Negative experience: Puja Travels FAILED US. Our families spent well over $20,000 in flights for a family trip to Kenya. However, Puja Travel manipulated the tickets in order to get additional financial gain. When the tickets that she booked were not honored by the airlines, we had to fend for ourselves and spend an additional $800 to get back home from Kenya. Imagine that. A company makes a large commission for travel assistance, and they failed to provide assistance while the paying customer is stranded in Africa. To make the issue even worse, Puja DID NOT RESPOND to us when we asked to speak with the owner. We will contact any and all persons within the Indian community to make them aware of this horrible customer service. Puja is NOT a company that can be trusted.
