Negative experience: WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY. Truly what is the point of an insurance agent if they cannot pick the phone up the phone and call your customers to let them know you have cancelled your insurance for quite literally no reason?! Randy Bridges you are a terrible agent. And your company is quite literally a joke. YOUR JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE SO DO YOUR JOB AND CALL YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS!! Could it be my rate was just too low and you all were not making enough money off of me?! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO DO THE SIMPLEST PART OF THEIR JOB WHICH IS PICK UP THE PHONE AND SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Negative experience: I gave AAA 1 star only because it wouldn't let me give them no stars....If you want to be over charged and totally ripped off then definitely get automobile insurance through them. AAA SUCKS HARD CORE!!

Fantastic experience: Incredible! Been 6 decade member of AAA Nashville TN and thankfully only used handful of times. Today, late afternoon, safe warm home thankfully, battery went dead 2017 Toyota Camry. Technician Anthony Lopez came, in dark, in freezing cold, and IN A AAA truck which is safety for women, and he hooked up something to check everything under hood, showed me results on phone, and replaced my battery with AAA brand battery which I'd already researched in case, and I got the price quote offered in the texts they send after appt made and for $230+ he installed, tested, in 20 minutes or less. I didn't need to tow car, or anything else. I'm joyously shocked. I don't read the fine print when I pay yearly $50+ fee, so I had no idea AAA does this like this. I'm so relieved and relaxed. Headache from worry hasn't left yet, but it will. So, I'm thankfull my house and car haven't been destroyed in a fire so can have this problem and thankful for AAA AND SWEET, FUNNY, NO COLOGNE OR SMOKE SCENTS. PROFESSIONAL, Anthony Lopez!!! God bless him.

Fantastic experience: Helped me get my international license. Easy process I’ve done it twice here now. They expire after 1 year. Cost is $20 plus being your one odd port photo or make it here. No appointment needed. Takes 15-20 minutes

Fantastic experience: All I can say about this insurance company is that they are super nice I believe they're located in Hendersonville and if I have a problem they are easy to get in contact without a electronic secretary and their insurance is the cheapest one here in Tennessee and that's the truth so if you are looking for insurance don't hesitate don't take my word for it give them a call Don't delay

Positive experience: This is for the travel agents in GH. The previous agent did a wonderful job with a trip to Italy, catering to what we wanted and making adjustments, but she has left AAA. The current agent was less willing to look for what we actually want and went right to the most expensive package. He tried to tell me what we wanted to do rather than listen. When I asked for an alternative he simply stated that it was the only package available with no regret. No willingness to look for separate flights and hotels for us. I ended up making our own arrangements and will not call them again

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in Triple A of Tennessee. So, I had to come up to Tennessee for work today. I’m from Alabama. So, when I got up here, I realized that lost my Debit card prior to leaving. I’m not sure if I dropped it or if it was stolen. So, I contacted Triple A thinking they would help me. I pay for the premium service. I call and make a request for some gas. I was anxious and was trying to figure out what to do. Obviously, I’m a woman alone in another state and not familiar with the area. After I called triple A, I’m looking for alerts on my phone texts, anything. I’m not receiving any text or anything. This is a bit nerve-racking, because when I’ve had to use triple A in the past, I’ve gotten regular alerts and knew what was going on. I wasn’t getting like that. So, I didn’t even know if I was in the system to have someone sent to me. Finally, after an hour, I get a voice recording message stating I was next on the query, and they were going to send someone out to me. An hour goes by and no one is sent out to me. I call and speak to somebody named Natalie and she tells me that they can’t send someone out to me, because they can’t give me enough gas for Alabama. I was aware they couldn’t give me that much gas. I was trying to find a solution. I was anxious then I realized there was a Regions 15 to 20 minutes up the road and all I needed was enough to get up there to get my card replaced. The gas that Triple A brings would have been more than suffice to get me that far from where I was located. However, I feel that even if I did want to try to use what little gas triple A brings premium members to try and get back to Alabama, that’s my business. Again, though, I was in a state that is not my own. I was anxious and I was trying to figure out what I needed to do. I received absolutely no help from Triple A today. I actually was able to find some change in my car that got me to Regions.When you’re stuck in your car for like two hours, you start doing some cleaning and looking for change while waiting. I finally was able to make it to the Regions, they replaced my car no problem. There was a gas station literally next to the Regions. I was able to fill my car up and take care of business, per normal. With that being said, I am extremely livid when it comes to Triple A. I even tried to call back and talk to a supervisor and complain, because obviously I was /am upset. I do not believe that I spoke to a manager because the woman was not helpful. She basically just said it was over and they couldn’t do anything now. Wow! I thought Triple A valued their customers, but apparently I was wrong. I wasn’t getting any alerts of any kind. I’m just sitting there wondering if they even know about me. Triple A of Alabama has always sent regular alerts, I never felt like I was by myself. They even have United call on their phone and let you know what they’re doing, where they are - so you know they’re working on getting to you. This was an awful awful Experience! As a single female out of state, I just needed Triple A to work with me a little bit. I pay for premium service Of which includes gas if I request it. I’ve also been a premium member for years so I know how much gas I’m allotted. I just need to Triple A to do their part and bring me the gas and I would figure out everything from there! Negative experience: Worst AAA I have ever encountered. It was Jan 20, 2024. I called at 8:30pm. They said they would call when on their way. One hour went by. No call. I called them. They said someone would be there at 10:48. No one showed. I called. They said they couldn’t find anyone to help me. I had a flat tire and my battery went dead by this time for using my hazard lights. It was snowing and freezing cold. They said I could leave my keys under the drivers side mat and find a ride home and they would tow it to a tire place in Spring Hill. So I left my car unlocked and found a ride home. I received no call back all night. I woke up at 6am and called them. No one picked up my car all night. I told them this is ridiculous and that they should be liable if my car was stolen or damaged because of their negligence! I ended up having to take care of this alone with my son and AAA never helped me. I have been a member for over 40 years in California and never had this problem. I moved to Spring Hill TN a year ago and this is how I was treated here! Now I feel I can’t rely on AAA in middle TN the way I could in So Cal.

He was very efficient in loading my car and securing it to the truck platform. Lucas confirmed the address I was sending the car, thanked me, and was on his way. Negative experience: Ashley, who I spoke to Sunday August 14 between 8pm & 11:30pm was the most careless, rude person I’ve ever encountered with this company. Not only was she rude and careless but also non informative. Definitely not how I wanted to be treated waiting in my car, alone for hours, in a secluded area for help. No one came.

Fantastic experience: AAA is absolutely amazing. $97 a year and you can add two people on your plan for free and it's only like $15 to add any more. Absolutely necessary for families with teenagers even young adults. Peace of mind that if anything happens to your kid AAA is on the way

Negative experience: I submitted my claim around 2:30pm local time. It took 3.5 hours to get a text acknowledging that my claim had been received. While I understood the circumstances (winter weather event AND it was Christmas Eve) and was extremely patient, I became extremely frustrated when I received a call around 1:30am to tell me that my claim was being canceled and must be resubmitted the following morning. After waiting nearly 11 hours with no transportation, rather than allowing my claim to remain in the queue so that I could receive assistance based on the order it was received (while continuing to prioritize emergencies), I was woken up in the middle of the night to be told (essentially) that my situation does not matter and that AAA has no real desire to assist me. I am a single father with two children and only one vehicle, and I need to be able to drive 2 hours to pick them up on Christmas morning so that I can spend time with them, yet because my issue occurred in my driveway rather than on the side of the interstate, I was REQUIRED to cancel my claim so that the queue could be cleared rather than allowing me to remain in line and hopefully get service first thing in the morning. I was willing to be patient. I understood the circumstances. I trusted that everyone at AAA and all of the service providers were doing their best under the circumstances. But this showed me otherwise. This is the absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’m stranded on Christmas morning with no hope of getting to my children. Thanks. I really appreciate all of the help!

Wait times increasingly long (customer service) and after waiting more than 2 hours in the middle of the night in the freezing cold, the contracted auto assistance company never showed. We ended up having to flag a random stranger down to assist us.

Negative experience: I give them zero stars for AAA roadside assistance. After 5 hours of waiting on the side of dangerous busy highway, I could not get an ETA from the tow truck provider. This is not acceptable and what I pay for!! Had to go through another tow company. I hope your corporate office sees all of the bad reviews. This is the opposite of what is conveyed on TV commercials. The worst customer service!!!

Negative experience: Most pathetic service I’ve ever received. Here is the timeline: Blew out a tire at 8:30pm. Had a spare tire but not the tools to install it. Called AAA for help. They informed me they could send someone by 12:00am to help. I said that’s fine. Midnight rolls around and I call for an update. Left on hold for 20 minutes. They pick back up and informed me they couldn’t reach the provider or provide an ETA. I call again at 1:00am. Left on hold for 15 minutes again. Was informed the driver was doing a tow-job and would be there to help me in an hour. I was next on the list. I fell asleep and called again at 3:00am. Was left on hold again for 15-20 minutes. This time they informed me that the provider was unreachable and they sent a request for a different provider. They could not provide an ETA. I called again at 6:00am as a last-ditch effort since I needed to get to work. They still had zero ETA and told me that there wasn’t a provider on the job yet. I told them to forget it and had my wife drive me 45 minutes to work. Now I’ve tested positive for Covid at the office and can’t get home because of AAA’s inadequacy. Unacceptable.

Negative experience: I could've gotten all the brochures w/o going all the way out to this office. The lady was nice, but she didn't KNOW where I could get the FAMOUS AAA discount, said to "always ASK if they offer it" bs. If it wasn't for towing and guidebooks and actual papper maps, yes I still look at them, this would not get renewed. And how do I get them to quit mailing trees' worth of paper to me about insurance? I HAVE insurance.

Negative experience: Just had an interaction with one of the tow technician who came to an apartment complex today and was rude to the staff at the apartment complex. He literally walked off in the middle of a conversation with me when we were trying to help assist. If this the kind of service you guys provide while interacting with clients, I definitely will not sign up for this service in Nashville.

Negative experience: After waiting 5.5 hours for roadside assistance, in Nashville, I was forced to call a tow company that isn't on the list for reimbursement. I was Iied to, several times by representatives, regarding arrival times for tow service. I spent all day waiting for the promised arrival of help, missed work completely, and I would recommend that no one waist their money, tme or trust into this scam!

Negative experience: I hit a pothole going onto the interstate and was forced into the shoulder of the on ramp to wait. That was at 6:20 pm. Not only was my first service request hung up on by the phone system, but my app service request pinged me in the wrong location, and my service time was three hours. Decide to call back, they then say that the system was ‘having an issue’ and I was being placed on a back log system. My wait time was now at 11:39pm, nearly four hours later. It’s now 12:17, tow truck still isn’t here and on top of that the towing company didn’t even understand where I was and I’m praying they find me. Sitting in a car for nearly six hours with little to no communication from AAA or the towing company without me grilling them is ridiculous, especially seeing that I have nearly been hit several times. Extremely disappointing, don’t rely on this service if you can choose not to, you’re better off calling somewhere else. Update: It’s 12:57 am, called the tow company and turns out it’s all the way in Franklin KY, and coming in on an interstate I’m nowhere near. Told the lady I was needing to know if I had to sleep in my car and she responded as if that was acceptable in the first place that the tow driver would wake me up. Wow.

Negative experience: I had called in about my broken down car in the cell phone lot of BNA at 5:15pm while picking up a friend. Not only did the initial service request say it would be done at 8:15pm (three hours later), but AAA after multiple calls to them failed to locate their drivers and update me on a time. They then had a dispatcher sent out at 2am and tried to call me at 4:40am, nearly twelve hours later. Don’t recommend if you’re in a pickle in a rough spot to leave your car.

Negative experience: Continued review: it is now 8:30pm and I am watching the screen that says a technician in Nashville was dispatched more than an hour ago. Brittany from another state told me that I can order a tow and maybe be reimbursed. Would anyone believe this based on the run around tonight? I joined AAA for better service than insurance road assistance!

Negative experience: I booked a 2.5 mile tow. They were arriving in 45 mins. An hour later, we called & found out AAA gave the incorrect destination, & the tow was delayed another 20 minutes. An hour later, we were delayed another 45 minutes. That is nearly 2 hours, waiting, late at night. Never again AAA

Negative experience: Broke down 3 miles outside of downtown Nashville and waited over 18 hours on the side of a busy highway for a tow. We were told continuously that someone would be coming and then eventually at 1am we were told that no one would come until morning. We asked if we could find a tow ourselves and be reimbursed and were told we could apply for reimbursement but they couldn’t guarantee it. We were in danger for 18 hours because of this company. When they finally showed up, we still had to pay $250 to pay for the “remaining balance” of the tow. Very unprofessional and incompetent.

Negative experience: Bad service my agent Mr. Ben Spears has refused on more than one occasion to return my call because this company continued to make me pay for a membership that I didn't want to continue and would not return my money that had been withdrawn from my checking account I left AAA and found a better price at Geico and I'm glad I did and if you don't get a quote for all of your insurance needs you will probably pay to much. I just think that it is awful that Mr. Spears can't even explain why after the money was taken out of my checking account on November 18th as of December the 7th of 2021 he want answer my call so I'm going to file a complaint with the state department of commerce and insurance, So sad to only be able to give one star google should allow no stars please stay away

Negative experience: Man I had a friend that used your services you all changed her $200.00 to unlock her car! Really! That's horrible! You should be ashamed of your selfs!

Fantastic experience: If you go anywhere else to get your car insurance, you're wasting both time and money. Sal Rodriguez saved me literally hundreds of dollars and treated me like I was a VIP. I love AAA, but especially this one.

Negative experience: Waited 4 hours for a new car battery, completely stranded. Tech never came or responded to corporate calls. Never indicated they weren’t coming. Will be canceling my membership immediately. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Negative experience: My family and relatives have use this place at least 5 times a year. Every single time it’s always an awful experience. I don’t know if they communicate with the towing companies or not on the timely matter but every time I use it I ended up calling that towing company multiple times because they never receive the work order ticket from AAA. Worst thing of all is that the very limited towing company they work with and your stuck with a certain towing company with a bad reputation of response time. Expect to be waiting on the side of the road minimum 2 hours regardless of how busy the road is. By the way you guys need more than 1 towing company in Murfreesboro. EA towing is the worst.

Negative experience: Have the AAA platinum membership. Got stranded on the side of the road with my family. There were 4 of us. AAA refused to pick us up saying there were too many of us. Had to make a family member drive a long way to come get us. They could have easily sent a car or taxi but refused to fo so.
