I knew about Randi through a family member and asked for her info right away. Randi was so thorough and patient with all of my questions. There is so much to learn about Disney and Randi provides all of that information and then some! I felt at east when heading into my resort and the parks. She was very budget conscious and responsive. 10 out of 10 will be utilizing Randi's knowledge and Mainstreet Travel again!

Fantastic experience: We had an AMAZING trip to Orlando! Vivian Robinson did the most fantastic job planning our entire trip! We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel and loved everything about it! The pool, bar, and location were perfect for us and our teenagers! The walk to the parks was the best part for us! Super convenient for enjoying the rides and going back to dinner & nighttime fun at City Walk! Vivian helped with planning every part of this trip for us! She made it so easy and not stressful at all! From which parks to visit first, including specific rides and attractions AND restaurants, she planned everything out! Couldn’t have asked for more! Such an exhaustingly fun vacay!

Fantastic experience: Having never been to Disney I was totally clueless on how to make it happen. No worries, just call Lauren Gregory! She made the trip truly magical. From getting our tickets to giving us all of her expert advice, and replying to all of our texts almost immediately, she made the trip perfect. We only had a day and a half, but in that day and a half we got the best taste of all four Disney parks that we could ever get, because Lauren guided us through them. I will never go to Disney without Lauren‘s help! Call this girl before you go, you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Vivian Robinson saved my girl’s weekend! We had our hearts set on Disney’s Festival of the Arts but everything appeared booked. We were ready to book an Air BNB off property when she was able to secure us a room at Pop Century right by the skyliner! Staying on property allowed us to book Lightning Lanes 7 days before our trip and ensured we were able to do everything we wanted and more. It was a wonderful trip and I can’t recommend Vivian enough! Whether you have a huge trip (like my last family trip of 13 people) or a small weekend getaway, she will make the whole process easy on you! Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend, especially Lauren. Lauren was amazing helping me navigating Disney for the first time! With 3 kids with different interests and planning around the dance show my oldest was performing, Lauren was able to plan everything meticulously, from the lightning pass and meals/reservation. She also went out of her way to make sure that we got the best room for the best price. Another thing I really appreciated it is that she was always available and so patient with all the questions I had.

Fantastic experience: This was our first trip to Walt Disney World (Orlando) with 3 young kids and we were very overwhelmed when we started planning! A friend recommended Lauren Gregory, and it was the best decision I made reaching out to her. She gave us lots of tips that aren’t in the guidebooks and took away all the stress when it came to booking hotels and tickets. We didn’t stay on property, but she was extremely knowledgeable about our hotel and its Good Neighbor hotel benefits and able to link our hotel to our tickets. Also, a month before we went they launched the new Lightning Lane system and it seemed very confusing to me. Lauren provided me with two super helpful videos of someone using the system in real time and a PDF handout that she created to help organize my choices for the morning I had to book. Our trip was so much more enjoyable because she prepared us for all the surprises that came up during the trip and if we ever go back, I would definitely hire Lauren again!

Fantastic experience: Vivian Robinson was our travel agent and was just amazing! This was the family’s first trip together to Disney so I really wanted it to go well. Vivian made sure to have all of our important experiences laid out, meals reserved, and spaced out the parks perfectly over 7 days ending at Magic Kingdom. We stayed at the Caribbean Beach in Trinidad which was close to the bus stop and a reasonable walk to the main resort pool and the skyliner. Just great! I 100% recommend booking with Vivian and Main Street Travel!

Our travel accommodations, transfers were perfect. We had a private tour of the Vatican, Sistine chapel and Peter’s Basilica, highly recommend the private tour! It was fabulous. Fantastic experience: April arranged everything for a friend of mine and me for an all-inclusive 7-day stay on the island of St. Lucia. This included four airplanes, a helicopter trip from the airport, and private transportation from the Royalton Resort at one end of the island to the airport at the other end. The resort had many activities during the day and evening. We upgraded to the Diamond Club in which we had a butler and a private beach area, hot tub, and pool. It was well worth the extra money. I recommend this resort and April Dupree as a travel agent.

April had a real challenge as my wife has alzheimers disease and we needed her to put together a world-class vacation for our 40yr anniversary in short order, she delivered with every detail and special needs covered! Last year, she put together the most incredible trip to Walt Disney World for my daughters and me, so when I wanted to travel to Scotland with my mother, I knew she was the right person to help me out again. What is the best cruise line for the money and what is the best option for pre-cruise hotel and transfers to and from the airport? Someone suggested reaching out to a travel agent. Her communication was top notch. She was patient and able to answer our plethora of questions. While we started as a party of 5, we ended up as a party of 3 due to a medical/work issue with one of our travelers. Dana handled the last-minute cancellation with ease (also, I appreciate that I didn't have to get involved in this portion). Fantastic experience: Our family has worked with Vivian Robinson for four trips now since 2020-- 3 Disney vacations and one all-inclusive adult stay we just returned from! We have been so thrilled... Vivian is helpful during planning and we have been so glad to know we have someone we can call if we need help while on our trip. Positive experience: Stephanie was great and provided a lot of great information. Feedback: felt like I was taking the lead on trip instead of her. She should have scheduled a call automatically a day or two before our trip. Also she did not know that you could change tickets to different person until the day you enter 1st park. You are allowed to do this.

Fantastic experience: Vivian Robinson was the MOST patient and helpful in helping me set up an amazing trip to Disney within our budget. I was very overwhelmed by all things Disney but she provided quick feedback and communication, spot-on recommendations, and helpful links. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Vivian Robinson!! She was highly recommended by two of my work colleagues. We did everything over email (Didn't have to, this is just what worked best for me). She responded quickly and answered all of my DISNEY questions. Her recommendations were on point! Family of 6 for 7 days, we got the CARS suit at Art of Animation resort, she was able to set up character dining, tickets to all 4 parks, memory maker photo package, gave me all information needed for transportation, GeniePlus, magic bands, EVERYTHING. She was AWESOME. We had an amazing trip! She sent thank you cards, and birthday cards, and even checked back in after our vacation to see how our trip was. I will definitely be contacting her again!

Fantastic experience: My grandchildren, son and daughter-in-law, and I, recently returned from a tremendous Disney World adventure made possible with the skilled and caring assistance of Vivian Robinson, our Disney trip planner. We so enjoyed our time together as a family during this magical time! Vivian worked hard to help each aspect of the trip be as enjoyable as possible. We loved the Animal Kingdom Lodge and the joy of viewing exotic animals from our Savanna room balconies. Each of our park days were wonderful and the reservations for lunches in the parks were so convenient and gave a “tasty” time of regrouping for our family during the day. Our time at the Disney resort and parks and all the attractions and shows we enjoyed were thanks to the attentiveness and fine guidance of our Disney planner, Vivian. Fantastic experience: Vivian planned our Drama Mama trip with Carnival Cruises ad we had a fabulous time! She took care of everything and we just had to show up and relax. She kept us updated through the process and answered all of our questions, which was super helpful to me as a first time cruiser!
