Over priced, thy keen you to last minute to renew the policy that’s what thy did to me two days before my policy end.never recommend this place. Fantastic experience: First time user of their DMV service to register my out of state car and do a title transfer. I am a new member and my situation was a bit tricky. the DMV was a nightmare and I could not get anyone to help me with my questions on the form. Someone told me that AAA did car registrations, etc. So I left the DMV, called AAA, and got the nicest lady on the phone who truely knew her stuff. She was so patient with me and empathized with me. AWESOME service. She helped locate a AAA office near me and told me what to bring and what to expect. So today I went to this AAA location and was greated by such a friendly woman who matched me with Natalie. And she was such a smart cookie and as friendly & paitent as could be. She walked me through how to complete the application, line by line, and we got it completed in 2 minutes. She then went and inspected my car and completed her end of things in about 10 minutes. I paid for my registration, got my new license plates and stickers. the whole process was like 20 minutes tops! And she even gave me a tip, that I know if I had been at the DMV I would have not been given this tip, which was to update my Toll Account with my new license number. Its the little things customers like me appreciate and good, competent and patient customer service is one of those things missing these days. I do not mind paying extra for good service like this, but, I have to say, I was not expecting this from AAA. I got AAA for the road side assistance only, but I will stay for the great customer service. Thank you all for doing such a great job! Now, I am going to look at what else they offer.

Negative experience: Got passport pictures done from this place. The pictures got rejected. The lady who took our picture was clueless. Unfortunately the day we got our pictures taken, ours was taken by a lady presumably new to her job, as another lady was trying to teach her how to hold the camera. It is pathetic that you do your OJT for your trainee employees at the expense of your paying customers.

Negative experience: Did a dmv transaction that ended up costing us $3000 on a credit card because the rep at the office and on the phone gave us the wrong information! They said a name change on a title would be completed either the next day or by midnight when it actually is 7-10 business days. We purchased a new car using my credit card for the down thinking I would be able to sell my car to carmax the next day or two. As it turns out I can't sell my old car till it's completed in DMV's system which I have now found out is really 7-10 business days. Now we have 2 cars, two insurance and car payments, and $3000 on a credit card. All we got was we don't know why they told you that when that's not correct, sorry . Thanks for nothing AAA. We will never do another dmv transaction through you or recommend it to anyone else.

Positive experience: This location is taking their responsibility to keep their clients safe VERY seriously. Unfortunately, that means we had more than hour wait and business was conducted outside in the dark and the rain. Goid news is that AAA now accepts credit cards, albeit with a small charge, for DMV transactions. As usual, they were able to complete my transaction.

Positive experience: Most all the clubs are always staffed with people that know the answers that are asked bye the General Public. I must have caught this person on a bad day I have been disabled permanently for over 10 years insisted that I needed a note from my doctor. I kept calm and encouraged her to learn her job so she could be more efficient job done. I always happy to help.
Fantastic experience: Convenient and clean, organized, very pleasant place to process DMV transaction. Social distancing and mask wearing in place. Someone greets you at door, takes your name gets you on the list to be called in. It took less than 10 minutes start to finish.
Negative experience: Got there and they were taking names and phone numbers. So I sat in my car as suggested. I checked my status on line after 45 minutes. And it said appointment canceled. Walked up to the table in front and asked Christy why my status was canceled. She replied that she thought I was talking to a agent. I said no still waiting and why did you message me before canceling me. She said I was still 1 waiting and no one went ahead of me. But when I finally saw Charlie the man he helped before me came 45 minutes later then myself. Charlie did a great job helping. Christy not so much if this is her real name, between 30 and 40 years old Caucasian heavy set tall. Total experience took almost 2 hours.

Negative experience: The lady that sits out front is beyond rude. She sits there and acts as if she is better than you and is friendly with only a handful of people. She tends to let people in as she pleases. She claims she lets them inside in the order they arrive but it’s a lie. This is now my second time coming to this location to give them another chance to prove themselves and as I write this I’m tempted to leave.
Fantastic experience: I went in to get my personalized plates assigned to my new vehicle (after trying at DMV 3 times with long lines). I was greeted professionally and helped within minutes by a pleasant professional employee. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: I'm embarrassed AAA got me to pay the membership fee for the lack of service provided.. I spoke with an employee on Monday who gave me a completely different answer than the employee did today on a title transfer. It is additionally embarrassing that the "15 minute" wait period for the appointment took 42 minutes to get no results.

Positive experience: I went to sell my car. Its unfortunate they base everything on the looks. While the paint is faded the engine is a complete champ. 2001 jetta and only had 97k miles. I felt like I was under quoted. I give 4, however, because they have placed measures to help prevent their employees and customers from getting sick. While before, you would get your car assessed while waiting inside. Now, however, you stay in your car and even step out while they look it over. The chairs are 6 feet apart, i was even offered a fresh pen from a new box so I didnt have to touch a pre-used one. Every time a customer left a desk because of a finished transaction, the customer's area was wiped down and the chair was sprayed. Over all, other than the quote, it was a fantastic experience and I left knowing I hadn't been exposed due to a lack of protocol.

Negative experience: if you like waiting longer then expected this is the place to come!
Negative experience: I very rarely write reviews that are negative--but in this case its appropriate. Arrived to get a simple vehicle registration sticker. Front person (#1) swiped card and told be to have a sit. After about 30 minutes I notice people that arrived after me were taken care. I approached person #1 again and she said she had no record of me in the system, so she swiped my card again. So it appeared that I was at the bottom of the list and waited another 20 minutes. Nothing. Then I noticed that one of the employees #2 who was doing the registrations, slip out the front door with eyes glued to her I phone, and not giving any eye contact to the folks waiting in line. She could care less. A little later I notice #1 doing the exact same thing--eyes on the phone and out the front door. These folks do as little as possible for customer service, however they must be very important since they are in contact with someone. I have a name for such folks, you can guess. Oh by the way I just left, I could still waiting there.

Negative experience: This office is really super convenient to my husband and I but for some reason we have both gotten different women at different times/days to help us and they have been extremely rude or intimidating. I've even gone so far as asking to be helped by anyone but so-and-so. From now on we'll be going to the Alicia office.

Negative experience: It is obvious they do not want to offer any service since they do not list any phone numbers and if you do manage to find one they hang up on you rather than transfer you to the correct number. Listening to there answering machine is nothing but a group of advertisements. I have been a member for 50 years but doubt I will make 51.

Negative experience: So 5 months after the original insurance claim; my kitchen and powder room are finally done. Slab leak... We still are waiting for money from AAA. This has been the worst experience, ever!!! We’ve put in a new backsplash, sink and quartz countertop. Now we are being billed $10,500 and no money from AAA.... We expected to pay for the upgrades... . But, AAA is not doing their part as per insurance agreement. We didn’t have a kitchen for four months, and they will only reimburse us $169 for food as if that is what our groceries would cost us for a for four months. Really? Who can buy four months worth of groceries for $169’s.? Avoid AAA... They won’t take care of you...
