Fantastic experience: I was blown away with this place first time here I've been living on Long Island for over 30 years they have so much to offer travel agent update your driver's license and of course the Fantastic AAA organization that I believe it's a must for every driver to have you never know when you're going to need a tow truck or help thanks for being there

Fantastic experience: Had no idea you could go here for DMV it was great. Everyone was so helpful(I changed my name on my license big pain in the butt) ladies if you get married never change your name it's such a pain and even a bigger pain if you get divorced. Jennifer helped me with everything she was very knowledgeable and very patient.

Positive experience: So many services offered under one roof. I went to pick up an international driving permit. I didn't realize you can also apply for TSA pre check here, as well as apply for the new SmartID, transact DMV business, etc, on top of all the obvious AAA services. They were professional and organized, just busy (so four stars, only because I waited more than an hour). That said, there is an option to make an appointment (which I didn't do, but certainly will in the future).

Fantastic experience: I rarely leave reviews, but I am absolutely amazed by the efficiency and customer service at this AAA center. I have been here twice in the past month for travel-related services. Both times, I was in and out of the center within twenty minutes of arrival. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I am incredibly grateful for the experiences I’ve had here and I’ll be sure to return next time I need a service that they can provide!

Negative experience: Sitting here for 2 1/2 hours waiting to be towed. Estimated help they don't know. Premium Mebership for over 30 yrs means nothing.

Negative experience: Good luck getting TSA PreCheck here! I had an appointment in December (which I had to make about a month in advance), and when I showed up on the day, I was told "our system is down and we can't do PreCheck." Nice. Since then, I have gone back twice as a walk in, both times I was denied. Beware!

Fantastic experience: I had a flat tire in a parking lot, I called AAA & gave them my membership information + told them what was going on. After we hung up the phone not even 10 minutes later they were there to help me, he was friendly, quick & efficient. I would recommend AAA to anyone that has a car. Plus some hotels give you discounts if you have AAA!

Fantastic experience: I needed to get approved for TSA pre-check for an upcoming trip . I couldn’t get an apt . Before I have to leave . Someone there suggested to me to get there as soon as they open . I just might be able to to be seen as a walk-in . I did that the next day . As I started to sit down in waiting area they called me . I was done in 10 min. The young woman that helped me was excellent & very nice .

Negative experience: I dont have AAA but An old lady broke down across the street from triple-a in Smithtown and had a flat tire she was there for 3 hours and no one came to help her I pulled over and changed her tire for her. How sickening it is for an old lady to depend on AAA and across the street on 347 , she kept looking at the office as she kept calling on the phone and no one ever answered

Positive experience: This AAA office just started being an Amazon locker. The only issue is that they have no lockers like other places with Amazon lockers. You hace to speak to someone to recover your package. I picked up a package from Amazon and still getting email from Amazon telling me to pickup package or it will be returned to Amazon. Hope this AAA location fixes the issues or stop being an Amazon locker.

Fantastic experience: Alright so this is so far superior to a DMV visit that it's hard to express. I think people don't realize how many services AAA provides. I know I didn't. This branch is very nice and the folks there were polite and informative. Recommend both the business and the instance. Great experience.

Positive experience: The AAA call service is great with their convenience in getting your basic info from you and not even asking for your AAA membership card. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the tow truck driver had a hard time finding my car with GPS, and was not a people person. Understandable, just needed that extra effort in customer service to get the 5th star.

Fantastic experience: The guy had to meet us at a weird field on a state park beach. The car was relentlessly a pain in his keister but he didnt give up and eventually got in through the trunk. Amazing!!
