wednesday, September 11th at noon, I requested notary services. The young women that I thought was going to help me was more worried about her lunch. She was rude and very short coming. I went to the Northridge location where everyone was helpful and very pleasant. Will not return to the Chatsworth location.

Positive experience: I had to tell but only the wait staff 1at that the menu has food debris on it but a 2ND time to the hostess when the next menu had it on it too and not just a speck or two.
Negative experience: Worst service I’ve ever experienced Jocelyn has the worst attitude and expects you to run when it’s ur turn or she will skip you turn then when she finally helps you a she has away making the customers feel unwelcome never again doing dmv services
