Fantastic experience: My husband and I planned our recent honeymoon withNatela. She made the process smooth, seamless, and stress-free. Once we chose our destination of Garza Blanca Los Cabos, she handled everything from flights to transport from the airport, accommodations, and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we could print out and take with us, and it included detailed descriptions and instructions, including where to meet our driver at the airport, what their uniform would look like, and what type of car they would be driving. The resort, amenities, and service were amazing, and the food was phenomenal. Natela was our resort ambassador. She gave us her phone number upon check-in. She communicated with us via text throughout our stay to book dinner reservations, answer questions, and even helped me plan a private dinner on the beach as a surprise for my husband's birthday! While we were at dinner, she surprised both my husband and I asking hotel staff to decorate our room with balloons and leaving birthday cake!

Negative experience: I am writing to share the horrible experience with the service I received from this travel agency, particularly from the agent named Konstantin. . First and foremost, I found Konstantin’s attitude to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I contacted your agency to inquire about travel options, he displayed a complete lack of courtesy and respect. He was dismissive and impatient, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Furthermore, Konstantin’s communication skills were severely lacking. He was unwilling to listen to my inquiries and appeared more interested in rushing me off the phone than providing the assistance I needed. He immediately told me in Russian that my requested itinerary for my HONEYMOON was “ridiculous”. I wanted to go to multiple cities in Europe over the course of 2 weeks, and I was informed that I would need “over 2 months”. I understand if my request was perhaps ambitious, but there is no reason to talk down to me or ridicule me. The tone was condescending and abrasive. Luckily, right after I contacted a local agency where I was treated with respect and patience (as it should be). I have never felt so DISRESPECTED for simply wanting to go on a vacation. Never again dealing or recommending these people to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Just came back from my first cruise and it was a blust! From the very first impression of the ship till the last moment I fully enjoyed every moment. I was a solo traveller but I never felt alone because I met a great people and we had so much fun together. The crew of the ship was extremely nice, friendly and helpful and the ship was so beautiful and huge, and my cabin was so comfy so I didn’t want to leave it. I felt like a queen. The food was so delicious and with so much choice. The ports were amazing, we went to Miami and Bahamas and I spent an incredible time there on excursions. During the days at the ocean (and if you stay on the ship) we had so much entertainments and it was very organised by the app, so everybody could choose their own atmosphere. When I packed my stuff at the end to leave the ship I was crying because it felt like I was leaving my home and my family. I sincerely recommend this company for the cruise MSC. I met on the ship people who were also for the first time on cruise and they were so happy and were wondering why they didn’t take cruise before and were planning their next cruise. After this amazing experience that indeed changed my perception of life I have so much motivation for my life and a lot of energy and planning more travels in the future. I’m also very grateful to this travel agency “BNT Travel Group” and my travel coordinator Natela that did all my paperwork which was very fast and accurate, and she was very nice responsible and explained everything!

Negative experience: this review is for Iceland trip. our itinerary was changed with no advanced notice. in fact there was no communication whatsoever. lunch time was shifted from 12:30 to 11:30am.who would want to have lunch so early?it was also advertised as buffet, but everyone was given 1 menu option. our blue Lagoon trip was cut from 4 hrs to 2, again no communication. if you change something let everyone know, it is not that hard! we reached out via email, no apologies were given.
