Fantastic experience: My husband and I went to AAA in Middletown, RI to swap license plates on 2 cars. The manager and staff completed the swap quickly and efficiently. The follks at the Middletown branch are friendly and knowledgeable, the group is a model that other branches should aspire to.

Positive experience: Great customer service when I go in. Why do they never answer the phone though ? It doesn’t matter what time I call they don’t answer. Everytime I go in there’s more workers than customers so why can’t they answer?

Fantastic experience: I visited the Middletown AAA office today accompanied by an international student from Newport’s Navy base who needed to purchase auto insurance and an EZ pass. We were waited on by three separate employees, and each were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Not only were they impressive, but they were three of the first people that this international student was exposed to on his first visit to the US. I cannot say enough good things about the Middletown AAA office and its employees. This office has a truly amazing staff and was able to represent US customer service at its finest. I hope the AAA corporate office realizes they have a gem in RI!

Fantastic experience: Went there to purchase a RI EZ Pass. No lines or wait time and very friendly helpful staff. For me it is an easier office to get to than the state’s office over the Jamestown Bridge. They also provide a lot of DMV-type services that I didn’t need this time but will go back for in the future.

Negative experience: I have called TWICE for a AAA card. My old card is not the same number as my new number. The representatives that I spoke to promised that I would receive the card in a few days. I'm still waiting after months. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Negative experience: The manager here yelled at me and my hypoallergenic leukemia support dog in front of everybody else just for existing. She thinks that dogs are worse than cell phones, but cell phones cause cancer and dogs do not. Evil (like the manager here) also makes cancer worse. Even if she felt the dog should not be there, there are more polite ways of handling it than yelling at me in front of everybody. I WILL YELL BACK!
