Negative experience: My BMW starter went out I called AAA they sent a tow truck he hook his truck to my rack and pinion I stopped him told him that you have to use the hook in the bumper on BMWs he told me he was the professional and knew what he was doing before I could stop him he jerked the lever and torey whole rack and pinion out ofu car Iade a complaint to o the office in downtown Cincinnati they told me to send them the paper work that I paid for the repairs it came to just under 3500 bucks that was 2 years ago still haven't been reimbursed or even as much as a call back and it's been over two years now I guess I'm going to have to reach out to my attorney Deters law firm save your money or look to another vompany

Negative experience: I called on December 3,2024 at 4pm for a tow service. I kept calling for an eta after I asked for text messages to be sent to me for updates. I didn’t receive not one message and when I kept calling I was told that it was a long wait dued to a lot of car accidents. I waited in the cold for 5 hours just to call back and find out that someone from the company canceled my tow. The tow was cancelled without notification and I had to continue to wait. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited another hour until I was able to speak with a supervisor. When I talked to the supervisor I was told that a new ticket was submitted. I asked if there was a credit that I could receive on the account for the ridiculous wait time and being forced to wait in the cold because I was told that I had to stay with the car. I was informed that nothing could be done that I had to just deal with it. I then preceded to wait for a tow and the driver showed at 4 am in the morning on December 4,2024. Nothing about this service and how I was treated was ok. This was the worse experience I ever had with AAA.

Negative experience: Unbelievably amateurish. They let my car sit unlocked for multiple days on a lot with my key fob in it. Key fob was stolen, couldn't have it towed to have work done after AAA lead mechanic could not fix it. Eventually vehicle was towed from lot and I am now out thousands of dollars. I have proof of nearly all of this if you do not believe me.

Negative experience: The worst service experience I’ve ever had with a car. They’ve had it for the better part of a month and just continue to add to the bill. Consistently miss deadlines and prove they have 0 idea what they are doing over there. At this point I’m so financially tied down to my vehicle I have no choice but to let them fix what they claim the issue is. I will absolutely never use this location or a AAA in general again. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Blown away with how poor this experience has been.

Negative experience: This is a terrible AAA. The one in Cleveland is worth paying for, this one is NOT. Think twice before you pay to waste your time with this two-bit organization. You’ll get no updates when waiting on a tow, the people who answer get nothing done other than waste your time as you wait hours more than you were initially told for a tow truck that your membership has already paid for.

Positive experience: Tried and true. Good customer service but the confusion and separation when traveling due to different areas or parts of the company. Each having its own contact and web page making getting help outside your home territory complicated at times. Needs to be more universal especially since all 1 company. I understand it's to be more specialized but this is why some reform is needed.

Negative experience: We had a dead battery, we waited 5 hours for a guy to come out. They told us it would take two, two and a half hours to have a guy out. It looks like they never gave it to a dispatcher. Until 3 hours after we've been sitting here. Their service is extremely lacking. I definitely would like to have my money back. I believe it used to be a great company and now profit margins are getting in the way of good service. 70 degree day!!!!

Fantastic experience: Once I got connected to a person, customer service was quick and professional. The agent was polite and efficient. The gentleman, Tony Griggs, that serviced my tires was thorough, very friendly, and got here in 20 mins. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this office and especially Larry who saved the day! My daughter and I came to Cincinnati just to see Taylor Swift and the plan was to also leave that night after the show to head back to NY. Well we ended up having a concern with the brakes 20 minutes prior to arriving in Cincinnati. Once we arrived in the city I called around and Thankfully I got Larry on the phone at AAA who said if you can get it here we will take a look at it. We pulled in, he greeted me and had the car on the lift right away. He then encouraged us to still try to enjoy the day telling us, "Go enjoy the city, do your Swifty thing and I will call you in an hour and let you know what is going on." Larry called as promised with good news! They were able to do the repairs and that it would be done before the concert was even going to start. I was so relieved to not only be able to enjoy the show, which was AMAZING, but also know that we were going to be able to go home that night safely. I truly am so grateful that he listened to our situation, took the time to help us and was so calm and caring. Larry even called me the following Monday just to make sure that we did get home safe and that there were no concerns. Larry at AAA is now a part of our ERAS's tour memory, and I am not sure who we talk about more, Taylor or Larry!! Thank you again and you should be recognized for going above and beyond for a Mother and Daughter 8 hours away from home. We were Enchanted to meet you!

Negative experience: Have a Premiere membership Renew and promise to have battery replacement when not knowing. It has been discontinued but still was told I was giving this upon membership payment in full. Three months later to desire service and still going through this situation . And have been ignored with membership services to restore promise upon having recording of time and date of it.

Positive experience: Stopped in to prepare for passport renewal. This location is easy to find and the staff is very helpful if getting the required photos and paperwork needed. Also able to accommodate travel, varieties of insurance and much more. Nice inventory of travel supplies if you are looking for specific items.

Fantastic experience: AAA changed my battery in a Burger King parking lot today. It has a 3-year no questions asked replacement warranty and a 6-year warranty. The old battery died from old age. They also tested my alternator and connections, etc. I really needed them today. They came through. Great, friendly fellow in the service vehicle. Simply terrific.

Negative experience: I will just say this AAA has always helped professionally and I have been a premier member for a few years and have never regretted it until today's renewal and am informed I can no longer be a premier member because I used all my allotted service calls. To me this make AAA prejudice and discriminatory. So beware that they offer you a deal then when you use it they in turn punish you for using it. A classic membership is not the same as premier. And for anyone who travels or lives in rural areas the tow takes you 5 miles then you pay the rest of the way. So to some up AAA they want you to pay for a service but they don't want you to use what you actually pay for

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about the help and professionalism shown by Brad Underwood. My 4 year old daughter and I broke down in downtown Cincinnati on our way to FL. I was unfamiliar with the area and not having any luck finding a place to get my car fix. Also, my phone kept cutting out. I was panicking a bit. Brad not only found a service center that was willing to wait for us to get there but found the part I needed to take to the service center because they didn’t have it in stock. We were able to get back on the road safely and make to our destination on time. The whole time not only did Brad coordinate the service I needed but made me feel safe and reassured everything would be ok. I’m so appreciative for AAA and Brad Underwood.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible service. My car is broken down at home and they refuse to do it "due to the weather". Today is Tuesday. It snowed on Friday and it has been 40 degrees since then. I will never renew my membership to this horrible service.

Negative experience: I've sat near a busy highway one exit from a bisy town for 3.5 hours waiting for AAA! I had an estimate of 5:03pm and then was told they can't find me a driver and will call me when they do. I paid for Premier membership to avoid sitting stranded alone in a dark parking lot but here we are ladies and gentlemen! Don't waste your money!

Negative experience: My Son waited from 11:30pm to 7:10 am for a tow last Saturday night. This is unacceptable. He is a valued member. The ETA was 3:22am. But the driver cancelled all together. He wasn't feeling well in a not so great neighborhood.

Negative experience: Dispatch provides no communication to their drivers and said we would get a discount if we used a repair show affiliated with them - the discount was all of 1% (that's generous. It was about $300 and we received a $5 discount). Tried soft selling that we add me to the AAA account and while it's not a bad idea, it was the absolute worst timing as we had two flat tires. The driver did what he could with what little information dispatch gave him.

Negative experience: They provide good service until you try to leave. I was encouraged to re-sign up for my membership by an agent even though I told her that I likely won’t need it. She told me that if I sign up and I decide to cancel, I will get a refund. Two days later I decided to do that because I purchased a new car and after SEVERAL calls, talking to SEVERAL representatives, AAA refused to give me my refund that was DUE TO ME. This is terrible service. The company should stand by what their rep told a customer of several years. I will never use AAA again or refer them as a result of this

Negative experience: Stay away from Triple A. It’s safer not to have roadside assistance than having them. Two weeks ago we had a flat tire in WV. We became members and paid for same day service. Total $97. Well, they told us that a car with a mechanic was on the way and it would reach us in 30 minutes. After one hour without the promised service we called them and no one knew nothing about our case. They even failed to find us in their system! We spent 4 hours talking to different representatives and we never got any help from them. They would just hang up the phone. In view of their inefficiency to handle our problem, we just decided to look for help in that little town. Days later I called them to report this situation and to let them know that we wanted to cancel our policy and get a full refund. The gentleman on the phone assured me that the $97 refund was on the way to my bank account. To my surprise, I got a phone call from the Cincinnati Triple A office few days later to let me know that they can only refund $47 because the other $50 are not refundable. Sorry We never got any service yet we have to pay? That kind of business is called piracy or theft. In summary, stay away from these liars and pirates. Your life will be easier and safer

Negative experience: This company violate its membership when you make a complaint if you have any intentions of making a complaint against AAA do not because they will not service your vehicle and they will make a lie up of why they did not serviceyour vehicle and then they will try to have a membership committee review your status and then terminate you
