Fantastic experience: Booking my vacation through Luxuria Vacations was wonderful. Katt and Gina were amazing. The bottled water and card in my room upon my arrival to my hotel was a great touch. They really made travelling overseas with small children a breeze. Everything was taken care of and my vacation in italy went extremely smoothly. We toured all of Rome and the added benefit of having a private driver with a/c, bottled water, and wifi made it an enjoyable experience for my kids and myself. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Fantastic experience: I had the best trip with my family at Turks and Caicos all because of Jessica and Yazmin from her team. From the moment I spoke to Jessica and explained my travel needs, she was extremely attentive and followed through on anything that was asked. Traveling with two young children, she literally made the entire trip seamless. Jessica helped us find the best resort and even arranged for airport accommodations. Yazmin fulfilled all of our wishes and got us some reservations at the most popular restaurants and even booked us some family excursions. I attempted to use Roger in 2023 for a trip and unfortunately it fell through, I reached out to him for a 2024 trip and he treated me as a long time customer… no hard feelings for going elsewhere previously. He got met set off and then turned me over to Carlos. Roger went above and beyond, Texted me as he was my concierge. He and Carlos made a great team. Can’t wait to use them again for 2025!

Fantastic experience: My family and I used Luxuria travels for our Bahamian trip recently and couldn't be happier. Our experience designers were Amie Fitch and Daniela (Dani)Tolosa and helped map out a perfect itinerary for our trip. They handled everything from car service set up, dining plans, and trip excursions. All dining options and excursion information was given- I did not have to do anything except decide and let them handle the rest. Amie and Dani knew it was our 20th wedding anniversary and even sent us chocolate covered strawberries one night. also, we had to change the car service time to airport on our return and Dani and Amie handled it for us. it was a nice change to have someone looking out for my family and I to have the best trip- really changed our level of enjoyment. Please use Luxuria! they were straight forward, helpful and got us the best price - cheaper than booking direct. cannot beat that. thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Very personalised luxury holiday planning team. Special mention to Mariana as my travel partner and Yazmin as my Experience designer. From the time of getting a quote, to the time we reached back home, every moment was well planned. It was our 10th Anniversary trip and Yazmin made sure we enjoyed every bit of our time there. The flight was delayed due to operational reasons and though Yazmin was not available but she made sure we have the contact person readily available in such emergencies. Highly recommend to use their services and recommendations for planning your travel.

Fantastic experience: I recently used Luxuria to book and plan a flight to Antigua. It was my first time using a travel agent and it was a huge time saver for me. My Travel Partner, Charlotte, sent me multiple hotel options that fit my family’s needs and was knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. She was even able to throw in a few extra perks, which made our experience even easier. Once the hotel was booked, our Experience Designer, Gina, assisted with planning our meals and activities. She made recommendations for local experiences, reserved all of our excursions, and made all of our dining arrangements. Prior to travel, Gina provided me with a color-coded itinerary. Typically this is something I’ve always done myself, but given the ease of working with Charlotte and Gina at Luxuria, I would definitely enlist their help planning more trips in the future!

Fantastic experience: My first experience was for my husband birthday week (4/17 to 4/22) and the customer service was amazing. We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in Riviera Maya Mexico, an all inclusive resort . Luxuria planned our private transfers to/ from the hotel, once we arrived we received a upgrade to PRESIDENTIAL SUITE. The additional birthday decor planning was a huge success. Also they booked our spa reservation, highly recommend the "Love Journey Experience" package. My trip planning was definitely stress free and I will definitely be planning my next trip with Kathy as my travel partner and Mich as my Concierge.

Fantastic experience: I'm not really sure how I even came to find Luxuria but I am so grateful I did because Katelin and Dani were lifesavers for me when I needed to book a spring break vacation that would check all the boxes. Katelin McCarthy was always available when I had yet another question. We spent many phone calls discussing the details and particulars of each resort option. She helped me choose the best resort for what I wanted , which was a multi-room suite oceanfront beach level to accommodate my family. Katelin found the perfect place on Grace Bay Beach with top notch accommodations and service. After our lodging was secure, Katelin McCarthy put me in touch with Dani Tolosa, who coordinated all our dinner reservations and a photographer session - who was amazing - as well as a private 1/2 day sailing g trip with snorkeling and a visit to a pristine island where we were the only visitors - everything was perfect. To top it off , we were surprised to receive a special surprise - to preface it - I had told Dani that on one night we would be celebrating 2 family members birthdays- so in addition to the after dinner shoutouts - they really went all out and surprised us with birthday cake and a bottle of champagne and flutes to enjoy while we were out at sea on the sailing vessel- with a special note from them wishing us continued vacation happiness and birthday wishes. I could go on , seriously these 2 lovely consultants know how to take care of business. Everyone had a great time and all the details were accounted for and taken care of for us - i definitely recommend this company and Dani and Katelin. Heather A. - CT April 22 2024

Fantastic experience: Celebrated a very special birthday at Garza Blanca Resort and Spa in Cancun, Mexico with my family of 9 Adults. The Reception, pool staff and service personnel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms , lobby ,pool areas , beach were beautify maintained. Great food in dining rooms and pool area . We loved the breakfast buffets. Everyone had a great time .

Positive experience: Casa de Campo was a beautiful and safe destination. I would have given 5 stars but when we arrived, we had to wait almost an hour to finally leave the airport for our villa. They upgraded us to a different villa and it was beautiful. The issue we had was that it had openings in the front of the building that allowed cats to enter. We had to close every room to keep them out, but they were still roaming around the common areas. We are hoping to go back next year.

Fantastic experience: Mariana was just who I needed to help me decide on where to go for Spring Break. She was so helpful in securing and helping me decide between different hotels. Once we finally arrived at the Kimpton, we were blown away to have been upgraded to the Presidential Suite. I have to think it was because of the company’s working relationship with the Kimpton! Mariana also connected us with Carlos who helped book activities and awesome restaurants for us. This was super helpful for a busy working mom of 3! Would definitely use again! I always was hesitant to use a travel agent but this experience has definitely changed my mind!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I organized my birthday trip with them, and I received more than I expected. Their recommendations were fabulous and very clear. They helped me with all the details I wanted.. it was an unforgettable trip. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Positive experience: I want to start out by saying this is a beautiful property rooms, grounds and service very good. My partner did get food poisoning for 6 hours from eating tuna sliders in Don Manuel restaurant. That was very concerning to me but glad he got thru that. The restaurants at this hotel weren’t as good as I would have thought given the price that we paid at them, plus the hotel room nightly cost. El Farralon is a must see with great ambiance. Food was just ok to me there. I also felt that when you were in your room it was very loud at times from hearing other hotel guest etc. We have stayed at several high end properties in Cabo in the past and this is a hotel I would not repeat.

Fantastic experience: We can’ t say enough good things about Luxuria Vacations. We didn’t have to worry about anything. From the time we stepped off the plane in the Turks and Caicos until we were dropped off at the airport to return home, everything was seemless. Restaurant reservations were made for us as well as airport transfers. The hotel e[was first class and exceeded our every expectation. Thanks again. We will use your service for future trips.

Fantastic experience: The team at Luxuria is superb! Mariana was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question or a concern. She put together an amazing package for Cancun at Nizuc Resort and Spa. I LOVE the hotel! Her recommendations were great! Yefrey and Yazmin complete the team, amazing as well. I highly recommend Mariana Mendoza for a well planned vacation to Mexico!

Fantastic experience: I was so glad to have happened upon Luxuria Vacations. While researching where to go on our honeymoon I had reached out for additional information on a resort i found online and was contacted by Heather from Luxuria. As it turns out, her team apparently managed some portion of the bookings. I am so glad that things worked the way they did! Heather took her time getting to know me and my husband as well as our preferences and was able to help us pick the most perfect luxury destination with our budget in mind. She even threw in some credits that we happily used towards our delicious food and drinks while on property and some bubbly for our arrival. Michelle-our concierge made booking dinner reservations and excursions a breeze and I felt so comfortable and safe with her recommendations which is HUGE when traveling to a foreign country. We will use Heather and Michelle for future travel plans for sure! Thanks again, guys

Fantastic experience: Sarah Treadaway and Pablo Pintos made our trip to Turks and Caicos an unbelievable experience. Sarah found us the perfect accommodations at the West Bay Club. We had a 4 bedroom oceanfront condo with a great balcony for enjoying morning coffee. Breakfasts were included and were excellent. Both Sarah and Pablo were so professional, courteous and oh so patient with our questions and needs. Priceless memories made with my 4 daughters. Thank you both

Fantastic experience: Tivizay Vittini, where do I begin. From Turks & Caicos to Venice, Ca. to North Carolina to Washington DC you made every stay worry-free! My family was very at ease on our flights; her accommodations were to our specific needs, especially with being helpful in finding vegan food (Can’t be traveling & on vacation or doing business on an empty stomach). Tivi is very patient, attentive and on-call no matter the time or day. I was even able to reach her while she was on vacation, not that I’ll make that a regular thing lol. Fantastic experience: our honeymoon was planned by Sarah. We had the best time in Costa Rica! She took the time to get to know us and figure out what we both wanted from the honeymoon. I decided to go with her again, over AMEX Centurion because I feel that she and her team respond faster, along with providing more options with recommendations of what places to room, eat, and have excursions at. Fantastic experience: We just used Jordan Brooker through Luxuria vacations to book a week long birthday trip and it was the best decision ever!! She quickly researched multiple different destination options, flight options, hotel options, etc and helped us pick the perfect spot for our vacation! Jordan and Daniela arranged everything from a great room to airport transfers to dinners and excursions and spa treatments so we could just relax and show up! Fantastic experience: Hi Tivy, We all had a wonderful time, especially the children. I would say that our village was the best of all of them so we were happy to be there. We loved the rooms with deck, etc. I was happy to see That we had a washer/dryer as I did not expect that and it was great. The refrigerator was always well stocked and the people on the whole were all Very nice and pleasant. The food was good, mostly breakfast and lunch, as they always had beautiful fruit and fresh salads, etc. The dinners could be a lot better. They did not offer any real variety and what they did was mediocre. We did have two good dinners at Skytop for fish which was better. I do not care for buffet for dinner and it seems that was mostly what they offered. People like to order from a menu for dinner at least. So, I feel they really should work on the menus. The pools were all beautiful - something for everyone. The ocean was the VERY BEST I have ever seen. We enjoyed it all and loved the water mostly. We were in all day so it was just grande. A great tip was to get Skypass as they were really helpful and with so many of us it was great to be directed everywhere and made it easier on us. I also like the private car back and forth as we prefer that with all Lucas’s allergies and thought it was great. All in all, it was a splendid lovely spot and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would like to know where else you offer services. Please let me know when you get time. The property is landscaped exquisitely with paths , seating areas , pools and beaches. What is so outstanding at Cabo Palmillas is the service that is extraordinary . A host is assigned to you and is there every day to assist with anything . All the staff greets you as you pass with sincerity . Luxuria vacations arranged all the details and went above and beyond what led to a 10/10 vacation .

Fantastic experience: Roger was superb and professional in all aspects of planning our trip to St. Martin. He could not have suggested a better place than La Samanna. The property is gorgeous throughout and VERY private. We had the beach to ourselves most of the time.

Fantastic experience: Luxuria Vacations helped to ensure every detail of my Vacation to Anguilla was expertly handled. They also managed to arrange a day trip to St Barts and find a tour guide on short notice for a short notice day trip on the island. Our highlights were sailing at sunset in Anguilla followed by the beautiful views of St Barths, the beautiful accommodation at Zemi Beach House and the excellent dining and customer service at Sharkeys

Fantastic experience: Tivi recommended Grand Velas and then made all of the arrangements for our perfect vacation. Everything was coordinated from airport transfers to a 1/2 day Tulum & cenote excursion. At Grand Velas the property, staff and food was amazing, so glad Tivi suggested it to us. Fantastic experience: The website didn't do this place justice. We have stayed at many luxury resorts around the world and this was our favorite. Everything was new and well kept. The amenities were all top notch. We are not vegetarian and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious cuisine. They did have steaks available for my meat loving husband upon request. I went to the spa and it was one of the most luxurious and relaxing spa experiences I have ever had. Got got baby sitters for our youngest and they were great. We will be returning.

One little snag upon arrival but totally corrected when we departed. We stayed at The Palms. It was wonderful. We visited many restaurants and drove all over the island. We loved our experience. All our arrangements were booked by the end of the same day. As our vacation date got closer we worked with Carlos our personal concierge to arrange some excursions and dinner plans.. Our vacation was fantastic. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've used Luxuria ~3 times over the last 2 years. The service has been impeccable. Camila helped me with finding the right property that met our specific criteria, negotiating discounted rates for our groups, joining meetings with the properties to plan for special events, stepping in directly when there are misunderstandings with the resort and generally checking in to make sure the resorts treated our groups well. Looking forward to continuing to work with them for all our trips.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from our second excellent trip arranged by Sally Slaughter at Luxuria Vacations. We went to Miami Beach and stayed at the Miami Edition hotel where we enjoyed a free room upgrade and an additional $100 dollars to use during our stay due to our reservations being made by Sally at Luxuria. I would highly recommend booking through Luxuria to not only to enjoy the perks but because Sally's recommendations and planning make the trip so smooth and effort free.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience working with Roger and his Luxuria team to book our trip to Anguilla! Roger was quick to respond to every e-mail and phone call, and was very attentive to all of our requests and questions. His team booked our hotel, transportation, activities, etc. on our behalf and compiled all of the details into an handy itinerary that he provided to us, which we referenced throughout our trip. We basically just had to show up for our flights on time and the rest was handled for us, which made for a truly relaxing vacation! Traveling internationally can feel daunting but Roger and his team made the experience a breeze! We would definitely use him again to book future trips and have already recommended him to other friends!

Fantastic experience: Tiffany helped me book the LeBlanc resort in cabo. She made herself available whenever I had any questions about the trip and even offered recommendations for things to do outside of the resort. She also checked on us the day we arrived to make sure things went smooth. She even surprised us with a room upgrade upon arrival. I would definitely be booking my next few trips with her!!

Fantastic experience: Tivi and her team did an amazing job. We had some icing issues on our first flight and we barely missed our connection so we spent the night in Miami . Tivi’s team took care of our air, transfers, and expedited immigration arrival changes, and we arrived at Cap Juluca by early afternoon the next day. I recommend extra purchase of travel insurance. We enjoyed our time on the beach and swimming, as well as reading. They had Sabering each night at 6 pm. We both tried it out and completed the task on our first try. We ate an amazing breakfast each morning and dined at Uchu at the resort one night—our favorite meal! We also ate at Blanchards- great as well ; Ember, Salt, Mailliouna. Some of our acquaintances said Straw Hat was good. We did not have a bad meal!! The resort is amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Tivi had told us we might get upgraded — we did! This was our second time to visit and we likely will go back. I highly recommend Luxuria Vacations!!

Fantastic experience: Amanda & I worked with Roger for the last leg of our trip. He was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were being well taken care of. He was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had very quickly and with genuine concern for our happiness. We were very pleasantly surprised at the location and view from our room. Sometimes it can be tricky and worrisome to book at a place you have never been to but we quickly realized that Roger took all that away from us so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation without a care in the world. We typically have always booked everything on our own in the past but after this experience we will be contacting Luxuria Vacations via Roger for our next adventure so we can spend less time trying to figure out all the details of the trip and more time just relaxing in anticipation of the trip knowing we are well taken care of. We highly recommend Roger from Luxuria for help in planning your vacation, his service is excellent, friendly, and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Very enjoyable trip. Have never been to Turks and Caicos before. The weather was excellent and the resort was incredible. We stayed at Grace's Bay Resort. Everyone was super friendly and we plan on returning. We went deep sea fishing and caught two Wahoo's and one Barracuda. The larger Wahoo weighed in at 97 lbs. Enjoy your trip.

Angie is amazing, she tailors your trip however you like! She surprised us with a welcome cheese and fruit platter and bottle of wine! We had an amazing time in Los Cabos on our babymoon.
