Most recently, my homeowners policy went up $1,000 and I was shocked. She put together quotes from different companies and I was able to get a better policy at a cheaper rate! Thank you Felicita!

Fantastic experience: I just joined AAA last summer and was a first time policy holder for myself. I knew nothing about car insurance, how much it would cost, or what kind i needed. My agent Melody Langer has been such a blessing in this whole process. She made the process so easy I barely felt like I had to do anything. She had my back when dealing with dealerships and the bank and was more like a friend than an agent. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would for sure recommend AAA to anyone looking for cheaper insurance, and more specifically ask for Melody! She loves what she does and it shows :)

Fantastic experience: It was the last day of the month and I needed my registration renewed. (I got the reminder in the mail then forgot all about it.) I went online the night before and they had one appointment left! I showed up 15 mins ahead of time with my ppwk and ID, a gal checked me in, I had to wait about 7 minutes for the two people ahead of me and I was walking out the door 5 minutes later with my new sticker and registration in hand. SUCH a great experience!!!

Fantastic experience: The entire Staff and Experience was excellent. I live closer to another branch, and work very close to the Worcester branch as well. I ALWAYS go to Webster. It's always a pleasant hassle free experience. Most of my transactions are Registry related so that speaks volumes.

Negative experience: No stars from my end. Please Don't do business with AAA's auto insurance. They lie about saving you money. They make you get what you don't want nor need.They make excuses as why they can't cancel the auto insurance and never pay ahead of time because then they say you not do a refund, even if you don't use it the whole month. Even they online web is bad. Don't make the mistake on choosing them because you will have a hard time and you don't get your money's worth.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment at the AAA office in Webster to obtain a real ID. Lindsey, I believe, happily greeted me at the front desk. She helped me sort through all the necessary documentation to be sure I had everything. She was incredibly patient and kind. They even took me early! I believe Jennifer helped me at the RMV processing portion and she was also patient, knowledgable, kind and very efficient. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and they were actively helping 4 other people and answering phones. Thank you so much ladies for making a typically dreadful and often stressful task pleasant and thank you AAA for offering RMV services!!!

Positive experience: usually pretty friendly however one women just put me on hold for an hour until they closed and hung up rather than actually assisting me. Guess ill try again when another employee is working.

Negative experience: Called for trip map/info last week was told I could pick up this info on Sat which gave them several days to prepare this. In the past at other AAAs I walked in and left with this info. Anyways, I went early afternoon to Webster AAA and found the building empty and locked. I called AAA who told me they close at 1pm on Saturdays and that I would have to wait until Tuesday to get this info even though I was to leave on Sunday. Fantastic experience: Renewed my license at AAA in Webster, MA today. Took only 20 minutes. I also got the ID version drivers license at AAA, which the registry of motor vehicles isn't isuing at this time. Why, I don't know. How impressive AAA was. They disinfected the credit card processor and the visual checking device before each new customer. AAA sent an email to me weeks ago after I made the appointment with them. It guided me easily through the process. There is indeed a tooth fairy, easter bunny, and Santa Claus. They live and work at AAA. It was a pleasure to renew my license.
