Fantastic experience: It was well presented. Offer was not for me and they were not pushy about making the sale. They thanked me for my time and gave me what they promised. Complementary gift was a $100 gift card from Amex no fee to activate and the gift of 7 night stay at over 3500 locations world wide has a $25 activation fee and it’s a discount amount not free if anyone thinks it’s free.

Positive experience: Presentation was very "salesy" and a little hokey at times. Of course the solicitors that get you to come to the presentation state it will be "no pressure to purchase anything" but I felt some pressure. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the free gifts. We chose the 2 round trip ticket, 2 night stay in a hotel and the $500 dining card. Of course there were strings attached. Basically for the airline tickets and hotel it will cost you $450 per couple to use the vouchers and then there is fine print that states there may be more restrictions depending on the hotel you choose, but you cant find out any of that info until you pay $50 to activate the voucher. The $500 dining card also costs $20 to activate and all it is is a $25 off coupon per month for 20 months and you have to use it at certain restaurants they have available and of course you cant see which restaurants until you pay $20 to activate the voucher. So when it is all said and done, I associate the free gifts with this Vacation Membership. If it sounds too good to be true then it usually is. Hope this helps you decide if it is worth attending or not.

They are complementary promotional gifts (from a third-party vendor) and any benefits that might be received in connection with them (including travel) are also from 3rd party vendors as stated in the gift email. They are completely different than the benefits our members receive when they purchase a membership. Having said that, the fact that taxes/fees will need to be paid in connection with the "complimentary" gift is stated when someone sets up an appointment, on the confirmation letter someone receives before coming to the presentation, when they receive the gift, and is clearly stated on the certificates themselves. We wish that wasn't the case, but taxes and fees are the reality of the world we live in. I think most would agree that the taxes/fees are a nominal charge for a trip that is worth up to $995.00. As well as the fee charged in exchange for $500.00 in restaurant savings. Yes, there are rules/terms that apply to the certificates but again they are clearly stated before the option to register the gift. This is pretty standard for a promotional item that is complementary. We are dedicated to ensuring every interaction with Envy Luxe Vacations & Escapes is positive and beneficial for our guests. Negative experience: If you are thinking about attending the Sales Presentation to receive one of their Complimentary Gifts/trips for attending, DON'T DO IT—it's a scam. I was offered three different gift options and chose the 7 complimentary nights worldwide at over 3,500 locations. The first disappointment was that most of the hotels offered look like a Motel 6. I wouldn't even stay there if they were actually free. Second, you have to pay $25 just to activate the so-called complimentary gift. Third, they make you pay additional "fees" (around 80% of the actual cost) for the complimentary nights. See 'Upgraded Hotels' : • The complimentary gift (7 nights) in Acapulco came at a cost of $650.28, The same hotel for the exact same dates was listed on Expedia for $342. You actually over pay for this upgraded option. This is a complete rip-off. Tricking people into believing they’ll receive a complimentary vacation without fully disclosing the costs is deceptive and unacceptable. **Owner called me after posting this review** The owner offered to refund my $25 activation fee—but only if I deleted my review. That speaks volumes about their business practices. I appreciate the gesture, but I’d rather take the loss and keep this review up so others don’t get tricked into believing they’re getting a ‘complimentary gift.’ The only thing you’ll receive is a small discount on a very low-end hotel, not a “luxury complimentary vacation” I never claimed the gifts weren’t real. They absolutely exist—but they are not truly gifts (this is the misleading part). Let me break it down: • If you charge someone $100 for a ‘gift’ that they could buy themselves for $100, that is not a complimentary gift—that’s just selling something at full price. • Even if you charge $75 for something worth $100, that’s not a gift—that’s just a 25% discount. Let's just be honest. The owner later claimed I was looking at the wrong promotion and that the “upgraded inventory” was not part of the deal. Fine. That part is true. But of course, this was never disclosed to me ahead of time or on the confirmation letter. I only found out after the owner called me. But let me run the numbers for you, so you don’t get tricked like I did: • The complimentary gift (7 nights) in a “Luxury” 3-star hotel in Canary Islands (Fairways Club, which is included in the deal, per the owner) cost me $420 (including the $25 Activation Fee). The exact same hotel for the same dates was listed on Expedia for $510 (see screenshots). So, after wasting 3+ hours of my time, I got a 17.65% discount at a “luxury” hotel that looks like a Motel 6? That’s NOT a complimentary trip. That’s just a minor price cut. No thanks. The owner later claimed that the bottom portion of my email was cut off, where the taxes and fees were supposedly disclosed in the confirmation letter. That’s completely false. I personally emailed him the full letter yesterday. See photo attached, and you’ll see for yourself that there was ZERO mention of an activation fee, taxes, or additional charges. Again, Please show me where it states that my gift would require a $25 activation fee plus ~$390 in additional fees Obviously, they did not mention any of that on the phone either. I would have never gone if I had known the “complimentary gift” was really just a 15-20% discount at a low end hotel. Before the presentation, they never informed us that fees and taxes would cost 80-100% of the actual cost of the trip. They also never showed us the hotel options ahead of time. I mean, just look at the photo below—does this look like a "luxury" vacation? If they were honest, they would have clearly stated on the confirmation letter: “Hey, you’ll get a 17.65% discount on these ‘luxury’ hotels.” If they had done that, I wouldn’t be here writing this review. The owner’s solution? Not to fix their misleading advertising—but to reimburse my $25 to take down the review. That alone should tell you everything you need to know.
Mr. Andres Menendez, after reading your review and speaking with you I wanted to point out a few things. My hope is to clear up any misconceptions you or our future guests might have. Envy Luxe Vacations & Escapes is a Leisure Lifestyle and Travel Benefits Membership, and our focus is to assist members with travel-related services. We don’t offer "gifts" as a part of our membership, but the separate third-party marketing company we use does offer “complimentary” (not "free") gifts in exchange for someone coming to see us. This is an incentive that comes from them, since they're the ones who set up your appointment. At this point, let me address your issues directly. In your review you stated: - “If you’re thinking about attending the Sales Presentation to receive one of their Complimentary Gifts…DON'T DO IT—it's a scam.”: The gifts are very legit and are used by nationally recognized companies (e.g., eBay, amazon, The Prudential, Hyundai, Farmers Insurance and more.) - “There’re only five places … you can choose from.”: This is not true. Those destinations are just highlighted but above that you’ll see an option for all 3500 properties worldwide. - “Most of the hotels offered look like Motel 6.”: Please be aware most resorts have a 3-star or above rating on Trip Advisor. More specifically, the resort in Mexico you screenshotted is rated 7.2 out of 10 on Expedia/Trip Advisor rates it at 3.5 out of 4. You might not agree with those ratings but I’m sure you’ll agree everyone’s opinion can differ. - Yes, there’s a processing “fee” for each certificate. I think most would agree that a $24.95 fee (plus taxes and fees) is a nominal charge for a trip that has a retail value worth up to $2163.00. As well as a $12.95 fee in exchange for $200.00 in restaurant savings. We wish that wasn't the case, but taxes and fees are the reality of the world we live in. To make sure there’s no misconceptions or misunderstandings with our guests, this is stated in our approved phone script used during the phone call while setting up our appointments. It’s also in the email sent to guests before even coming to see us. In your case, it seems the bottom portion of the email that mentions this was somehow cut off or was not included but nevertheless was stated to you in our approved phone call script and again told to you by our rep. before the presentation even began when your wife asked specifically about that. The certificates are extremely clear and exactly match what you were promised when setting up the appointment, which in your case was a Seven Nights Luxury Resort Getaway at over 3500 Locations Worldwide” along with a $200.00 dinners certificate (taxes, fees, terms and conditions apply). - “They make you pay additional "fees" (around $700) ...” “Lastly, it's a scam—you can find the same hotels… available for the same or cheaper prices on Expedia…”: This is false. After our phone conversation, you were shown you were incorrectly selecting from the “Upgraded Inventory” which is not part of the promotion. Your 2 examples in the review are both from the “Upgraded Inventory” List. If you choose from the correct inventory you will see the resorts you show are not even an option. So, the price comparison examples you show in your review are not even a part of the promotion. Moreover, you will only pay $280-$398/week in taxes/fees for any resorts connected to this offer. In our phone conversation, you stated: - You can’t see the resorts available before paying to activate. Again, this is not true. Before you are asked to pay the activation fee you can scroll down and see the “Resort Directory” which lists the exact resorts in connection with the offer. We’re dedicated to ensuring every interaction with Envy Luxe Vacations & Escapes is beneficial for our guests. Negative experience: Total scam. Good luck getting anyone to respond to your request for a call back to discuss your bogus membership. They keep referring us to our "message center" on our member login, which doesn't exist. The hotels and resorts they have discounts at are sub par properties. You'd do better to use an online booking tool and avoid a monthly membership.

Negative experience: Just posting again, so after spending more than double what OTHER people have paid to sign up for this DREADFUL service, almost a year later I have looked at the web site many times every month to see what is available and it rarely shows anything better than what is on expedia etc. As for those illusive $500 weeks, good luck finding anything that is not in the off season in a place you actually want to go. BTW, multiple people have contacted me bc of my complaint on BBB website and here, and they paid less than half of what they charged me - what a deal! There is ZERO service after you sign up, and don't forget after the first year you will be required to pay $400 a year to use the service. Which will save you ZERO once that is paid. TOTAL FRAUD. Don't bother with your canned responses Envy Luxe. This will eventually come back to bite you karmically. Please, if you have been swindled by these people post here and complain on BBB. They need to be shut down.
Merry Christmas Ms. Hegaard! The membership you purchased is the best of its kind and covers every location on the planet available to the public. Moreover, it is serviced by the world’s largest travel provider (28 years in business with a million+ active users) and a 5-star concierge service. That being the case, it’s clear you’re still unaware of how to use your membership properly to get the maximum benefit from your travels. Fortunately, this can be solved very easily in one phone call if you would just call us like we have requested you do multiple times, but you keep refusing to do so. The fact that you'd rather speak negatively about our product and our company instead of hearing the simple solution is unproductive and evidence of the true intent of your multiple negative posts but nevertheless your prerogative. Sadly, the internet gives all people a voice whether it is true or not. To be extremely clear, and for the avoidance of doubt, I'd love to help you get everything promised by your membership as stated in our agreements on the “BENEFITS OF THE ENVY LUXE VACATIONS & ESCAPES MEMBERSHIP” page. Our promises are clear and concise and in simple to read language. They are reviewed, explained, and initialed by every new member (including you) during the paperwork and onboarding process. And our membership is guaranteed to be exactly what is stated there on that very page. Nothing more nothing less. Additionally, if you require even more evidence of the incredible value of your membership, I’d like to remind you that due to the Safeguard portion of your purchase, you’ll receive 100% of your membership cost back after 12 years even though you keep the travel membership for life. This will make your purchase of the lifetime travel membership an effective cost of zero! Not to mention you get to keep 100% of all the savings from your travels over a lifetime. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Envy Luxe Vacations & Escapes! The woman who was my 'agent', and the owners, were incredibly genuine and kind—nothing like the pushy or rude service people sometimes expect. It's a shame that places like this get a bad rep though, and it seems like some people (including myself) come in with negative attitudes expecting the worst. But that's not the reality here at all...surprisingly. And they do have a good deal to offer, but unfortunately I do not travel enough at this time in my life to truly benefit from their service. The team was respectful and accommodating throughout, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. The business is owned by a sweet older couple who even came to personally introduce themselves, adding such a warm, personal touch to the experience. I highly recommend giving them a chance—you won't be disappointed, and it is quite entertaining...not to mention you will for sure walk away with a free (besides taxes) vacation...additionally, I received a $500 dining credit (besides taxes) to thousands of different restaurants all over the country...1000% worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of attending their Austin Vacation and Travel Showcase this past weekend and was thoroughly impressed. This is an incentive that comes from them, since they're the ones who set up your appointment. - The certificates are very legitimate and extremely clear and exactly match what you were promised when setting up the appointment, which in your case was a 3 day / 2 night hotel stay and Round Trip Airfare for two along with a $100.00 dinners certificate (taxes, fees, terms and conditions apply). Negative experience: I already wasted my time and if you are doing their presentation for the incentives you’ll be wasting yours too. None of it is free or the cost of your time. Incentive voucher wants a credit card to charge you $50 for an activation fee and your agreeing to pay approximately $199 in tax per person for airfare and $398 in taxes per couple for hotels taxes. Dining voucher is only shown to you after you pay activation and you only get a $25 voucher per restaurant. Literally laughing at myself this is a big joke. I should’ve know when I was offered $4995 membership (18k membership) with of course the $399 annual fee no insurance as long as I can made 15 calls about my experience in the first year bc he saw potential. Then what? Well I’m not going to find out. Hope this helps someone who values their time..and money.

Fantastic experience: The Owners and their team of the Envy Luxe Vacation, were great, we have been to our shqre of presentations and this one is far better than any, main reason is they will prove to you what they are presenting is 100% true" apples to apples", and we really loved that there was no one pushing us to get anything. And when we wanted to book our first vacation through them and we went through the concierge, it was exactly what they said, these guys really helped.. We called, we wasn't really sure what we wanted they helped us figure out what we wanted. They sent us a list of destinations all within our budget with GREAT savings. The vacation we settled on saved us so much, and our vacation is for the New years holiday which most places have blackout dates. The whole process from presentation to our first vacation has been great. Thank you Envy Luxe.

Negative experience: Buyer Beware! I went to the Envy Luxe presentation in Austin. It is indeed a nice presentation, IF they could deliver what they are promising, BUT I opted out of the pressure sales to do my own research. In the online Reviews, I see that anyone who actually tried the service was disappointed. They are a new Company, that may change, but be aware the Owner has made a career in SALES, not in the Travel Industry. Their Flyer is misleading; it makes you think Marriott or Hyatt are involved in a Promotion up front... not so. Their giveaway Travel Package is misleading... it is run by Casablanca whose online is disreputable. I would save my money, and research the Reviews again in a year to see if they ever do what they say they can do !
Reader Beware! Sadly, the internet gives all people a voice whether it’s true or not. Opinions are not facts. Moreover, opinions that are NOT based on actual customer experiences are definitely NOT facts. Ms. Linda Fraser, I was excited to hear what you had to say being that you’re a teacher by profession. Even more so when you said you wanted to research our company. I have great respect for the teachers in this world since most hold themselves to high standards in the hope they pass on knowledge based on facts. That said, it seems either you didn’t take the time to be thorough with your research or maybe you didn’t research the correct company. I will give you the benefit of doubt and just assume it is the latter of those. For clarity, allow me to respond to your review with actual facts based on knowledge: - “In the online Reviews, I see that anyone who actually tried the service was disappointed.” Our Google profile, as of 9/23/24, has 186 reviews. 2 are 1-star reviews that speak negatively about our membership from people who’ve actually purchased. I implore you to actually read those reviews and our responses. Once you do, feel free to come to your own conclusion on who you think is correct. But to say “anyone who actually tried the service was disappointed” is a wildly inaccurate statement. Truth be told, most (not all) of our reviews are based on the experience with us pre-sale. Our actual members (post-sale) who purchase leave reviews on our concierge’s Google profile since they’re the ones actually booking our travel. For anyone wanting to read those reviews the name is Vacation Ownership Advisors. To date, they have 484 reviews. Out of those, less than 5 have anything negative to say about our concierge service. And out of those 1-star reviews, most have issues with a company not even affiliated with anyone our members would interact with. The rest of the reviews by our members are absolutely raving about their experience with us and/or our concierges. - “They are a new Company…” We’ve been in the industry for almost 2 years now. And have been in the same location since October 2023. Our platform/network administrator has been in business for 27 yrs. and is the world’s largest loyalty travel provider. Our concierge service was just honored with the Best Consumer Product Award in the Vacation Ownership Industry for 2024 at the prestigious GNEX Conference. That last accolade alone should be a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in providing unparalleled member experiences. All that to say, I think it is clear we’re serious players in the travel industry. - “… be aware the Owner has made a career in SALES…” The way you’re communicating this leads me to have no choice other than to think it’s meant to be an insult. I will say, like any profession there’re bad actors and good actors. Sorry you obviously have had bad experiences with salespeople in the past. I have too. That doesn’t mean all salespeople are bad. Just like one bad teacher doesn’t mean all teachers are bad. I will quote an unknown author: “Without me, the wheels of industry would come to a grinding halt. And with that, jobs, marriages, politics and freedom of thought would be a thing of the past. I AM A SALESPERSON and I'm proud and grateful that as such, I serve my family, my fellow man and my country.” - “Their Flyer is misleading…Their giveaway Travel Package is misleading... Casablanca…is disreputable.” It would be best if you read the flyer and not just look at the pictures if you wanted more details of the promotion. As of 9/23/24, Casablanca Express has almost a 4-star rating with over 1306 reviews. I think it’s reasonable to say using the word “disreputable” is a bit heavy handed. At the very least, to state that as a fact is completely untrue. I hope this clears up any misinformation or misconceptions. We wish you the best!! Fantastic experience: Went to the presentation. Not a scam. A smart company with many stable affiliates dedicated to saving money on travel. It's a membership deal. Expect annual dues of 399 and lifetime membership of approx 20k. This is top tier. There are other options. Again, not a scam, just well meaning business folk.
