Fantastic experience: Our driver Jeff Theis, was terrific! He was pleasant, friendly and most importantly was fantastic at driving that big bus!! The bus itself was clean and comfortable with nice headrests, outlets and cup holders. Just small details that made for a pleasant trip.

Negative experience: Worst, most uncomfortable motorcoach I have ever took a tour on! The tour itself was okay. They no longer offer bottle water. Best thing was their new location and fenced in lot for leaving your vehicle.

Positive experience: I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons--First day travel day was extremely long which couldn't be avoided. But it was made even longer with the very late meal. The tour guide should have phoned in our entree choices prior to arrival for evening meal as we weren't served until almost 8 pm. On Saturday (day 2 of trip) I would have personally preferred to have stayed on the balloon launch grounds until 11 or Noon so as to eat "fair" food along the midway, enjoyed the Discovery center, Artists Tent and balloon museum as well as the accession since that was the focus of the tour rather than going to a boutique overpriced Saw Mill Market for lunch or arrange a box lunch to enjoy at the hotel followed by a rest before the tour of Albuquerque. The winery meal and tour was fantastic. I loved that we had two days of Balloon lift off and access to the Chasers Club where you had great toilets and could rest seated at a table while still viewing the balloons.

Fantastic experience: Village Tours' Yellowstone & Rough Riders tour was outstanding! There was a good mix of well known sites and hidden gems, for example, the Medora Musical. There were some late evening activities followed by early morning departures, but those situations were necessary to meet the itinerary schedule and avoid long waiting lines. Included meals were frequent and excellent. The driver and guide were accommodating and personable. Good value, too. Recommend highly.

She is amazing and helpful to work/plan with. Thank you Lori for all your planning and setting up my wedding day for success. Our drivers for our charters were Jason and Rob. They were so KIND and HELPFUL and easy going. They ensured all of our guests made it to our wedding day and home safe as well! They went above and beyond for our wedding day and I am so grateful I chose village travel for my transportation. Thank you village travel team!!

Jeff Arensdorf and his father have grown this business to be a huge success, with a major location in Oklahoma city. They have many planned bus trips planned out all year round. They also have an excellent travel agent to help you with small to extremely large family trips. Shelley Ochsner is very responsive and quick to find you what you are looking for even if you don't know where you want to go.

Positive experience: We went to this place on a Saturday it was very packed with people. The music was great it was still drums with an Island theme. We went in a semicircle around the building on the inside to collect signatures to win prizes and find out in more detail about cruises and places that were near to travel to like Branson. There was another room that was packed with people sitting listening to the speakers of different Cruise Lines. All in all it was a good experience. But a lot of people.

Fantastic experience: We have been travelers on several charter trips through Village Travels. We leave from Wichita, Ks & go to Council Bluffs Harrah's casino. We have made many friends as we usually all are repeat travelers. What fun we have hade. Our driver Jessie is amazing. I recently had back surgery & every time I stepped off the bus he had my walker right at the steps. He went beyond his duties to make sure I got off & on the bus. His kindness will forever stay with me.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a lower rating after your driver in vally park missouri tried mulitiple times to run my wife and I off the road. Your driver insisted on attepmting to hit us though several other safer options were available. When we could no longer move due to multiple vehicles being blocked he insisted on blocking an intersection. Police were called due to your drivers carelessness.

Fantastic experience: We just Village Travels to transport wedding guests to our venue. They were great and easy to work with. The best part is they even called (I didn't know this until later because they called my day of coordinator) and asked what our wedding colors were and they matched our wedding colors with the buses!

Fantastic experience: We have taken a couple trips with Village Tours. We have always enjoyed every part of the tours. We took the Nashville tour and was very surprised at the amazing stops along the way. We stopped at a magnificent hotel along the way that was truly amazing. Better than Nashville. I would like a tour there for a few days without going to Nashville. We have always been totally pleased with Village and their tour guides.

Lori Vinsonhaler helped us organize and choose the right bus for our needs (and on a short notice time frame to boot!) and wasn't phased by the million tiny changes we had to make to our itinerary. Jim Lynch was an awesome driver and checked with us every step of the way to make sure we had what we needed from him. He even humored our bus and played along with our games and fun things we had going on throughout our trip. What an incredible addition to an already perfect trip. Wonderful!!

The driver (Dale) called me the day before to double heck on the times and details an to give me his phone number. He was there on time an was very kind our polite to our guests. I am 100% satisfied!

Thanks to Brian for his great job of getting us into all of the tight spots for the best possible advantage. not only did he take good care of us but took good care of his coach (as seen on the pics) Also a thank you very much to Tammy for directing us like sheep to get us in first and best to all of our stops and making it a well scheduled trip.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say that we have had the pleasure of actually touring with Village Tours, but feel the need to post this review. Two days after making our final payment for an upcoming tour we had booked, we learned that my mother in law was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. We called Village Tours and explained our dilemma. They immediately gave us the information we needed to contact the company we purchased our travel insurance policy with. Long story short, we received a full refund. Says a great deal about Village Tours and the insurance carrier they choose to do business with. Look forward to touring with them in the future.

Positive experience: Took the bus up to KC Worlds of Fun for an Eight Grade Grad party. Very enjoyable not have to drive and letting someone else navigate the KC traffic. The bus was very comfortable and our driver was very courteous and friendly. Being able to ride and not having to drive a bunch of giggly girls, bonus.
