Negative experience: Came all the way up to this office as it said they were open only to find an unmarked locked door. When I called they said all agents were working remotely. Is it too much to ask a company to correctly list this on their sites???

Fantastic experience: 2 of my favorite things in life: luxury and bargains. When my friend told me that Cook Travel should be my go-to for all things travel, I hesitated. "I can book my own tickets for a better price," I thought to myself. WRONG. Little did I know, Cook Travel found me SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper Business Class flights than anything I could find online. Plus, their agents are remarkably knowledgable, helpful, and REACHABLE. As in, I could speak to a smart, savvy human within 1 minute of calling. Rare these days when everything is automated. I'm a Cook Travel user for life.

Negative experience: Promised refund which never came. Could have saved over 500 $. By using Cheap O Air instead. Beware of false promises on refunds from this agency

Fantastic experience: I needed last minute flights for a trip to very remote China location. The Cook agent I worked with found flights that were either direct or with just one layover for me within 5 hours and and at very reasonable rates. I had tried using online travel sites but was finding extremely expensive flights with multiple stops that would were triple the travel time of the flight arrangements Cook found. . I definitely will will work with Cook again.

Fantastic experience: We brought tickets to/from the UK about three months before travel. The Cook Travel story broke while we were in the UK and we thought there might be problems with our return, but we were OK We have found that Cook consistently offers cheaper business class tickets on Virgin Atlantic by about $1000 compared to AAA, the Wall St Journal and other groups. Long may Cook Travel continue!

Fantastic experience: Checked business class fares with Cook-PHL-Naples, IT RT via Luftanza. Luftanza and all major sites were pricing the business class fare RT at $7350...Cook provided the same RT ticket at $3500. Fabrizio, our booking agent was wonderful! All details were carefully taken care of and there were absolutely no issues with any portion of our flights. Choice of business class seats, access to lounges via Luftanza partners and just everything you would get without paying the full fare. Call Cook for your business class international flights.

We had flown Polaris last year, how perfect that we could do it again. Must admit, our friends were all concerned that this must be a hoax! Much less expensive than anything we found ourselves. Fantastic experience: I was so pleased to find such a professional company to help make my travel reservations. They Researched a great route in what was a semi-complicated set of travel plans. I had not used Cook before and reached out to them after several futile efforts with other companies to put together an acceptable plan. I was particularly pleased that they minimized layovers. What seemed impossible for other companies all seemed so simple for them. A bonus was the marvelous staff member who worked with me.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with this travel agency and I would never use them again. I booked a ticket from them to go from Atlanta to Jordan through British airways. I wanted to change the return date for an emergency, and the agent told me to I had to pay ($1600) for that in addition to the ($1770) that I originally paid. I was able to change the ticket through British airways paying ($500.) I had another emergency at the airport. They wouldn't let me board the airplane because I don't have a UK visa. I had my advanced parole card and my passport and all the documents from the lawyer saying I'm changing my status in the US. I called British airways and they told me I have to call the travel agency. I called my agent (Beats Lubitz,) and I had the worst customer service ever! She was yelling at me telling me that I woke her up and she had a bad day and there is nothing she can do for me. I had to pay another ($1500) to buy another ticket to come back to the US. I would never book through this travel agency ever again and I would warn anyone to book through them.

I tried for weeks to get the connections right for our trip to Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) from Boston along with tickets to the Australian Open and Katrina worked her magic to get us great Business class travel, great hotels and introduced me to her connections to secure Australian Open seats exactly where we wanted them. Fantastic experience: I admit that I was skeptical about using Cook Travel, even though the company has a good reputation. Katrina helped me over some rough patches in arranging flights and provided reassurance. It was somewhat complicated in arranging air from Philadelphia to to LAX to Aukland and back from Sydney. My trip is not till December, 2017, but I as confident it will go well. More to come in 7 months!

Fantastic experience: The experience was easy. A couple of emails with Fabrizio, who was very helpful, was enough to get us business class tickets on a rather complicated itinerary. We were booked on Air France and KLM and both were excellent and we were treated as full-fare business passengers, even though we had saved at least a couple of thousand dollars. I waited to write this review until after our trip was completed, in case a glitch in the ticketing arose that I would want to complain about. But no glitches! I would definitely use this agency again and ask for Fabrizio.
