Fantastic experience: I heard about FlyUSAGermany through connections in the German- American community in Charlotte and had a great first experience when booking my flight to Germany this September. Rica was able to get me a flight for around half of what I was seeing for comparable routings from Charlotte to Frankfurt. She was very responsive to my emails and the booking process was painless. Once I gave her final confirmation regarding the preferred option (she presented several) she confirmed the booking within 10 minutes of me sending the confirmation email. Based on the experience thus far, I would definitely recommend using FlyUSAGermany and plan to reach back out once I know when I need to schedule my return flight back to Charlotte.
