Positive experience: Going on trip to Georgia, I was concerned with closures due to Helene. This is a very busy AAA office, more to do with liscence renewals. No trip tick available, had to wait atleast a week, got 2 maps. In Charlotte NC went in and wanted to ask about trip to Waleska Ga. Agent asked for address and proceeded to give me a Triptik. What a difference in service

Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful, and fast service. Was able to get an international driving permit in about 20 minutes. Staying was great on a Friday afternoon. Many customers were being helped.

Fantastic experience: My new license did not have "Veteran" on it as the person at AAA Registry desk told me it would if my old one had it on it. It did, but the new one didn't. Had to apply (at no charge) for a replacement.

Fantastic experience: I had to register a used car in a very short delay. Because I purchased from an out-of-state dealership, I had no idea whether I had the correct documents, so I dropped by AAA South Dennis. The receptionist at the front immediately referred me to the extremely competent insurance agent, who not only told me which forms I needed and but also generated the RTA form and updated my insurance policy.

Fantastic experience: I found the managers at the South Dennis location, Branch Manager - Jennifer Johnston and Cathy Foye and Erin McSheehy, District Director of AAA Northeast, to be some of the most competent customer service people I've ever encountered. They listened to my issue (regarding tickets purchased from their office quite some time ago) and they responded back efficiently with emails and phone calls that updated the situation. If they didn't have the answer immediately, they knew who to be in contact with to help the situation moving. I never heard them complain, say "I don't know", blame anyone else, or sound uninterested, etc. Just...positive...vibes. They got the issue resolved in record time and went above and beyond! Not only did they have personality and good energy but their overall professionalism was refreshing. What a fabulous bunch of organized people. So great. It's been quite some time since I've experienced that with customer service. Thank you. Keep up the fantastic work. You are all MUCH appreciated and your work does not go unnoticed.

Fantastic experience: I had to renew my license and it was an in-person before my birthday. The RMV office in Yarmouth was booked out. Fortunately AAA offered these services. The appointment, the service and the hew license was issued seamlessly. I would prefer to use this facility in-lieu of it was so GREAT!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to the AAA office in South Dennis today to apply for a Real ID. I was very impressed with how smoothly the process went (I had made an appointment and had all of my necessary documents with me) and how pleasant and efficient the staff was.

Negative experience: Absolutely Horrible ! Renewed my membership on the phone tuesday. I asked about registry svcs. They said go in tomorrow no appt needed!when i arrived. They told me i need an appt and the next one was a week and a half away! I live over an hour away.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely group of people I just met at AAA. Aside from a Social Security card, license passport and preferably an updated her certificate. I Went into get my real ID and please be aware as a woman especially, if your name has changed you need a document that shows that it matches your license whether it’s a marriage certificate or divorce or name change certificate you need that document with you as well as at least two utility bills or other bills that show your name and address. These need to match your license. Hope this helps :-)

Negative experience: Called at 9:04am and still on hold at 9:35am. How are they still in business? I just emailed you my phone. I will be happy to speak with you!

Negative experience: Usually AAA..provides Great service but today at the time of this visit AAA gets a #1...I had to wait over an hour to Annual Re register my motorcycle, ( ie hand over the form recieved in the mail, with $20 cash..get a printout with 2020 sticker) The reason..understaffing for Drivers Licence Renewals, The New ID rules and documentations photos ...You would think that quick things could be done at another desk..Understaffing, poor cue theory. I should have just gone to the RMV...they have different lines for different things over there.

Negative experience: Was told over an hour long wait to renew my license. I asked if I could schedule to come back another day and was told “No, it’s always this busy.” Pretty pointless to be set up to renew registrations and licenses when your wait is just as bad as the RMV. Will not be renewing my AAA subscription and will find another service that only does towing since that’s the only useful thing I get from AAA. Otherwise, pretty disappointed with the customer service.

Fantastic experience: I went to this office this morning for the first time to renew my MA driver's license under the new real ID rules. I was greeted promptly and the greeter made sure my paperwork was in order and told me it would be about a half hour wait. One woman was doing licensed and the first few were processed in about 10 minutes each. After about a half hour I thought that I would be called next but the woman got up from her desk and started walking toward the back. I thought oh no is this her lunch or maybe just a bathroom break but no. She around the counter to disinfect the other side of her station . She wiped everything down the desk, chair and the eye test machine I would have to look into. It turns out that the guy before me was sick as a dog and he really shouldn't have been out in public. I was one happy camper.

Negative experience: Waited 3 hrs for my daughter's liscense after they said she had all the correct info, when it was our turn they said she couldn't get the new liscense.

Negative experience: Friendly customer service, but DO NOT use the license renewal at their office. It was a 2-3 hour wait. I left and went to the RMV where it was a 20-30 minute wait

Negative experience: Good luck trying to get this office to answer the phone.

Negative experience: Rude bald guy instructor. Yells at cars driving behind them. Great way teach kids road rage. Unbelievable... Coming from someone teaching our teens to drive. Love the respect your teaching them.. This guy driving AAA white car In hyannis yesterday SHOULD NOT BE AN INSTRUCTOR. Or needs anger management...

Fantastic experience: They are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Oh yes, and usually very busy between 9:30 am until 3 pm.
