Fantastic experience: Thank you for a wonderful place to stay while we explored Old Town and Scottsdale! This was the perfect location! We were able to walk to everything. The condo was clean and well stocked and we would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great 3 night getawa!

Fantastic experience: Excellent house, fully equip, great centrally located. Hot tub was hot enough. Communication with Manager was very easy. They answer phones right away. They are very friendly and very eager to help us out.

Fantastic experience: Our entire family, including grandkids, left near or below zero temps and arrived to a sun filled dream house with perfect weather. You can’t always order weather like we got, but, Hey!! The house itself was well laid out with all the bedrooms. Those led into a common living area that included a large, beautiful kitchen which turned out to be the main hub of activity with room for everyone. Our interest was not as much inside, great as it was, (the master bath was unreal!) but all the fun we could enjoy outside, and that did not disappoint. The pool with its beautiful waterfall was an instant magnet, but hardly the only attraction in the massive backyard. Kids and adults gravitated to the basketball area on the tennis court next to the corn hole area, which led to the covered ping pong station which led to a putt-putt station, adjacent to where we played pickle ball. There was actually a foosball table just outside the house, and that was the only game we didn’t play outside! We did enjoy the pool table in the game room, though. Get the picture? Everyone had something or somewhere to go and play, and some just sat on the spa wall or conked out in a deck chair. I guess there are fine shops in Scottsdale and surrounding towns, but we didn’t have to leave the house to find something to do. It was a perfect oasis for us!

Positive experience: Great property. Would stay again in the future. Wish they had a reserved parking space in their lot so you would not have to park off property when lot gets full.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful setting. Very private, pretty far out of town, which was fine with us. Fabulous bed & pillows (so important!!). The shower was a bit tricky because the faucet wasn't connected but we let mgmt know so I'm sure it's fixed by now. Will definitely return!!

Negative experience: Old Town airbnb - terrible. The towels were bloody. They make you sign a lease. No pool carpets were dirty and old. . Once we called them and sent pictures, they did respond and replace the towels. This stay has made me a hotel only person. Location is great.

Fantastic experience: Great family home in an exceptional location. Very convenient to hiking, shopping, airport, etc. A few furnishings are showing some wear. For example, the large dining table was wobbly. We were able to look beyond that, however, because the remainder of the home was ideal.

Fantastic experience: My family and I rent out a large home each Thanksgiving for the 18 (13 when we started) of us and have done so for more than a decade. We do this for 4 days before Thanksgiving and then join our larger family at a hotel for a family reunion. We have done this all over the country and the 10 grand children had more fun at Casa Palacio than at any of the others we have rented and there have been some spectacular places. The home (clean, roomy) the pool, the hot-tub, Tennis (Pickleball) court - all made for a fantastic 4 days. We rarely left the house as there was so much to do. A can't miss vacation home. Mike, the owner/manager? responded rapidly to any requests and that made it all easier. Would stay again if the family comes back to Phoenix.

Negative experience: This company is a scam - do not book through them. After months of communication and being told I was set for my weekend, I reached back out and was told they no longer had the house available. Their team is lacking, at best, with communication as answers were often short and not fully capturing what I had asked. At no point in the process did I feel assured I was dealing with a quality company and it turned out to be true.

Negative experience: We rented a property through Parsons Villas recently. We paid $150 per day (5 days) to have the property pool heated. The pool heater was not functional. Our multiple requests to have this rectified were met with “our system says the pool is at 86 degrees”. The remote monitoring system was not functioning properly and the pool was not heated. It was too cold to use. A maintenance person verified this when he came at the end of our stay to fix the WiFi connection. We have repeatedly asked to a refund of the pool heating fee. Parsons Villas will not even respond to our requests. Be careful when dealing with this management company. You’d be better off looking for a property that is managed directly by the owner.

Fantastic experience: All around excellent experience. Perfect for a 14 person golf trip with comfortable sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. The outdoor amenities added additional fun for the group. Would recommend and go back.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place everything you need. Great inside and outside space to relax and enjoy Good location for Phoenix and Scottsdale. Have stayed previously in Omni Scottsdale and other hotels on previous trips which were great but this is a truly special place. Beautiful pool and hot-tub. Lovely views and deck areas with the horses just next door. Host very accommodating when we required an extra night because of UK flight changes. Loved every minute would return in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to stay in the Scottsdale area, look no further than Parsons Villas. My group stayed at The Cochise property and had a blast. The pictures of the property looked unbelievable yet somehow it was even better in person. Very clean and had everything we needed. They even had an app with all the necessary information needed. 100% recommend staying here!

Fantastic experience: My family absolutely loved the house. Booking was easy, communication before the stay was thorough. Entry and house systems easy to operate. The house was HUGE and beautiful. Backyard and pool were perfect! Service was outstanding as one night a smoke alarm low battery alert came screaming from the ceiling and within 10 minutes the concierge was at the house to change the battery! We will definitely come back!

Fantastic experience: We had a great stay at one of Parsons Villas properties! The home was well equipped with everything that we needed. The space was enormous and perfect for our group of 15 - plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in the Garden Casita! It is the smallest of the three but it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Nicely decorated, comfy bed with soft sheets. Wonderful patio area to enjoy our morning coffee and evening wine. I got to tour the other two casitas and they are both very nice. Loved the pool and the grounds very pretty setting. Hosts are very nice - thank you for making our stay great! Site won't let me upload photos darn it!

Fantastic experience: My stay was great and very comfortable, quiet and clean. Well appointed kitchen with everything I needed. Plan to carry suitcase to the lodging, however, not pulling - if taking UBER. That was my only difficulty. The only way to the rooms is gravel road and a bit dusty. Otherwise the perfect stay!

Fantastic experience: This is your place If you are looking for a gated private rental with an "Arizona feel" and beautiful views of the desert decorated with sugaro cactus. Perfect size for 2 in an upscale neighborhood of large horse properties. At first I was concerned that our unit would smell "horsey" but it does not! Rural feel yet easy access to shopping, restaurants and golf. We are a regular visitor to this area of AZ and will stop looking for other places to stay if this cabin casita is available.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful well appointed house. Great neighborhood, views and surroundings. We took full advantage of the wonderful amenities such as the heated pool, chef's kitchen, outdoor kitchen, game room, ambient heated covered patio, etc. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and most with private baths was really nice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Parsons Villas - Wild West Estate for 7 days in March 2024. Our group was 5 adults and 7 boys (ages 9-12). We could not have been more pleased with the house! The backyard is absolutely amazing with the heated pool/hot tub, swim up bar, bocce ball, corn hole, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Nobody ever wanted to leave the house, and there was really no reason to. The interior of the house and casita is very spacious and the bedrooms are huge and spread out. The game room was the gathering point late night and has plenty of room for large groups. Location was great. Communication with Parsons was perfect. For the few times we reached out, their response was immediate and took care of our requests immediately.

Fantastic experience: This house is spectacular and was perfect for our family of 15 and 4 kids. The layout, comfy beds, ample bath linens, all make for a wonderful stay. Having two dishwashers, two washers and two dryers makes keeping up with dishes and clothing very handy. Pool was heated as requested and everyone loved it. Any issues we had (and there were a few) were immediately addressed by Mary, who took care of resolution. We had no kitchen towels when we arrived, (our Better Events caterer brought some over, along with a broom as there was none to be found in the house.) Hot tub jets are spotty - just two worked during our stay but it was enough to allow us to enjoy it. Refrigerator "cold" controls are not working properly - they turn, turn, turn and you never know if you're too cold or too warm and being eco-minded, we didn't want to overburden either fridge by setting them too cold. Be careful of the griddle on the cooktop; new knobs are ordered but the heat often comes back on when you think it's turned off. The games, pool table, ping pong table, and dart board were well used!! Check out the large cupboard on the patio for more lawn games. Can't say enough good about Mary and her attention when we needed her.

Fantastic experience: An incredible stay at Jackrabbit for the second year in a row. We had a group of 18 that slept very comfortably and the rooms were very spacious. The backyard/pool area is great for entertaining. House is super clean and the owners are incredibly responsive - they even let us check in a couple hours early! Will def be back

Fantastic experience: My husband and I spent a peaceful 3 days and 4 nights in the Cabin Casita and were so pleased. The Casita kitchen was well stocked. We ate on our patio every day and had a west facing view so we could watch the sunset. We appreciated the full size laundry appliances. The setting felt very private. There was only one other couple in the casita next to ours. The pool and hot tub felt wonderful after a day of hiking the trails at the McDowell Sonoran preserve. We were so happy to be outside of the city where it was quiet and surrounded by so many horse ranches. We look forward to making a return again sometime.

Fantastic experience: Came for spring training with 19 other guys. Plenty of room for us to spread out. The house is as described in the listing. Location was excellent. I look forward to renting it next year if it is available for our dates.

Negative experience: travelled all day from NY to AZ to stay here and visit with family. The second we pulled up, the landlord started shouting that we needed to go back down the road to check in. We had our uber drive us down the road a little ways when it became apparent that there must be some sort of miscommunication. I called the number listed in the app that was sent to my email. They were very polite and explained that I needed to go to the exact spot that the landlord shooed us away from. When we get back, all the sudden the landlord is very apologetic about the confusion. My wife explains that I am hearing impaired and maybe that contributed to the situation. On day 2, the septic backed up onto the bathroom floor. Besides all that, the room was lovely and we were just the right amount of secluded. I was going to let the minor frustrations go until the landlord waited until the final day to review the stay on VRBO and left me a terrible guest review. As someone with a hearing disability, I find it disrespectful that he would rate my communication 0/5. Long story short, if you want to start your vacation by fighting with the landlord, then have to clean up toilet water and pay $2,000 for the pleasure of being negatively reviewed online. Absolutely stay here. If you want a normal hassle free experience, maybe check out the holiday inn.

Positive experience: Fabulous house! We hosted our sales meeting here with 15+ people (had another house for additional bedrooms). Great layout, lots to do, good responsiveness from Parsons team. Recommend adding instructions for the showers, propone heaters for outside (was chilly in January) and brighter light bulbs for the bathrooms.

Fantastic experience: THANK YOU MARY FOR A GREAT VACATION!!! We had booked a house on VRBO thru Stay Porter and when I landed that morning, I was informed the location had a leak and we could not have the house. All they offered was our money back. No help in getting another house or do anything to rectify the situation in which I had family flying in from 3 different states. Completely unprofessional, uncaring and I will never do business with them or VRBO again. I called Parson Villas and spoke to Mary and explained our situation. She couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We were able to get a beautiful home for the week and Mary let us see the house, move in early and helped in every way possible to salvage a great family vacation which was all but ruined from the other company. The house had everything we needed from an outdoor pool, hot tub, barbeque, bocci court, cornhole, indoor pool and shuffleboard. Mary made sure the place was in perfect shape and the turnaround time was amazing. I can never thank Mary enough for what she had done for my family to make the week special. This will be the only company/person I call next time we go to the Arizona area. I highly recommend Parson Villas for your next family vacation. Thank you again!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The Jackrabbit Luxury Mansion was perfect for our family. Everything was in working condition, it was clean and the location was excellent. This was our first stay using Parsons and we won't think twice about using them again. An easy 5-stars.

Fantastic experience: The Grimaldi townhouse was a great location and so convenient for us! The layout of the townhouse is beautiful, contemporary and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped except it lacked extra paper towels and no spices or condiments that we’ve had elsewhere; small issue. Finding the 2nd floor townhouse was entertaining, but once found it was fine. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Stayed at Grimaldi's Old Town Private Penthouse - These were very nice, clean and well equipped units. I have no complaints it was perfect for out quick business trip with 2 rooms 2 bath centrally located in Old Town Scottsdale it made it easy to access anything we needed for our quick stay and enjoy the city. I would also like to note that unlike several other places I have stayed it had all the essentials, soap, shampoo, coffee, extra towels, trash bags and laundry detergent. Thank you for that !

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Penthouse above Grimaldi Pizza. Perfect for two couples. Great location in Old Town Scottsdale. The Penthouse was spacious, well equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised with the coffee/creamer supply-it was not prepackaged. It was coffee you would buy for your home. We reported one incident and received an immediate response. Only concern we had was the code for the keypad entry, it appears any combination of 4 numbers will open the door. Strongly suggest this issue be corrected. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in open floor plan loft that was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped, bath room and laundry area was very nice with great large tub for bathing. Swimming pool and spa is shared with two other rentals. Everyone in area was very quite, it felt like we had place to ourselves. Location is near great golf courses, hiking and mountain biking. Had a wonderful time.

Fantastic experience: I stayed at Parsons Villas for a long weekend with a group of friends. The company was great and responded to any request we had quickly and professionally. The house was really nice and as advertised, we enjoyed the great back yard and game room a lot.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I just returned from a 10-day stay at the Troon Cabin Casita. We were very pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the place, the amenities, and the service. The Casita is very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entertainment system was excellent. We loved being able to sit on the outside deck and in the living room and look out at 6 horses in the coral next door. One day we went in the heated pool, which was a wintertime treat. We will definitely return to Parsons Villas on our next trip to Scottsdale. I do want to thank our hosts from bringing over Christmas cookies on Christmas Day, it was very thoughtful of you.

Positive experience: We stayed at the Kings 3.0 condo in scottsdale. The House was great, the location is central, quiet and the privacy is wonderful. There are a few yippy dogs in SEVERAL backyards backing up to the home. There were a few small things about the house we would have changed but thats the case in any home. I would only warn prospective customers that the contract signing experience is very odd. There are several emails, a short timeline and we were asked for emailed copies of our CC used to pay AND our ID in order to secure the booking. It was required and not a secure transmission / process AT ALL. and it made me really uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: The house on N. Quartz Mountain was perfect for our family gathering. It is a beautiful home in great condition. Plenty of space for everyone, the rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The backyard needs some work - there were only 3 useable lounge chairs which is not enough for a house that holds 14 people. More outdoor furniture is a must and the hot tub jets were very aggressive when they were on.

Fantastic experience: The mansion on Jackrabbit Rd was fantastic. The write up was true. Service was excellent for the one issue with spa. I would book this again. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Kitchen was especially well stocked.

The house was perfect, tons of amenities, and everything was set up for us to have an amazing weekend. They even stocked our groceries when asked. I highly recommend this company and staying at their properties.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Troon Cabin Casita in North Scottsdale. It was an amazing property, exactly as shown on photos. We adored the private pool and the outstanding location. The casita had everything that we could have asked for. We even had horses next door! We saw quail, jackrabbits and lots of other wildlife. The owners were very thorough and had everything marked and explained. We can't wait to go back!!!

We were not able to enjoy all the outside activities, besides the pool, due to the extreme heatwave that was there. I would definitely come back, I highly recommend this Villa.

Fantastic experience: Wow! If you are looking for an epic place for a bachelor party/stag/bachelorette/stagette or general group crash pad for an event in Scottsdale, seriously look no further. I was so impressed by the location (we were a 1-10 minute walk to all the nice restaurants, pool parties, and night life - not having to call multiple cabs every time we wanted to leave the house was a huge plus), size (it comfortably fit 11 ladies without anyone having to sleep in the “hostel” room), and amenities (the Sonos sound system, key pad entry, dinosaur hat and strobe lights, surprisingly SUPER comfy beds...I could go on and on!) Everyone agreed that we couldn’t have found a more perfect place! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Stayed at the N 75th and everything was top notch from the house to the management staff. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Negative experience: Troon Loft Casita was a nightmare and Parsons Villas has not responded to phone calls or emails. When we arrived at Troon Loft Casita the pool was filthy and there was a dead bird floating in the hot tub. The filter wasn't running and the pool chemicals were sitting out on the side of the pool deck. The roll down awning that would block the sun for outdoor dining had a thick layer of bird droppings on the side facing the outdoor dining table. We couldn't reach anyone at Parsons Villas at the time we checked in and the owner was unapologetic and unhelpful - she thought the pool "might" clear up by the next day. The owner also told us that we would have to contact her to turn on the hot tub if we wanted to use it and I should let her know what "schedule" we wanted. The photos of the property are very nice but it's definitely not what you get when you arrive.

Fantastic experience: Great property with plenty of space and amenities. The main house, Casita, and three garages were more than enough room. All spaces were extremely cleanly when we arrived and the housekeepers did a fantastic job during our stay. Pool area was great for lounging and outdoor cooking. Parson’s Villas, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This home was one of the best home rental experiences we've ever had, and we usually rent homes when we travel. Parsons Villas sets the bar very high with regards to cleanliness, amenities and comforts. From toiletries to paper goods to kitchen gadgets, we weren't missing anything. And the pool table, swimming pool and putting green kept everyone entertained for days. I would rent through this agency over staying at a resort 10 times out of 10. Thank you Parsons Villas!!!

Positive experience: We really enjoyed this property. Clean and very nicely decorated. Big pool that was heated. Plenty of things to do on the property, we stayed busy not even leaving the house most days. I was a bit disappointed when I asked in advance if there was a fan on site and was told all rooms had ceiling fans so I thought that would keep me cool enough at night. When we arrived I saw that there were no ceiling fans in any room. We had a bit of trouble trying to keep the air conditioner going, as the Nest thermostat kept going back to 78 degrees. Overall this was a great place for our family to stay for a week.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful house, spacious rooms, just as pictured!

Fantastic experience: Went to Scottadale to visit my parents while they were out there being snow birds. Property was better than the pictures and the pictures were amazing! Our family of 5 had the best time. Property met all our expectations and was the perfect place to vacation with 3 adult children! House was stocked with everything we could have needed! Will definitely recommend! A+

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Aster. It's going to be so hard to leave, already talking about returning next year. Gorgeous, gorgeous house!!! Everything is new and clean and wonderful!! Just a couple suggestions - the hot water heater needs looked at - hot water was hard to come by in the house, but wasn't terrible and the vent in the guest bedroom with the queen bed was very noisy anytime the heat/air kicked on! Otherwise, backyard, everything is 10/10!

Fantastic experience: The villa was beautiful and immaculate. My family and I had an amazing time, and we created memories for a lifetime. I'm so glad we chose a Parsons Villas property. Now my 7-year-old wants every vacation to be "just like Arizona" and our stay at Sandras Terrace.

Fantastic experience: The house was exactly as described on Airbnb and in great condition. Everyone in our party was surprised by the cleanliness. The beds were very also comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with just about anything you could ever use. We really liked the multiple TVs and the pool table. Checking in was also exceptionally easy. I had a few questions about the process and was immediately able to get them answered over the phone. I highly recommend Parsons Villas and plan on coming back soon.

Fantastic experience: This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, looks like we will have to come back to see the sights of Scottsdale. There was something for everyone from ages 6 to 77, It honestly was hard to leave the house. For the adults it was nostalgic to be playing old school video games and playing pickle ball everyday was a BLAST! We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing property! We stayed in the Loft Casita. Wonderful views out of our numerous windows. Spacious, clean room with everything you could need. Comfortable, quiet, and private. The bed was so comfortable. Our host, was very helpful and super kind. The pool and jacuzzi was beautiful!!. We would definitely come back and recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great location and facility. Very modern and comfortable. New (or almost new) furnishings and appliances fully prepared with everything we needed. note: the refrigerator is empty. the only cooking consumable was salt and pepper. Bring or stock your own. My only complaint is that the location is a bit awkward and it would be nice if you put a sign that marked '7530" or something similar. But once we got to the house and felt comfortable, it was very convenient and easy to find.
