Negative experience: Todos estan de acuerdo en robar a los clientes, son unos ratas. Mucho ojo cuando vayan a comprar boletos, especialmente si de la nada un tipo se entromete cuando te estan atendiendo a ti y la señora le hace más caso enves de a ti, no esta haciendo bien su trabajo.

Negative experience: Estaba comprando mi boleto y pagué, mientras estaba esperando mi cambio llegó un señor que se entrometió y empezó a preguntar por un destino y ni se le entendía a donde(lo hacía adrede), la señorita me dejó parada y esperando mi feria mientras atendía al otro señor que ni si quiera compro boleto y en eso sin darme cuenta me robaron mi celular que lo dejé en el mostrador. Los de esta compañía están de acuerdo con otras personas para robar y sobre todo personas de la 3era edad. TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO !

Negative experience: Called this morning and a person named Lupita answered wow! Pero has the worst customer service ever. Me calling as a customer made me not wanting this even us your services. Give a talk to her the way she speaks so aggressively and rude. And I did make sure to let her know she was being rude to get another job if she was being so mean.

Negative experience: I called to book a ticket over the phone & when I Ask for a English speaking person they immediately hung up on me and when I called again they automatically Redirected my call to a machine … I had to use a different mobile number so they can answer my call. Honestly just make your own conclusions.

Negative experience: Muy mal servicio compre 2 boletos en reynosa TAMAULIPAS MÉXICO para huston y no llegó el bus para maccallen tuve k pagar taxi a maccallen para trasbordar y no me regresaron $$$me dieron 5 dollar para taxi el taxi me cobró 80 dollar

Negative experience: Horrible experience. They sold me a ticket online for 5am that didn’t exist. They told me it was delayed but that’s not true. The worker told me the busses didn’t start leaving till after 8. Mine was not delayed it was sold to me as a 5am ticket for a ride that didn’t exist. They didn’t want to refund me and even though it was a system error on their part. Stay away from them, go to the other bus companies next to them instead. On top of that when I called the customer service hotline they said the bus was almost there. In reality they lied to me and tried to get away with it. Luckily I reported it as fraud and my bank refunded me.

Negative experience: Porque solo una estrella, brindan un servicio importante y necesario. Pero es increíble que estando en el país más poderoso del mundo brinden un servicio tan pobre. Tuve la mala suerte de viajar en sus autobuses de Dallas a McAllen y la verdad no lo vuelvo a hacer, terriblemente incómodos los asientos, autobuses sucios, ni pase al baño ya me imagino como estaba. Simplemente la peor opción para un viaje largo.

Negative experience: Siempre nos habían quedado bien pero está madrugada por un chofer incompetente y sin paciencia nos han decepcionado. Compramos boleto para viajar de Baton Rouge, LA a McAllen, Tx...el boleto estaba para las 5:15, dijeron que se llegara una hora antes y lo hicimos, esperamos hasta las 5:35 y nada, llamamos a servicio al cliente y resulta que el chofer pasó alas 4:07, no vio nadie y se fue!!!! Que? Entonces para que ponen boleto a las 5:15 No es justo perder viaje por la impaciencia de un chofer!!!!

Negative experience: El servicio pésimo, te dicen una hora p abordar y llegan 2 horas después, y ni siquiera se toman la molestia de comunicase para dejarle saber. Si tienes otra connection pues la perdiste, por lo menos en las aerolíneas el clima lo justifica. Pésimo servicio imposible recomendar a otras personas.

Shouldn't they have been prepared with all this!? To top it off, the seats are assigned as they say they are. Only reason I didn't take another company is because this was supposed to be the shortest ride

I go in person to buy the bus ticket and they tell me there's no bus tonight I'm really angry I had to go to a funeral to see my big sister now I won't be able to get there in time

Positive experience: I've been a customer of El Expreso for the past 4 years,but for some odd reason everytime I travel, the bus restroom has a horrible smell that literally the whole bus gets full of it . But other than that travel timing is great also interior bus comes with power outlets.
