Fantastic experience: Rock is an exceptional travel agent! Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend this travel agency to anyone! My best friend Janet and I decided that we wanted to visit Jamaica. It was a first visit for both of us so we wanted it to be done right. I googled travel agencies in the area and landed on Dee’s Travel Agency based on the great reviews! Rock was ALWAYS available for any and all of our questions before and DURING our trip. He provided us with a large assortment of resorts for us to choose from. As we came up with specific items that we did or did not want, he patiently assisted us until we settled on an option that worked well for us. Rock and Dee spoke with us about what to expect and prepared us very well for all phases of the travel. Rock checked on us several times once we arrived in Jamaica, he even assisted us with contacting resort management for a minor issue in our suite at the resort. We both thank you kindly and deeply for an extremely excellent level of dedication and service to us! Thank you for valuing your patrons, that seems to be in short supply in the service business nowadays.

Fantastic experience: We planned a last minute trip to Jamaica. It was our first experience at an all inclusive resort and hadnt traveled outside the US since 1979. Rock suggested a hotel he had stayed. The Riu Palace Aquarelle. Everything was perfect. The mobay he arranged at the airport was amazing. We didn't wait in line anywhere. The driver he arranged was waiting. The hotel was more than we ever expected. He even texted us to make sure everything was OK. Thank you Rock. Can't wait for our next vacation through you. Fantastic experience: What an experience this was for my children. This was my second cruise but the first for my children. They had an absolutely aaaammmaaazzzzzziiing time. Unfortunately, one month prior to our departure, my husband had a family emergency that required him to leave the country. Rock from Dees Travel Agency. Was very helpful and accommodating. He made calls to the airline, to Carnival cruise and researched what he/we could/ would have to do in order to get a refund or any credit. Special shout out to Rock for all his assistance. Additionally, we left during Hurricane Helene and again Dee called to make sure my family would Be safe before and during the cruise. He assisted with pre-check in for the airline, provided emergency phone numbers and truly went above and beyond the call of duty at this time to ensure that we had ALL pertinent information. This cruise when from Port Canaveral in Orlando, all to Nassau in the Bahamas to Princess Cays then to Grand Turks. This was a six day cruise and it was worth every dime spend. This cruise was nothing short of being exceptional. Despite the ship being an older ship (Carnival Freedom), you wouldn’t be able to tell or know. All the events, shows, activities, and amenities were all up to par! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and met all of our needs. (Boy do they work hard). Anyway, if you’re looking to book a vacation, I say look NO FURTHER! Dee’s Travel Agency is it! I will be going through them for ALL MY TRAVEL NEEDS! I am beyond please with their service and I’m positive you will be too.

My wife and I were looking to book our honeymoon, we had found a decent place doing our own research but also wanted the reassurance of booking with a travel agency. Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience with Dee’s travel on our family Disney cruise. Rock is very conscientious and works hard to keep his clients happy. He went above and beyond for us so we could celebrate our son’s birthday while onboard. He stays on top of things and tries to respond quickly with our questions. The only problem I had was technology glitches between his electronics and mine causing delays. He is on top of our travel agent list.

Fantastic experience: Dee's Travel is amazing! We booked an Alaskan cruise through them for our 40th wedding anniversary. Rock helped us with every step of the planning and his experience made all the difference.We didn't have any issues with our flights and the cruise. Our cabin on the ship was in the perfect spot, centrally located to the elevators and the grand foyer. He was very responsive to calls, text and email, answered all our questions and even sent reminders leading up to our departure. Fantastic experience: The Royal Treatment at The Royal Hideaway, Playacar With less than 4 weeks to go before an Alaskan Trip of a lifetime, our trip was cancelled due to staff shortages. Needless to say, our family went into fast-planning mode to find a 2-week replacement vacation. The decision was swiftly made to switch from ski to surf at an all-inclusive in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. None of us had ever been to Playa del Carmen so we took the plunge based upon a recommendation from Rock and Dee's Travel Agency and booked 2-weeks at The Royal Hideaway. What an incredible surprise and hidden gem on the Yucatan Peninsula. We found our all-inclusive resort to be exceptional in all amenities and accommodating and professional with all staff. Our family was not looking for amped up night life but more of a relaxing and peaceful get-away. We found it! This was a vacation our family will not soon forget. It was relaxing and filled with sunshine and smiles in a paradise setting. Other vacationers at the resort were eager to meet and talk and become part of your family. Evenings were low-key with just the right amount of music, spirits, and lively conversation. Our family went to The Royal Hideaway as a back-up plan and found a nesting place for all-time. We had an amazing time, our hotel hotel was beautiful and we got a reservation during a very busy time of the year and had it not been for Dee’s Travel Agency we would not have been able to go. Our trip was affordable for 2 people and all our plans went smoothly without any issues. Rock checked on us a few times during our trip and was even available to help us get our room switched from a king bed to two queen beds when we initially arrived, Disney hotels are amazing and helped us with the process immediately without any issues. Highly recommend, they have planned a few trips for me now and they have all been wonderful!

Positive experience: The resort is beautiful and the staff there are awesome. The only down fall was we didn't get the resort credits that we were told. And in a resort that big only one elevator for 400 room. Because we were on the very end we walked alot. But we made the best of it and enjoyed our time.

Fantastic experience: Planned our honeymoon to Jamaica in Oct 2020. Dee's Travel Agency was very responsive, and helped us to get a great deal. COVID was a bit tricky to navigate with all the restictions/testing centers but not anybodys fault. Only complaint- our resort did not have much to do at it, therefore causing us to pay more for excursions, also food there was subpar, but service, room, and drinks made up for it. But again not anybodys fault - just wish there was more to do. They checked in with us multiple times to make sure that everything was going smoothly. I was alarmed when I got back to the states to find that my phone carrier (verizon) wanted to charge $230 for all the texts/phone calls when we were in Jamaica. I was unaware of this, so just a forewarning for those who are considering (look into letting your carrier know). Overall great experience!

Fantastic experience: Rock was great to work with and gave me all the options quickly. It made everything very easy. All I had to worry about was packing. I will definitely travel through Dee's Travel Agency again!

Fantastic experience: I have to start off by saying Dee”s Travel is by far the best travel agency I have worked with. Their prices are a little higher compared to other agencies, BUT for the quality of the customer service you receive is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Rock was very quick in finding what I needed and the location. He was very detailed and very responsive for every question I asked (I asked a lot of questions too). He was patient with me in helping me understand everything about traveling international. Rock not only helped with booking my trip, while we were away he checked on us to make sure everything was good. He followed up with me to make sure we arrived back home safely too. To me that is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! To have a travel agent that genuinely cares about his clients is a great thing. So if you are reading this review don’t think about it twice go with Dee”s Travel. You will not regret it. Definitely will be booking with them for future trips.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dee’s travel agency. It didn’t matter what time of the day it was if I had a question I could call Dee’s and they always answered the phone if they didn’t have the answer to my question they would call me back within the hour with the answer. This is my first time traveling with this agency but I can highly say it won’t be the last .
