Fantastic experience: Today I needed to renew my drivers license to a Real ID. I signed up for AAA because my local RMV was fully booked. I just wanted to give a shout out to the two young ladies running the place super short staffed. They were both pleasant and accommodating to whomever needed help. I watched them help customers that weren’t even members and I watched them help customers that didn’t have appointments. I personally received amazing customer service and even though they had about 15 people waiting in the lobby for various reasons I was not rushed. Well done AAA Peabody.

Negative experience: 2 hours under priority for gas fill up at 4 am. Was told by the driver the dispatcher told him to go slow. Idk what business yall running I cancelled my membership over that a cop got me a tow truck in 10 minutes cancel ur membership call police have them ping you a tow truck free cheap and easy

Negative experience: I rarely write reviews, however I'm pretty disgusted by the lack of service I encountered today at this location. I called AAA after purchasing a new car not knowing the steps of getting the insurance stamp needed as we've not had to do this with our previous vehicles. I was told I could go to the Peabody office and get it done. We travelled back an hour from where we purchased the car (this will be the 8th car we pay for insurance on between two policies in our household). When entering there was no one in line. The young woman (who was polite) at the desk greeted us and told us we were set to sit and wait to meet with the employee who handles insurance. We were the only ones there. A few minutes later the employee who handles insurance calls the young woman and tells her she can't help us today "she will be in the phone for 10 minutes and we close and will need to come back Monday". I'm a customer, who entered your establishment before closing, who was greeted and sat to wait for service. I don't care if it's going to take 20 minutes or an hour, you ensure a customer that has been told they would be provided service gets the service. This transaction would have taken an entirety of 10 minutes. She could have done this very easily, she chose not to with the expectation that I come back another day. That is unacceptable. This also puts the staff at the welcome area in a very uncomfortable position. I do plan on getting this agents name and escalating this.

Negative experience: This location accepts walk-ins and have horrible customer service for the walk-ins instead of the people who have an appointment there were four people behind the counter working and only one person was working I was told to come back because I was taking too long to fill out the paper after I waited 15 minutes in line for one of the four people behind the counter to help me. Absolutely unacceptable customer service q if they accept walk-ins they should be treated the same as someone who has an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Patricia! After receiving incorrect information on the phone today, Patricia was wonderful and helped my grandson with his new driver's license. She was so patient and helped to get the correct information for us. Thank you ! Cindy

Fantastic experience: Renewed my ID today, service was quick and staff were friendly and pleasant. If you’re trying to avoid the miserable creatures that work for the DMV and deal with normal humans and get treated like a customer then this is the place.

Negative experience: I have repeatedly asked them to stop sending me junk mail. They told me I was taken off their list, but I'm still getting junk mail. I was also lied to about my RV being covered under their standard "ANY vehicle" policy. They don't tell tow drivers that I have an RV, so I get sent through the queue multiple times until they give up trying to find me a tow, and absolutely will not reimburse for tows I had to get myself.

Negative experience: Slow, poorly organized, very frustrating. On the plus side, once I was (finally) seen, the woman doing license renewals was friendly and helpful. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: It’s incredible I walk in the door. All the ladies are lovely and welcoming and so helpful. I pay for my AAA card every year there renew my license that so convenient I’ll give them a 10 star.

Fantastic experience: I renewed my license/real ID at AAA Peabody, MA. Office is right next to Trader Joe's on 114. What a great, stress-free experience. The staff were kind and efficient. If you are a AAA member be sure to take advantage of this feature , it sure beats going to the RMV!

Negative experience: AWD, Broken ball joint at stop sign. Tow driver stated he didn't have the correct equipment and needed a different truck. He tried to tow it anyway and ripped my axle completely out and messed up my hub, then left me there. I Waited over 7.5 hours being told itll be there in 10mins or no time frame. Finally AAA told me I could leave it unattended. I left my vehicle and it still wasn't towed til the next morning(almost 20hrs later). Unsurprisingly they deny any wrong doing and wasted many more hours of my time. In my opinion the service isn't worth it or what it used to be.

Fantastic experience: Just went there yesterday. 10-3-2023 to renew my camper plate. The people there are great took care of everything & to my surprise got me my plate sticker for the next day. Unlike the RMV that takes forever to get things done. Thank you so much for the great service.

Positive experience: Personnel was attentive and professional, but it was EXTREMELY frustrating to find the office: the address belonged to the whole shopping mall and there is no clear and visible from afar sign to see where the AAA is located. I wasted about 15 minutes and had have to ask local businesses several times until I found it.

Positive experience: I went to there to get international drivers license. Google says it opens until 1:00 pm on Saturdays, but it was closed. We saw several other people also came to be disappointed. Call them first to make sure they are open if you want to go there on Saturday!

Fantastic experience: I went for my passport photo which was free with my AAA plus membership!! The woman who helped me was amazing!! Stephanie i believe was her name - give this lady a raise!! Going back to renew my drivers license next week. There was a line and the gentleman taking license photos/info apologized because it was lunchtime and they were shorthanded - no worries

Negative experience: ZERO STAR I no longer recommend AAA before I loved it today I hate it now AAA before took a maximum of 40 minutes now it's the second time it takes 3 hours to get to my car the last time I had sunstroke dehydration because it was a very hot day and it took a while 2:30 and today it's taking more than 3 hours this is ridiculous it's time to put more people to work on the tow trucks

Negative experience: They never sent the tow truck, and lied to me about not reaching the tow dispatch, I called New Beverly Auto clinic directly, and they never got the call, I waited five hours, and had to call again the next day, after AAA failed to call me as promised! I'll be cancelling my membership after it runs out in January!

Positive experience: Convenient and easy to do some RMV transactions. All other AAA services are offered as well

Negative experience: I called Sunday at 9am for a tow. It’s now Monday at 5pm and no tow truck!! I’ve called several times and no one is helpful ugh!!

Negative experience: Maybe update your business hours. It’s infuriating to get all the way there just to see no lights on and some paper sign posted that you’re now closed on Saturdays.

Fantastic experience: When in to get the real ID but was not successful do to paperwork on my end but I could still get the regular ID. Somehow the system went down twice during the process and both times Annastasia got on the phone, got in touch with the RMV to try to solve the technical issue. My license had expired the previous day so she was at least able to get me an extension since the system was down and she couldn’t process my application. Thanks to her determination to help me out and customer service excellence today I am still legally driving until I go back to try again. It’s rare to find outstanding customer service nowadays and Annastasia definitely still holds true to that. Thank you for all of your effort.

Fantastic experience: I just got my wife her RealID and we were in and out in 15-20 minutes. Try that at the RMV! I also used them recently to buy out my car lease. I got a fantastic rate and they took care of everything for me.

Positive experience: I spoke with a representative I used to have AAA around 5 years ago and I try to process it again with the app over the phone customer care assistance assured me that I still had AAA status I signed up for AAA plus on May 21 ,2021 .

Fantastic experience: Went to this location to apply for a REAL ID. The process was simple and easy because we had all the correct documentation (look up the checklist beforehand). AAA does appointments which is very convenient and I did not have to wait at all when I arrived. They also put really good COVID-19 protocols in place (plexiglass dividers, line outdoors, Xs on the floor for where to stand, etc.). I recommend this site over the RMV.

Fantastic experience: If you need your driver's license renewed or in my case my daughter's learner's permit made and you are a AAA member you can make an appointment online and quickly get things done at the AAA office. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and we were in and out quickly!

Negative experience: Standard AAA quality service for Auto, but I would avoid this place for home insurance rates. The agent Paul will give minimal responses about policies. It's like pulling teeth out to get any critical information to understanding the best options. He easily dismisses anything you say and spits out rehearsed lines without actually listening to your concerns.

I could imagine it could be very easy to get stressed out when there are so many people to take care of and you have people like me showing up with the wrong documents and they’re all so helpful. Special shout out to Heather, she didn’t help me personally today but she had a pretty difficult customer complaining about the format of their movie tickets (which clearly is not controlled by her) and despite the woman’s unwavering negative disposition Heather handled the situation perfectly with such kindness!! Happy to use this as my regular branch!
