Negative experience: The worse AAA office in the nation. They never answer the phone. I've called numerous times and left a message to receive help. The staff doesn't care and probably thinks it's funny. They're allowed to give this extremely poor service and nothing is being done about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AAA OFFICE. THEY DON'T CARE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. I'm extremely disappointed with this office.

I was to give him 50$ in foodstamps. This man bought prepacked watermelon for 10$, cashews peanut for 10$, 15 tuna fish, large OJ, 20$ for hamburger loaf, and miscellaneous. Negative experience: I called for a tow less than 5 miles from my home. After waiting over an hour and a half without any response or follow up. I called customer service and all I was given was an apology and told this tow would not count as one of my allowed tows. I missed my mechanic due to them closing at 5 and lost my rental car reservation. This is beyond unprofessional and to think no one never bothered to call me to communicate anything is sad. One our their dishonest agent drop me being a customer and another one wanted to know why was I still looking for my truck? This morning I got a call that there are no vehicles available. The day that I was due to head out for vacation. At the very least AAA doesn't do their due diligence when partnering with businesses, and at worst they know and continue to use these partnerships to boost their subscribers/users/revenue. Either way, I would not recommend anyone join AAA for their benefits. I can't speak to their insurance, though I wouldn't have faith in that either. Better off adding roadside thru insurance and or mobile plan. They arrive quicker and take you further. I have a premier membership and is no good for anything. Negative experience: Waited 4 hrs, when I called for updates I was told that someone would be here. Now they said no one is on the way but they found another tow company and it shouldn’t be more than an additional two hrs. AAA please don’t offer a PAID subscription for a service that you obviously can’t provide. You guys use to be very responsible and very well respected. They simply abandoned us on the side of the road, was told a tow truck would be there in an hour and a half, after two and a half hours I called back and they said that the truck was never dispatched. The customer service rep sounded half stoned and half asleep, said a manager would call me back in 5 minutes. 6 hours later no truck, no call, nothing!!!!! I finally called back and they said OK, we have a truck for you, will be there in an hour and a half. I had to pay someone with a trailer and a truck $250 to trailer my car back home. Called back the next day to ask what happened and the said they would call me back within 3 days. Five days later still no call, so I called back only to be told by the supervisor the only thing she could do was cancel my account. So now, I'm out the $250 for the trailering, and out the money for the money that I paid to them. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH - THIER MEMBERSHIP IS WORTHLESS....

Negative experience: I'd leave no stars if possible. I've used aaa for years and never encountered issues. Last night I called for my car breaking down. Called at 11pm and they said they would be here between 11-3am. We stayed with the car till almost 4 at which time they informed me they no longer had an estimate of when they would come. We had kids at home so they told us to leave the keys under the front door mat and go home and they'd call. Car got impounded an hour later and now, due to Easter we cannot get our car out.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't get my car started and needed it towed to the shop. Luis V. was the service person who was quick, responsive, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions as well as ran the diagnostic on the car, potentially saving $ for his customers, instead of merely towing to the shop as he was instructed to do. Even he was ready to go, he was willing to stay at the parking site till my ride showed up for my safety. i can't thank him more for his professionalism and service.

Negative experience: I called today to get some info about my auto policy. A lady by the name of Michellia was extremly rude for no apparent reason. I thought she said her name was michelle and i said hi Michelle. Her reply was MY NAME IS NOT MICHELLE and i ask why are u being rude can i speak to someone else. She just transferred the call and sent me back to the beginning of the Queue. I guess she was having a bad day. I've always spoken to nice people at that office. She left a bad reputation on my side. Not great customer service at all.

Negative experience: I have had to use AAA twice in the last 3 months and I must say that I've been very disappointed with the service. Each time I had to call at least 4 times to get the service. The wait times have been ridiculous. I had to call back because the tow truck never arrived when 1st promised. When I called back I was put on hold with no response. Non responsive and very poor service. I guess having the Premier membership means very little if nothing at all.

Fantastic experience: We have been members for 50 yrs & love AAA. They r helpful, fast, & frienly. I was able to get our Trip Tic , maps, & Tour books in very quick time. AAA makes trips so much easier & stressfrer. Love them ;))

Negative experience: Speaking with Elaine Strawberry was an headache I have never had encounter happen to me dealing with a business. She called me back because I told her she was not giving good customer service I had to hang up on her she kept calling from her personal phone this night be the last time I do business with AAA.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly! Every AAA department available under one roof (rare). Clean restroom. Relaxed but professional staff. Welcoming but the floor plan is a bit dated... could use a commercial upgrade and modern seating area for customers. The staff is current and needs a matching environment to better sell the walk in experience.
