Negative experience: Here I am at Logan Airport in line with others. Our licenses will not scan only to be told by a supervisor that if you got your license through AAA there paper is not good quality. Worth the wait at the DMV.

Negative experience: Worst AAA experience ever. They no longer carry any travel materials in the locations. It is all about whatever they can make more money off of. Time to re-think paying for this service.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. I got locked out of my car on a 95 degree day. Set up the lockout service through the online setup. I was given an hour estimate for wait time. An hour later and I still had not even been assigned a service provider. I tried to call to speak to an actual human, but instead spoke to their automated call prompts, which reassured me that the fastest way to receive service would be to use the online setup (which I’d already done). At this point, an hour and a half had passed. I called my partner for help instead, but I left the service request open, just to see if they’d actually assign someone to help me. Three full hours from the time of placing my request for help, I still had not been assigned a service provider, at which point I cancelled my request. This is the first service request I’ve ever had with AAA and I could not be more disappointed. What is the point of paying for a service if you can’t speak to a human and have no clue if someone even knows you need help. If they had even given me a true eta, even if it had been multiple hours, I might not have been as upset, but this is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money on AAA.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this office’s travel portion. Spent a lot of money on February trip to Aruba only to get there and find the hotel beach was under constant construction from 8am until nearly midnight with front end loaders and very large dump trucks. Complained to hotel who gave a $150 rebate as we were boarding the bus to the airport. Got home and complained to AAA office travel agent Karen Ballou and after about 8 weeks we received another petty $150 rebate. When we expressed disappointment with this Ms. Ballou said she would contact their 3rd party provider. We haven’t heard from anyone since despite constant emails to Ms. Ballou. Avoid this office.

Fantastic experience: Trisha and Nicole at the Auburn AAA were fantastic! After being given the run around elsewhere, it was amazing to finally find people who knew their jobs! I had a bit of a complicated situation for getting vehicle insurance and they knew who to contact to get the right info and get me on my way with a policy! They were also very pleasant and personable which was also a breath of fresh air. Thank you ladies for going the extra mile for me!

Fantastic experience: Way better than the RMV. The people are so nice and it is much faster just make sure you set up an appointment for RMV services before you go.

Negative experience: AWFUL!!! Came in to this location on Wednesday to see a travel agent. Told we needed to make appointment OR Saturdays were first come first serve. Woman was very rude and only spoke to my husband totally ignoring me. Came in today (Saturday) at 9:05. Was told there was an appointment ahead of us! When I asked why were appointments made on Saturdays we were told they could do that! What a waste of time and a 30 minute drive to get here. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful alternative to going to the Registry if you have AAA. Made my appointment to get a Real ID for 9:00AM on a Saturday morning. I was there when the door opened and they were ready to process my paperwork without delay. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Make sure to fill out any applications on line prior to your appointment and bring the required docs for your transaction, and you too should be pleasantly surprised. Pete McNamara Worcester MA

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you about Norman Norman works for the battery service Division and was dispatched out to my location when my diesel pickup truck would not start after sitting for just a few hours I tried to put a jumper on it along with a set of jumper cables but I could not get it to turn over I called AAA as I often do when I can't handle something on my own and Norman showed up I recognize Norman because he was the same guy that showed up the last time my truck did this. In less than a year the battery that he had put it also failed he then told me that AAA is now using Interstate Batteries because of problems like that I got two new batteries under warranty and a truck that starts every morning when I walk outside what more could you ask for a thank you Norman

Negative experience: Eh. Everyone was nice enough. I can say that at least. Between Auburn and Webster I talked to 5 different people, told each one the same story, showed all of them the same paperwork. However, after two appts, wasting 3 hrs between waiting to be seen and all the driving I had to do, I was finally told to go the RMV. My advice to the company, train your employees better. My advice to customers, stay away from Auburn or Webster. They don't seem to be very on the ball. Their time is precious, but your time doesn't seem too important to them.

Fantastic experience: Insurance is a headache as it is, but the people on the other end of the phone are as sweet as pie, even when you’re ironing through stressful premium talk or car coverage jargon. They’re extremely patient, kind, and genuinely want to help. Not to mention, when I switched to AAA two years ago, I quite literally chopped my premium almost in half. I strongly recommend them to other competitors!

Negative experience: Good people but the motor vehicle and them don’t seem to be in the same page. I became a member to help my son get his permit. It really wasn’t help at all. So I felt like I wasted my money. Motor vehicle is still free and is easier. Just bring what they ask you too and done. AAA not so easy.

Negative experience: Waited 1/2 hour standing by the door. Only 2 people in the building helping customers with registry. Then told no agents on sight, all working from home. Gave them my email and phone number. 1 week later, I finally got a call.

Negative experience: Needed a tow. Made the call at 330pm. They said 45 minutes. They instructed me to leave the keys in the car with the car unlocked (it’s push to start), anybody could have easily walked up and stole it. I waited and waited. 7 HOURS LATER, I travel back to the car and it’s not there. The level of ineptitude with this company is out of control. Absolutely terrible service. I called back at 10:30pm because they claimed it was complete, And the girl hung up on me. I will never use this garbage of a service again.

With 2 cancellations on my part. She answered the phone 10min past close just to help me. I appreciate your hard work for my travels Brenda.

Fantastic experience: I just renewed my drivers license, getting my real ID at the Auburn office. These folks are great. There were about a dozen people there to be served just after I arrived. With just one person checking us each in and two or three others processing a variety of needs, it moved very smoothly and efficiently. Everyone was well behaved on both sides of the counter. I was there forty five minutes which was fine, though it seemed a lot shorter. Thank you!
