Negative experience: Terrible experience- never did the reservation and I was stuck after driving 4 hours with my daughter for her soccer tournament. They STILL haven’t refunded me. Shame on them. Treating regular folks like this. I would encourage all to not use this service.

Negative experience: By far the worst experience ever. I booked a hotel through hotels 4 teams. When I got there the room was dirty, the screen to the window was broken, and it smelled so bad. I checked out and let the front deck now what happened. They told me to call and see if I could get a refund for the other nights I had booked. I literally tried calling for 3 days, until someone emailed me to tell me I was not getting a refund because the hotel told them I had stayed there. I let them know what had happened and the hotel should have proof that I checked in and out on the same day. I never got a response. Save yourself the hassle because if anything goes wrong you're going to be at a loss.
Fantastic experience: I've been using Hotel for Teams since both of my daughters have been playing softball. We've traveled to many places and I've always been able to count on this site to give me the best deal available while also being able to find the hotels closest to all of the venues without having any difficulty having to search through different sights. Thanks for all your help and I will continue using your site in the near future!
Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was hot and ready early so that we could eat and get out the door to make it to our daughter’s cross country meet. Love the site and convenience of finding hotels close to the site of the sporting event!
Negative experience: I reserved a room, (that was listed as a 3 star hotel and it was by far less than a ONE star hotel) received confirmation email and everything I needed. Arrived at the hotel at 9:30PM. The lady at the front desk could not find my reservation anywhere. And the hotel was completely booked. I contacted customer service and was told they "forgot to send the reservation." I was told she was trying to call the hotel but could not get through. I was standing there the entire time and phone NEVER rang once. There solution was they would have a manager contact me with 24 HOURS to resolve it. Mind you im still sitting in the lobby with my kids. And no rooms available. I told fine, i will just find a different hotel. They said i would still be charged for the hotel since I didn't cancel in time. Although...there was no reservation to cancel?? I ended up having to cancel my debit card on day one of our trip to avoid them taking the money for a service they could not provide. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I understand mistakes happen, but there was absolutely nothing they could tell me, other than they still had to charge my card.

Positive experience: Great Hotel, was very pleased. The only thing that disappointed was the breakfast. Ended up going to breakfast the second morning.

Negative experience: I was charged twice for a room. It took them 3 weeks to give me my money back.
Negative experience: Regardless of the hotel, it would be nice if the hotels catered to the teams in the tournament that are required to use their hotel. That means having breakfast ready (self serve or bagged) in enough time that guests can get breakfast and leave the hotel in time to get to the field by the time the coach wants. Most coaches want teams at the field to warm up about 60 minutes before the whistle. For an 8 a.m. game, you need to be at the field by 7 a.m. so you need to be able to get breakfast around 6 a.m. in order to eat and travel to the field. Breakfast on the weekends at the hotels is usually later than during the work week which is makes the situation even worse.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience I have ever had with booking a hotel through a third party. They never notified the hotel I changed my reservation so the hotel still charged me for a stay when in fact I didn’t stay at the hotel. They wanted me to call and deal with the hotel when they were the ones who messed up the reservation. I will NOT being using them again!

Fantastic experience: I called and reserved a room for our baseball tourney. The room was good. Pool was nice. Man on the phone was kind and prompt. Only downfall is we didn't get to eat breakfast! We paid to be able to get it. :)
Negative experience: This is not Hotels4Teams fault, but my hotel experience at the Baymont Inn in Roseville Michigan that I booked through them is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. For 5 years I spent 100+ nights a year in hotels, and this was the worst. One thing I didn't like about the site is that as soon as I clicked on the room I wanted, the price immediately went up $10.00. I cleared my cache, and went back in. The cheaper price was there. But when I clicked on it, it went up. Borderline illegal.
Negative experience: Worst booking experience I've ever had . Made reservations threw them and drove 4 hour and got to my hotel to find no reservations for my trip . I had all the confirmation # everything . But No reservation. Had to pay almost double what I was supposed to . Come to find out they booked me somewhere else and got charged for that also . Fantastic experience: I had to book a hotel room the day before my sons wrestling match. I was nervous that since it was such last minute I wouldn’t be able to find anything or worse pay so much for one night. I was able to through this site and get a great deal. Negative experience: I made a prepaid reservation on your website on Friday 3/19 for a stay on Saturday 3/20 and it was very easy, I printed my confirmation and assumed everything was taken care. That it where my problem began. I ran to the hotel to go ahead and check-in between ball games and that is where my problem began. I handed the clerk my reservation papers and he asked for my ID and My Credit Card, I explained to him that I had already paid he stated the my card was not actually charged it was just used for the reservation. And because I was hurrying to get back to my childs' ballgame I just gave him my card and finished checking in. When I arrived back home I checked my account and realized I was in fact charged TWICE, once by hotels4teams and then again by the hotel. So In total I paid over $300.00 for a 1 night stay!!!! I have contacted your support team twice on Mon 3/22 and again on Tues 3/23, both times I was on hold WELL OVER 30 minutes and both times I was assured that someone would be in tough with me very quickly. It is Wednesday 3/25 and no one has contacted me nor have I recd a refund in the amount of $161.10 that your company charged me!!!! This is completely unacceptable!!! We play travel ball and could be an asset to your company but at this point I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USE OF YOUR SITE!!!!!

Negative experience: This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to the hotel to check in and no reservation nor did they recognize the company. I showed the manager the confirmation I received and nothing in the system. I tried calling and it was just minutes of recordings no one picked up.

Fantastic experience: I was new to the area and was only staying one night, so this was a great help to get in and out with ease. The booking was a seamless process. Negative experience: I spent almost $500 on a room reservation in late 2019 for an event in April of 2020. Since my event was cancelled due to the pandemic, I obviously need my money back since the cancellation was out of my hands. I have been trying to reach Hotels4Teams for the past MONTH! Nobody answers the phones and after waiting on the phone for someone to answer for over 45 minutes, it gives the option to leave a voicemail. I have left over 10 voicemails, multiple emails, even waited 5 HOURS in a queue for a live chat agent to respond. I have yet to receive a response from anyone from Hotels4Teams. Now, their live chat is offline and their "24/7" customer service line is disconnected. I have done everything in my power to wait patiently for a response and go through the proper channels in order to resolve this issue. I will NEVER EVER book with Hotels4Teams again.

Fantastic experience: When I easily booked a room for an upcoming softball tournament for my daughter, and since her mother was coming too, when I saw that the confirmation email said we were assured of one room with one king bed, I called the motel personally, and they understood that my daughter would want her own bed, so they readily and graciously switched us to a room with 2 queen beds for the same price. Now that's service.

(Some sort of discount would have been appreciated- we did carry our luggage up the stairs.) I'm giving only 1 star because there was a roach in our tub and baby roaches in the drain (which was also full of standing water)
