Negative experience: Pésimo con la empleada del 1er burò. Por ello no volveté jamàs a esta oficina aun cuando es la q mas cerca me queda. Su informaciòn no coincidiò con la que me diò luego la oficina principal. Ademàs de manifestar total molestia por mis preguntas aclaratorias respecto a mi transacciòn que estaba detenida. Según ella el sitio web de VaCuba es una entidad independiente de las oficinas y que ella no puede hacet nafa al respecto. Amén de que no hay forma de informarse por ninguno de lis teléfonos que aparecen en el sitio. Lo intenté por dias. Contrario a todo esto la persona( Header) q me atendiò desde la oficina principal fue atenta e informativa. Allí serà q vaya de ahora en adelante a hacer las transacciones aunque deba recorrer mas de 50 millas.

Estaba muy contenta pues mi primer envío de remesa llegó en 72 horas, cuando lo hice por 2da vez, 4 días después sin llegar el dinero, la representante que me atiende ni siquiera escuchó lo que tenía que decir y luego al 5to día sigue sin llegar el dinero y yo no tengo una solución a mí problema
