Fantastic experience: We had a great experience using AAA travel! Jasmine was so patient and kind. We had a travel emergency and had to change our flights twice. She handled everything in a very professional manner. She’s excellent!

Fantastic experience: I went to this location to upgrade to my REAL ID, I had no prior experience with AAA as my membership had been gifted to me by a relative and I hadn’t needed to use it. I was very content with the service I got. I was welcomed when I walked in and waited maybe 5-10 minutes for my appointment. I was out of there in about 10 minutes and everything went smooth. Very polite and friendly workers there. Be mindful that they do not accept walk in appointments and you have to book online!!!

Fantastic experience: Katie Larkin was the associate that welcomed me when I arrived for my Real ID appointment. I had completed my ID process and was gathering my Documents to leave and I commented to her my appreciation. AAA Great Job!! Her outstanding attitude and professionalism was a Rare sight BRAVO AAA

Negative experience: Apparently Saturdays by appointment only! Not to mention the fact that there are only two people that worked there on Saturdays I waited an hour and a half and watch people go ahead of me because they had appointments do you think one of them going to run around and said you might want to come back Monday! instead they didn't even know who I was after an hour and a half! I found what should I say it found me, a ad for AAA I filled out the form and was enrolled in less than 20 minutes! What I took away from this is that there's no way to people can operate AAA post and be efficient at what they're doing when walk-ins are coming in also! Remedy do away with Saturdays until you have a full crew on board Monday through Friday, I've seen carnivals run more efficient than that!!

Negative experience: I was convinced to use AAA to get a passport. Needless to say I’ve wasted over $100 for literally nothing. Passport services through AAA are a complete scam. You can go through the post office for the same services at a cheaper price. When I went into this AAA location and had questions I was met with attitude and condescending remarks. I was told they could do the picture but it wasn’t after the representative tried to get me out of the store without having to help me first. When I was asked what to do about my questions the representative printed out the AAA webpage, told me they don’t deal with passports and can’t help me. At the end of the day, if it wasn’t for the roadside assistance for my wife I would be canceling AAA after this experience. Unfortunately, I will be keeping it but will never visit this office or recommend this office to anyone due to the awful customer service. P.s. I took care of my passport with the post office for $35 + the passport fees. Far more straight forward and did not charge me extra money for literally nothing.

Fantastic experience: I was at work on Saturday March 16th, and as I was leaving I went to start my car in the battery was dead, I called and was referred to sending an email, and I explained my situation, and they sent this young lady out named Ashley she was there within 30 minutes, Ashley said there was a little corrosion around the positive and negative, she took them off clean them, check the voltage regulator to see if it was working,, put it back together and got it started again, very knowledgeable young lady, she did a great job thank you again Ashley and thank you AAA

Fantastic experience: Went for a passport photo with my daughter. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Was in and out in 5 minutes with two pictures taken and then printed.

Fantastic experience: Very good place to go for new license and registration. AAA is nice. I've been member for many years and will continue to be. People are friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: The worker I had forgot to have me sign papers then forgot to return my license immediately. Nobody took me serious about Auto Insurance

Fantastic experience: on november 27 my husband and i were on our way home and to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription since we were both sick and coughing a lot .it was around 5pm my husband accidentaly went up on a curb and it blew one of our tires.we called trile aaa and they said it would be while after an hour or so we called again and they said they were sorry but it was getting late rand i am 83 and my husband is 73 .we were so sick and coughing and it was dark and my husband had to taske insulin so i called again and the lady i talked to was very nice i explained all this to her and she said she would make it a priority to get someone there .my husband said they were just telling me that but i said no she was nice and she meant it and sure enough less than 30 minutes later the man pulled up and he was very nice too i dont rememeber the ladys name but would like to say thank you after three hours we were having a hard time .

Negative experience: Terrible deceitful roadside experience last 3 road service needs. On one the dispatcher hung up on me because I was asking pertinent questions. Luckily after calling immediately back, I got a respectful person. On my 2nd and 3rd experience last week, I got false AI updates, the run around with customer service and after waiting 7 hours based on false promises, I had to cancel. I again called at 6am the next day, got misleading AI messages, put on hold with live representatives who knew nothing, and told me a dispacher would return calls within a half hour. No return calls. Not once but several times. I finally gave up on seeing a tow truck at 12pm and drove my vehicle in the breakdown lane for 8 miles, to the mechanic waiting to work on my vehicle. I barely made it. Long, long time AAA members, but after this latest blotched experience, we wont renew.

Negative experience: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR MEMBERSHIP. WE HAVE THE 100 MILE FOR TOWING MEMBERSHIP. MY HUSBAND WAITED 5 HOURS FOR A TOW. WE ENDED UP CALLING CJ'S TOWING IN SPRINGFIELD. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY! WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AAA TO ANYONE. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP AT ALL. WE MUST HAVE CALLED 10 TIMES TO MAKE SURE A TOW WAS COMING. WASTED TIME AND MONEY!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best place! They're right on top of everything. We had to get our passport pics done and we were in and out within fifteen minutes. I go there for all my driving needs

Fantastic experience: Triple AAA has convenient locations. There is ample parking when you arrive. You are greeted and checked in by an employee right as you enter. The employee ensures you have all proper documentation before proceeding with next step. If all complies you are asked to be seated to continue with next employee to assist with obtaining a real license, eye exam and photo license. A real license cost is $50.00 and you are given a temporary license until the real license is mailed within 7 to 10 Business days. It was a smooth process within an hours time. The employee staff was friendly and executed my transaction quickly. Depending on your Triple AAA plan, ask about getting passports too. ✈️

Fantastic experience: Scheduled my Real ID appointment here. Staff was friendly, helpful, and had me in and out in no time. RMV services at AAA are a huge convenience.

Negative experience: Customer service can do with a whole lot of training to improve how customers are treated. The receptionist acted like she was doing me a favour yet I had an appointment which unfortunately they didn't keep the time slot for. She asked me to complete a form that I had completed online i had to ask her 3 times if it's necessary. She then back tracked and was like no its fine all details are in the system. As I was leaving I ask for a map the same receptionist states it's only for AAA members (well duh you wouldn't have serviced me if I wasn't a member), she then proceeds to ask for my membership number. I ask her didn't you take it when I came in why do you need it again? I was super irritated by how ignorant she acted but kept my cool. AAA do better for your members we have enough stress in the outside world and don't need to come in for appointments to feel like we are intruding. Train your staff to be more attentive and present when dealing with customers.

She was there in 20 minutes and had my car running quickly. The whole experience was about a half hour. Not too bad. First time using the service.

We went over to our local office to arrange travel, we’re told that we could not do that with this AAA office. Bummer! I question wether to renew paying annual rate for less service at AAA. Fantastic experience: I went here for a photo. The woman who took my picture was great. She was friendly, professional and sociable. There was no wait time at all. When it is time for me to renew my license instead of going to the crowded dmv holding a ticket and waiting for ever, I get a camera card and come here. It is well worth it. I am always in and out.

Positive experience: Everything went well and my license renewal was fast and straightforward. It was certainly faster than renewing at the RMV; you will need to be a AAA member to take advantage of this service. Because of Covid-19 a online or phone reservation is required until this all passes.

Negative experience: Very rude upon quickly entering for a map and they were closing for lunch. Let it be known they close from 1:30-2pm and do not like that disturbed by even 1 minute. I would travel elsewhere for your needs as you’ll be met with rudeness no matter your needs

Negative experience: (*UPDATE* We recieved another email with revised IDPs and this time, my name was spelled incorrectly. ) We were issued IDPs from a supervisor by the name of Juanita Rodriguez. My experience was absolutely terrible. My friend and I went in to get an International driving permit for our trip to Japan. We planned to rent cars as our trip was two weeks and we had alot of luggage. I am familiar with Japan and the train system and it’s difficult to get around with luggage on trains because of Japan’s large population. We also planned to do the Mario kart as well. Upon arrival and trying to obtain a rental we were made aware our permits were stamped in the inappropriate spot. (The box for motorcycles, instead of passenger vehicles.. and yes our licenses are both for passenger vehicles) We lost out on money for the rental and were left to take several articles of luggage long distances on the trains. We were also unable to do the Mario Kart because of this. We called in to see if anything could be rectified. (You can only obtain an IDP within your country of residence) (Calling internationally also cost us to lose out on money) We were relieved when we told we would have them mailed and received within the next two to three days. We received and email later that day saying they were unable to mail them (with no further explanation of why) and instead copies of the new revised permits were sent to my email. However, even these “revised” permits had our addresses wrong and my friends permit was dated for “2002” instead of 2020, again, rendering them BOTH, USELESS, because the information does not match our licenses and the date on my friends was incorrect. (They are only valid for one year, so hers would have been considered expired for 18 years) The inattentiveness to detail on both occasions was extremely unprofessional and unbecoming of the “supervisor” who issued these permits. (Junita Rodriguez) I highly recommend if you plan to apply for a IDP, you use another facility and also pay close attention to the information they submit on your forms.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING service from a GREAT & REPUTABLE company!! I had let my AAA lapse for several years ( with no issues ✨) I received a great offer in the mail from AAA to start membership at no cost and add a family member in household. I decided to go for it, mailed the info back. (so I kno they have not received my info snail mail) Two days later we locked our keys in our car in our driveway! Called AAA spoke with Pearl who took all my info quick and assured me help is coming, followed by a confirmation text and a personal call !! Now that’s exceptional service from an amazing company!
