Fantastic experience: I cannot thank and recommend Ashley Malachowski enough for planning an amazing trip for my family of 4. I was overwhelmed booking a trip on my own, given that I have not been to Disney since I was a child 30+ years ago. Ashley is a master at breaking down lots of information and making the best recommendation for my family – from the resort atmosphere to help me relax and quiet/delicious mid-day dining in parks to ease my fear of being overstimulated. These choices made such a difference in my experience as a person (not just as a parent). I really wanted to give my children core memories without sacrificing a much-needed break for myself. Ashley took care of everything – from our airport transport to all our reservations. Savings wise, Ashley kept her eye on promotions and applied one after I booked that saved me quite a bit on our resort. She also did a cost analysis for me to see what meal plan would save me money. She put together an extremely comprehensive itinerary that helped us keep some structure to the trip, but also be extremely fluid. Thank you, Ashley M and Magic Family Getaways!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been on many wonderful vacations that I planned myself with ease, but Disney always seemed impossibly insurmountable and overwhelming. Over the course of many months, Ashley planned our multi-generational 13 person trip to Orlando. She researched and presented options for hotels, parks (Disney and Universal), restaurants, event venues that would meet the needs of our group - ages 7 through 73. She handled all of our bookings (hotels, parks, fast passes) and woke up early to help us get dining reservations. She was on hand with questions when we were on our trip. Anything we could think of (and everything we didn't) - she covered it. It would have been agony to plan these 4 days without her expertise (seriously. saved me hours upon hours of research). Fantastic experience: Meridith made planning our family’s first Disneyland experience painless and hassle free. We are a family of 8 with a broad range in the age of kiddos (2-14) and she was able to guide us as to which features at which parks would give us the most bang for our buck and how to make the most of Genie+. We will definitely use her again to help in any future Disney travel we do as well as recommend her to any of our friends and family who have trips to plan in the future. She had tips for everything from essentials to keep in the park with us (ponchos a must!) to favorite food places in the park that could feed our crowd without breaking the bank. She even took the time to walk me through all the features of the app for using in the park and helped determine which add ons would be helpful to our family’s situation and which things were fine to skip on - definitely never felt like she was trying to upsell anything to us. (We went with Genie+ but skipped the magic bands for his trip). She was quick to answer questions even on the days we were on our trip when I would get confused about something cause it was all new to us. Honestly? Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to Disney in almost two decades - and certainly not with my kids - so, I was beyond overwhelmed with how to even start planning a trip to Disney. Luckily, I stumbled upon Kelly. Fantastic experience: My husband and I are so, so happy that we used Ashley's services on our Disney trip. It was the first time we were taking our children (2.5 and 10 months). Ashley helped everything run so smoothly. We discussed what my must do rides and activities were for our day in Magic Kingdom. From there, she came up with a strategy for how to optimize Genie+ so that we could do everything we wanted! She created a custom itinerary for our day that was so helpful and allowed us to see our game plan at a glance. Because of this, we were able to do ALL of our must haves by 11 and rode 10 rides in total all before noon!!! The day that we went to the park, it was incredibly crowded, but with Ashley's custom itinerary and game plan, my husband and I kept commenting that it felt like we were the only ones in the park. We did not wait more than 10 minutes in line for any of the rides! Ashley was also on call for us during our trip! She was able to answer a couple of questions that we had the night before our trip. The other thing that she did that was so helpful was that she made sure my husband and I were linked up in the my Disney experience app! I thought that we were, but when I double checked and saw that we weren't, she immediately helped us figure it out and got everything sorted so we were good to go! We had such an amazing time that we reached out to Ashley in the middle of our trip to book another! If you are thinking of planning a Disney trip, working with Ashley is an absolute must!

Fantastic experience: Planning a Disney World Vacation is stressful! Andrea took all the stress out of it. She thought of and planned everything from arrival until departure. Giving us tips on exras to do and navigating the VERY confusing Disney Genie+. Late the night before we left, I realized we would not fit all of our luggage into our airport transportation. Andrea stepped in immediately, booking us a larger car seemlessly. Highly, highly recommend. I would not book a Disney vacation without their assistance!
