Negative experience: This company is garbage. They will charge you many fees and not even tell you about it! Go with another company. With this company, you would be disappointed.
Positive experience: 자동차 보험료 내러 AAA에 깄는데 접수대에 있는 남자가 회원카드를 보고 접수히더니 저쪽으로 가라한다 저쪽 어디? 어디를 말하는거냐고 물었더니 다시 어느 여자분 가리키며 여기 라고 해서 손님 뒤에 줄 서서 한참 기다리는데..잡소리가 많고 끝나질 않는다. 다시 다른 자리로 그 남자가 안내해서 기다리는데 뭔 농담 잡소리들을 그리들 하는지 용건만 간단히 하면 안되나..살이 얼마나 쪘는지 참 마음도 편한건지.. 한참후에 돈을 내고 밸러스를 물어봤다ㅡ몰라서 물어봤겠냐? 확인차 물어봤지.그런데 잴 밸런스가 안 맞다. 현금박치기했으니 슬쩍 할 수도 있는 문제라...다시 한번 확인했더니 그제야 제대로 가르쳐준다. 그런데 그전에 영아로 떠드는 소리가 YOUR CAR PAYMENT I 'LL HELP PAYMENT AND YOU MAY FINISH and than GET OUT!!! 뭐 일마치고 나가리고 누가 나갈 줄 모르냐? 엇따대고 겟아웃이냐.한국말로 내가 떠들었다. 서비스 불친절 문제 있어요
Negative experience: 비가 와서 늘 이용하던 토랜스 를 뒤로하고 윌셔에 있는 AAA 들어가자마자 4명이 이미 줄을 서있었고 마침내 우리차례가 되었는데 50분을 기다리라 했다 토랜스라면 이렇게 기다리지 않는다. 같은 내용의 일처리가 30분 이상 지체 되다니… 효율성도 없는 일처리 무척 실망스럽다. 다시 찾지 않을듯
Negative experience: I was a tow truck driver and after I impounded a vehicle Aaa terminated my contract to avoid a law suit cause they saw my truck said Aaa on it so keep waiting 4+ hours for roadside assistance in the ventura area because AAA doesn't care about there customers stranded on the side of the road due to lack of tow drivers even tho they can't provide me with any facts of wrongdoing and they don't care about there roadside providers I've lost my job and have had no money for food and I've lost everything do to AAA wrongfull termination

Despite not having an appointment, she treated me with respect, patience, and kindness while assisting me with my out-of-state transfer. After having a terrible experience at a different DMV location, encountering someone as professional and compassionate as Lillian was a breath of fresh air. Her dedication and positive attitude truly stand out, and it’s clear that people like her make a difference. I’m so thankful to have crossed paths with Lillian and will absolutely be returning to this location for all my future DMV needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had the bad luck of having two new cars in a range of a few months. I went in first thing at open and Lillian happened to help me out with my title transfer both times. She was super helpful, very nice and quick along with the rest of the staff! Definitely prefer going here rather to the DMV.
Fantastic experience: I recently visited the AAA office on Wilshire in Los Angeles after a disappointing experience at the Downey location. At Downey, I was told I couldn't register a car under my name even though my son, who wasn't present, had already signed and dated the title. The staff there didn't greet me or make me feel welcome, and I was questioned about why I didn’t complete the paperwork in advance. In contrast, Carlos and Lisbeth at the Wilshire office were a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. They greeted me warmly, answered every question I had, and helped me feel at ease through the entire process. Their professionalism and friendly approach turned what started as a frustrating experience into a truly pleasant one. Thank you, Carlos and Lisbeth, for going above and beyond!
Negative experience: This insurance company wrote me a check that bounced. Yes, really. I know it's hard to believe. They won't fix it either. Apparently they're broke. Avoid this company like the plague.

Negative experience: This office is garbage don’t waste your time, they will ask you for info then transfer you 8x then they will tell you they don’t offer the service you’re looking for in my case I was looking to get jet skis insured whitch I had insured few years ago with AAA …. Last person on the phone said they don’t insure jet skis unless you have home insurance whitch I didn’t have last time either. If you have time to waste call them they will definitely waste your time and entertain you ( they’re like clowns :)

Fantastic experience: This was SO convenient! I was kind of stressed that I would have to waste half a day at the DMV with my name change on my transfer but no joke they helped me in 6 minutes. Johnella was speedy and super helpful. I would definitely recommend! They validate parking but it was so quick I was still in the 10 free minutes range.

Negative experience: As someone who has been a member for 7 years I have to say that this location is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. I came in to take care of a payment for my dmv registration and they were trying to sell me on stuff that I don’t need. I ask a member who said that someone opened a file on my situation and when I spoke to the manager about this the employee lied and smiled as he knew he got caught lying. When I told him that in a calm voice the manager who is a white female preceded to tell me to leave and I was shocked because I caught a mistake that there employee made. She began walking towards me and was about to put her hands on me and everyone who is of color that works there was scared to take my side that they began to agree with there boss and I was completely shocked. The manger at this location in my honest opinion seems to be using her superiority over other human beings and to me that’s extremely sad. I hope the manger reads this message and I hope anyone who decides to go here to go in with a side of caution as the service that you will get isn’t what you’d expect. Shame on the manager and Edgar who lied to the manager to make himself look good.

They also offer complimentary garage parking with tons of parking spaces! Friendly staff, quick service, was in and out in less than 15 minutes! This will be my go to AAA office!
Negative experience: A Catalogue of Negligence and Irresponsibility AAA Insurance, once a beacon of trust, has sunk to abysmal depths. Your employees, in a stark display of sheer neglect, seem to have taken a permanent leave of absence from their phones. Despite my relentless efforts, numerous calls, and countless voicemails, the resounding silence from your end is both deafening and infuriating. But the pinnacle of your company's incompetence? Hiring the dubious Ditchey Geiger, LLC—a firm that appears to specialize in terrorizing innocent individuals under the guise of 'debt collection'. Threatening unsuspecting people with debt accumulation and, even more maliciously, driver's license suspension, is not only a new low but borders on the scandalous. It's evident that AAA Insurance has either lost its way or deliberately chosen the path of unethical operations. How can any company, especially one as reputed as AAA, be entangled with an organization with such questionable motives? In no uncertain terms: Find the lethargic, good-for-nothing employees responsible for this gross negligence. Fire them. And while you're at it, sever ties with the scam artists you've engaged. Your current trajectory not only tarnishes your reputation but also makes a mockery of the very essence of customer service and trust. Maybe, just maybe, if you address these issues with the urgency and severity they warrant, you can salvage what's left of your company's integrity. Until then, your descent into infamy seems well underway.
Negative experience: Horrible experience, I don’t recommend this insurance or place to nobody. Please go somewhere else if you’re thinking to get a vehicle insurance. Never coming or even thinking to come back .
Fantastic experience: Shhhhhhh! Shortest lines in LA. Picked up my license plate tags in 10 minutes and didn't even need parking validation.
Negative experience: Unbelievable on how horrid it is service I just endured was from AAA I've been a member for 29 years and also have car insurance with them for three cars for the past few years I'm canceling both services immediately unbelievable worst service customer service I've ever dealt with with any company on any level whatsoever in my life

Negative experience: This review is strictly for their travel insurance which I would suggest you steer clear of. They sell expensive insurance with a company called Allianz who if god forbid you need to file a claim with are a complete nightmare. And unfortunately even though I purchased this insurance thru AAA they are doing nothing to assist with this process.

Negative experience: The staff is the requisite nice, but lacks knowledge. Multiple times, on multiple days, by different agents, I was given conflicting or flatly false information, like that smog certificates are only good for 30 days (they're good for 90 days). I was also asked to fill out a form that wound up being the incorrect form for the situation. Yes, it's more pleasant to come to AAA than go to the DMV *if and only if* you do your homework so that you're not given the run-around or stressed out by surely well meaning but under trained agents.

Negative experience: I have always counted on in-person assistance with DMV services. However, today I felt greatly disrespected and discouraged by the lack of your representative's willingness to support my wife and I through a service request. For someone who struggles using the internet in an uncommon situation like releasing a title without a copy of a pink slip, this experience was very disheartening. I understand the value in empowering individuals to self-process simple and general tasks. It is just unfortunate that when support is needed, it is not welcomed.

Fantastic experience: This is a really modern designed AAA. I liked the staff. They have a notary on staff every time I needed then including Saturday. $10 per signature for members is a good rate and the notary handled a complicated document without any problems. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I will go again at the next chance.

Negative experience: Waited 4 HOURS to get my car towed. Called at 1:45 told me they’ll come at 3:04 and 5:00 still waiting. Keep on calling it was on hold for an hour. Attendant said they’ll call us back in 20 mins but its been 45 and still hasn’t called. POOR SERVICE.
