Fantastic experience: Awesome experience with Allamo! I came down to Fort Lauderdale from Toronto this morning and found that the rest of my group (who was flying from a different airport) was 8 hours delayed. Decided to take a shot in the dark at heading over to eagle rider to see if they had any bikes to toot around on for the day. Even ahead of bike week, Allamo was able to pull a rabbit out of his hat and get me on a road glide for the day! It was a great way to see Ft Lauderdale and Miami for the first time and I couldn’t have done it without Allamo! Awesome service, awesome company. Will be back!

Fantastic experience: A first for us at EagleRider Motorcycle Rental Fort Lauderdale. A warm welcome from the team during our first visit when we inquired about prices and availability. Additionally, when we went to rent a Harley Davidson. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the person who welcomed us and helped us choose the bike that would take us to Key West. But I can tell you that he was very friendly, professional, accommodating, and all smiles. He took the time to explain everything well regarding the choices to make, the conditions, what to do and not do, etc. He was just as nice during our return, even saying a few words in French with a smile. Very happy with the service we received. I highly recommend them if you feel like riding a motorcycle in Florida.

Fantastic experience: We rented a trike here. Unfortunately, the originally planned rental day could not be realized due to the weather. Postponement, no problem. Today we started with a great introduction by Allamo. (That's his real name and he spells it with two ll's) He explained the Harley trike in a friendly, competent and patient manner. Even for riders who are not familiar with this brand, the moped is very easy to operate after the instruction. Apart from that, the machine is self-explanatory, it was my first ride on a Harley trike, but I quickly found my way around. The location itself is spacious and very, very clean. A look into the workshop confirms this impression. We would definitely rent a moped or trike again when we are here. I would recommend future renters to ride in long trousers. The heat from the engine can heat up the lower right leg very much, which can cause blisters. But don't worry, with the right clothing this is not a problem. Dear future renters, enjoy the ride!

Fantastic experience: Could not be more hospitable. As far as vehicle rental agencies go, they offered an amazing den area with ice cold water and coffee, in addition to a couch area with plenty of reading material, a television, ping pong table, all while waiting for my bike reservation to be ready. My bike was a Harley Street Bob, which was very well taken care of and I was able to go around FT. Lauderdale with peace of mind knowing the reliability of the bike. I cannot recommend these people enough.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Eaglerider Fort Lauderdale. I had a little damage to the bike when I returned it, and they were very understanding. I had the VIP-Zero coverage. MAKE SURE you get a police report for any damage, even if the bike just falls over and there is minor damage. Just call the cops and explain that the rental company requires a police report.

No return call Or anything I’m a bit dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least ‘but it made me look at other options. I’m Now using rider share for a brand new bike for 150 a day less. I’ll only use them from now on. They lost a fairly regular customer. Doug

Negative experience: What started as a super good experience- ended just the opposite. Be very specific when you agree return of the bike!!! We were told that we had one hour “grace period” , meaning that if we returned the bikes one hour later than pick up, we wouldn’t be charged anything. We picked up the bikes at 14.30 and returned them 2 days later at 15.00 which should be just in time. Instead the owner explains the the “timer” started already when he saw us (so at 14.00 hrs) and that he needed to spend 5 minutes on checking the bikes - meaning that we where 5 mins overtime and had to pay extra. This is seriously just a ripoff- and really leaves you with a super bad impression. Don’t go there!!

Fantastic experience: Allamo, took good care of me checking in on a short notice. I rented a brand new '22 H-D Road King and went on a day ride down to N. Key Largo and back (route recommended by Allamo). Their mechanic Tulio gave me a tour of their new facility and their well maintained bikes! Highly recommended! There is no sign up front that indicates their business since they just moved to this new location so it is easy to miss if you are looking for this place. Hopefully they will put up a "EagleRider" sign soon. I will definitely rent here again!

Negative experience: Charged my card for an online reservation and then when I showed up they told me they were holding the bike for somebody else tomorrow so I couldn’t rent it anymore. Not sure why they would honor somebody else’s reservation tomorrow and not mine today, but at least the bike looked nice in their showroom

Negative experience: Made my Reservations May 17, tried to cancel on May 19 due someone becoming very ill in my family. oh but hey! NO REFUNDS only in store credit for a location im sure now I won't be able to travel to. No reason why I can't get a refund for a reservation in JULY...

Negative experience: I rented a Harley Street Glide . They called me a week before my rental date an said they needed to switch me to a Road Glide . No big deal still a big bike . When I get there to pick up the bike I was informed there was no bike for me . Now I booked on line weeks ahead of time and paid for my rental . So now he informs me he can put me on a Low Rider very small bike . So I take the bike with no other options. Along someone comes to return a Street Glide . He tells me I can’t take that one it’s already rented . This place is a poor choice for picking a rental for a motorcycle. They have no inventory and just do a bait and switch with their bikes. Save yourself aggravation and rent elsewhere.

We rented Street Glides with you about 10 days ago and I just wanted to say "thank you" for such professional service. This is our 10th or 11th rental and you guys are at the top of the pack. The In-service was quick and thorough. The bikes were in perfect condition. Weather was perfect, riding the 7-mile bridge with 'nothin but water' on both sides was a thrill. We'll be back!

Fantastic experience: Excellent, in and out within 20 minutes, the rides are well maintained, supplied some riding gear as well (even had smaller sizes for younger passengers!). All in all a great experience, even though I only grabbed a bike for a day, was able to take a few rides up and down A1A, and a quick excursion to Miami for an espresso!

Fantastic experience: Hands down, a great experience! I take 20 rides in 20 different cities throughout the U.S., renting from EagleRider in every one. This Ft. Lauderdale locations was awesome! I got off the plane and spent under $15 and 10 minutes taking an Uber from the airport to this location. I had checked in on-line so they had the nike waiting for me indoors, which was awesome because it was pouring rain outside. I took the stuff from my luggage and put it into the side bags on the Street Glide. They took my luggage case from me to store it at no extra charge. I signed the paperwork and was gone! All in under 10-minutes! I returned the bike the next day, got my luggage, packed it and Ubered back to the airport. It was an easy and seamless experience. I will be in Miami for a ride in late October. Even though there's an EagleRider there, I may rent form this because I had to walk across the lot in the pouring rain to load up my bike last time I was there in December. Considering it's only a 35-minute ride to Miami, it's almost a definite. the only thing holding me back is that this location did not accept EagleRider credit. Though unfortunate, the experience was so great that after it, I really didn't mind. You get what you pay for and this was worth every penny!

La moto más económica (capaz de ir tranquila por carretera) está a $100, más seguros y algunas otras cosillas por ahí, me salió como $180 por 24 hrs. Pero yo FELIZ! (Pero siendo realistas, rentar un carro es más económico).

Negative experience: They have good bikes (BMW specifically), but mostly cruisers, touring, street. We booked online 3 R Nine T but they only had 1 available (2 in inventory)...they called us to let me know 2 days before! We were stuck to chose two other bikes unless we canceled but too last minute. They did not even offer any discount for the inconvenience and their inability to satisfy their commitment. Also, they didn’t have sufficient jacket size availability for rental, nor do they sell any equipment/attire. The moto price was more expensive than other places and if you get the full insurance it’s 35$/day with 100$ deposit (not in rsvp pricing). They also didn’t know much about their own motorcycles. You can leave your car overnight in their gated parking lot at no added cost. One of the bikes came with a half-tank and they never told us the R Nine T tank is basically half that of the GS 1200; almost ran out of gas at first while near the Everglades.

Fantastic experience: Pedro and Estefania were very courteous and professional. I recently got my license and had not rode a cycle in over 40 years. I was not sure I could handle a heavy bike. Pedro patiently went over the Heritage Softail controls with me. After talking to me he built up my confidence and put me on the bike. The Heritage Softail is extraordinary. It was easier to do figure eights with than the 250cc I took my test on. Had a wonderful day covering over 300 miles. The good vibes I got from Pedro and Estefania made all the difference.

Negative experience: I wanted to rent two trikes on the same day at their Fort Lauderdale location. I was able to make a booking for both bikes through their website, which required commitment of a non-refundable deposit. I decided to call instead so I could ask some questions. Their representative told me that they only have a single trike available and that they will make a "best effort" to bring the second bike to the Fort Lauderdale location on my desired date. I asked what the "best effort" means? He responded that if they can't accommodate with a second trike, they will replace it with a comparable model. I told him that that would not be acceptable. I would either want two trikes on same date or have my deposit refunded in full. The representatives started going around in circles saying that once you click the "Accept" button, you agree to their agreement to accept a replacement and that "at best" they would refund deposit for the second rental which they could not satisfy, but not for the first. I tried to explain that I needed this as a package deal, i.e. I either need two trikes on same date or none at all and that I did not want to lose my deposit if they could not accommodate. I thought my requests were reasonable but the representative would not budge. I urge anyone to take proper precautions before renting anything from this company.

Negative experience: Terrible! Worst experience of my entire life. Absolutely ruined my trip to Key West! I have never been spoken to so rudely before in my entire life. I was called five minutes before I picked up the motorcycle that they gave my motorcycle that I specifically rented and have confirmation of to somebody else. They put me on an electric glide which is the largest motorcycle Harley Davidson offers. It’s absolutely frightening it has massive bags all over the place a huge front fender that catches the wind on every single turn you take it weighs an absolute ton. I was supposed to have an enjoyable fun vacation instead I spent a week and frightened for my life. The workers did not care one bit they told me to “take it or leave it in there was nothing to do about it because the manager was in Vegas and he won’t be back until Sunday. After I got back scared for my life. The manager Alamo told me that it was easy for me to come back after I enjoyed my weekend And complain about Afterwards. He said he would call me back. Because he was out to lunch and didn’t have time for my “bullshit” again the worst experience I have ever had

Negative experience: Tuve que devolver la moto porque estaba roto el embrague. Cuando le dije que me den otra, solo me ofrecieron otra mas cara y tenia que pagar usd 20 mas. No me ofrecieron nada a cambio de todo el tiempo que perdi... Horrible. La moto fue la sporter 1200 de la foto.

Fantastic experience: My experience started out a little rough with both of the bikes I reserved 3 weeks prior being unavailable the night before the rental was to start. Once I arrived at the fort Lauderdale location, I expressed my disappointment to Camila. She was very understanding and extremely helpful. She was able to go through a bunch of channels to make the bike I originally requested available. If not for Camila, i would not be writing a positive review. Also, Ron was very helpful and answered any and all of our questions and suggested some good routes to ride. Return of the bikes was very smooth as well. All in all, I would definitely rent from eagle rider again.
