Positive experience: Nice place with a great common area that has a large, L-shaped sofa and a dining table that seats 12. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, spices and such. Four bedrooms , each with its own bathroom, were great. No common bathroom, but with four others that wasn't a problem. Two of the bedrooms had twin beds, great for a group with children, not so much for 8 adults, which is what our party was. One of the bedroom ad the sink in the bedroom and the toilet and shower in an attached room. Toilet and shower were separated by a curtain, so an odd configuration. Easy walk to the village, gondola and bus stop, even in ski boots. Indoor parking was great. The house is right off route 70, so road noise was noticeable, especially when we opened the windows, which we had to because it was spring and warm and there is no AC. Great instructions for check in and check out. RentVail was very responsive and helpful.

Positive experience: Great location with PRIME view to the mountain. Balcony with grill was my favourite part of the property. Generous spaces with two very good bathrooms. Good parking facilities, easy access and good customer service. A grocery store is 175 yds from the place, making it very convenient. The place we rented said it sleeps 6 but that would mean the sofabed in the living room needs to be included. I was expecting more from the kitchen that why I didn't give it a 5-star review.

Negative experience: Absolutely, hands down the worst vacation rental company I've ever tried to work with. In fact, probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. For several days I had been considering a vacation rental on their website, and today I booked a 3 night rental on their website, signed all of the forms they sent me, paid the deposit.... only to get an email a few hours later saying that they canceled my reservation because the place should have been a 4 night minimum rental. I then changed plans to make 4 nights work for my group, only for them to raise the rate by about $350 per night! Even thought the error was on their end, they were absolutely unwilling to work with me and very rude. This company is terrible and their practices are extremely questionable. FYI, I've never written a negative review of a company before, but felt I needed to warn others of their awful practices and they way they treat customers.

This was our first stay in Coldstream Townhouse 38. Very nice, clean and well maintained property. Upscale furnishings and appliances. Also had an Osaki massage chair that everyone enjoyed. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Vail Cascade lift.

Fantastic experience: Location is amazing, right in the middle of Vail village. The building is nice as well with a gym and hot tub. And the customer service was great! All of our questions were answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again. The condo could use some updating, but overall was a great stay!

Fantastic experience: Our group of 10 had a great experience with rentVAIL! Stayed 5 nights in Beaver Creek at BC Landing. Condo was well stocked and a great location. Easy ski in access on Leave the Beav run. Lower Beaver Creek Express lift was right outside. Everything was as advertised! Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Will definitely look at using their properties again for our next ski trip.

Fantastic experience: Very nice in all regards except one below. Clean, nice appliances, great proximity to the Lionshead Gondola, washer/dryer in unit, warm. Excellent in all regards. My wife is very sensitive to animal dander, and believes that there have been animals in the unit. Otherwise, the other 3 guests did not notice this, myself included. We are told there may be pets in some units at times. Otherwise, excellent.

Fantastic experience: Our stay in Vail (Lionshead) at Vantage Point Condos was excellent. The condo was extremely well provisioned in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Upon arrival you immediately noticed it had been cleaned after the turnover from the previous renters. rentVAIL reached out to us during our stay ensuring we and questions or issues didn't go unanswered. (We had no issues BTW.) It was a wonderful ski vacation with excellent accommodations.

Fantastic experience: The condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. Well located so we could walk to Chair 20, and next to the path along Gore Creek for easy walking into Lionshead Village or Vail Village. The beds and linens were very comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of dishes and silverware for having guests for dinner as well! Views of the creek and the mountain were beautiful!

Fantastic experience: The location in the Village was fantastic. Also being right next to the pool and hot tub was great. Very clean and well appointed. Definitely would stay again. The communication with Rent Vail and maintenance manager was great, they do a very good job.

Fantastic experience: Our stay at the 2 bed 2 bath condo in Vail Village was nothing short of exceptional. The unit was clean, maintained and everything was as advertised. The bunk beds were perfect for our kids and the location in Vail Village couldn't have been better. We were walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Gondola One. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: We had both C-1 and C2 Units and what a gem they are. The location next to the kids ski school is just great! It worked out perfect for our family of 8! We will be back!

Positive experience: Location, location, location. The unit is in the heart of Vail village and a relatively short walk to the gondola. Additionally, it’s a first floor unit on gore creek. The small patio with gas grill has a nice view of the creek. We really enjoyed that the hot tub and heated pool were steps out the back of the unit through the sliding glass door. The kitchen was appropriately stocked. As noted, it can sleep 6 although we found it was a little tight for 4 adults. There was room for 4 in front of the TV and at the dining table but there was little space otherwise. The unit is a little over decorated with lots of tchotchke about. Despite the relatively tight quarters we would rent again due to the excellent location and hot tub access.

Positive experience: We really enjoyed staying here. The townhome is well located along the Vail bus route so getting to/from Lionshead and Vail Village is only a short ride away, even on the free bus that stops 50 yards from the front door -- extremely convenient. There is reserved off street parking as well. The townhome is very roomy and can accommodate larger families. As a matter of fact, some of the rooms are so large that the TVs are a little undersized for the space. The kitchen could be a little bigger and better equipped, and the HVAC needs to be zoned because the temperatures within the unit can vary greatly from upstairs to downstairs, and bedroom to bedroom. The management group was very responsive when I need help with the WiFi access. Overall, a great place to stay and I will definitely keep it on my list of options for my visit to Vail next year.

Fantastic experience: We have been staying in this apartment five out of the last six years that we have gone to beaver Creek. Everything about it feels like home. The beds are very comfortable, you have a real woodburning fireplace, it’s just a short walk to the ice-skating rink and the center of Beavercreek. You can also ski in and ski out! Our girls have been skiing since they were three and now they are eight and 11 which makes the trip much easier. The kitchen is always stock with the little extras that you need. There is a washer and dryer in the second bedroom. That is great when you’re traveling with kids. I can’t say enough about this apartment And the special memories that it’s brought to our family

Fantastic experience: We had another fantastic stay at a rentVAIL property with our stay at Vantage Point in Lionshead Village. We returned to Vail for another 3 couple group to ski and enjoy the restaurants and village and this property was ideally located and situated for maximum fun. The property was well equipped, had everything we needed. It took us only 15 minutes to ski from the top of the Avanti lift to taking off boots at the condo. The shared hot tub was great too! Moe, the onsite property manager, was always available to help and point us in the right direction! We look forward towards returning again next year to this or another RentVail property. Rob was great with all communication!

Fantastic experience: We couldn't have asked for a much better location during out stay. The location is perfect to be able to get to either village within 3 minutes. The house was a perfect size for 6 adults. Perhaps the only thing that was less than ideal was the kitchen was not supplied well. There is plenty of kitchenware, but absolutely no spices, oil, or basic cooking essentials. If you don't plan on cooking, then its not a problem. But if you want to make a few meals at the house, plan on buying all of those essentials.

Fantastic experience: Unit exactly as expected. A little dated perhaps, but good value, comfortable and clean. Very close to the free Vail bus system, ( after a few days we had it figured out!) Rob, from rentvail, was very responsive to any requests or questions we had. I would have no problem renting from them again and look forward to returning.

Fantastic experience: This condo is in a fantastic location. A short 5 minute walk to the lift. Enjoy the beauty of Gore Creek from the deck. The Hyatt is conveniently located next door for food and drinks. Manager Rob is super responsive to any questions or concerns. Maria was also incredibly helpful and responsive to pre-arrival questions. She provided recommendations for transportation and grocery services. We will utilize RentVail for future travels in Colorado.

Fantastic experience: Location, location location! We stayed in Vail 21. The condo was great, and had everything we needed during our stay. But there are few more convenient spots than this condo (vail village included). Steps away from the slopes, steps away from rentals, steps away from the grocery store, and steps away from the bus. The busses were some of the most reliable transportation systems I’ve seen, and had you in vail village in less than 5 min. Rob and team were great, and were always there to promptly provide an answer to any questions they had. Antonio was also great providing transportation to and from Eagle airport. Great experience all around.

Fantastic experience: Very convenient location, and never used the complimentary Beaver Creek bus. Three blocks from Beaver Creek chairlifts (uphill in the am, but downhill after skiing!). Easy parking and well maintained. Rent Vail excellent to work with and simple access. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms were perfect for a family of 4, one king and one queen/twin bunk bed in the other room with plenty of space. Kitchen had everything needed. Nice wood burning fire place. Would stay here again.

Fantastic experience: rentVAIL, these guys are good. We stayed in a 1bedroom 2 bath condo on the river. Hot tub and warm pool was working each day as we returned from the slopes. We had problems getting to vail as the highway was closed. They sent hotel suggestions in Golden. They went above and beyond to help us get there and to maker recommendations on what to do. They are so quick to respond to text messages that is was a total surprise. We want rentVAIL to be everywhere. Highly recommend.

The place was spacious and clean, exactly as advertised on the website. Dealing with RentVail was a pleasure — they provided clear instructions on checking in and out and because the place was in such great shape we had zero issues to resolve. Very easy experience. Fantastic experience: I stayed here the week after Christmas 2023 There was five of us four adults, and one child.We loved it,, very spacious unit. I’ll give the unit a five star on location it being fully furnished with quality products, and the view was spectacular. I will definitely try to rent this unit again in the future.

Fantastic experience: rentVail was great to work with on our Vail trip. Everything went smoothly with our rental, communication was great. We requested humidifiers for the unit and they got two delivered to the unit within an hour. I would definitely rent through them again and would specifically rent the same Milrace unit.

Fantastic experience: The condo was excellent. Short walk to chair lift. Easy drive to center of town. And shuttle stops right in front of house and can be called for pickup. We had 12 people in the condo and it worked great. Garage and foyer worked great for staging area before and after riding. Best of all was 24/7 access to the team for help and advice.

Fantastic experience: The condo was fabulous and in a great location close to gondola, lionshead village and the bus stop. Our family of 5 (teen boys) all fit very comfortably in the condo, which is hard to find at a decent for us. It's not a newer place more old school, but we loved that old school feel with modern conceniences. Here is what we liked: The great room was very spacious with a vaulted ceiling, huge windows looking towards the slopes, gas fireplace, tv and plenty of seating for us, and the circular stairs. Note: all bedrooms are upstairs, and the stairs were large enough to easily bring suitcases up to the rooms. The kitchen had a large breakfast room open to kitchen and it came with all the essential items you need in the kitchen. Each bedroom included its own bathroom with was so nice. The master view was so gorgeous waking up to the ski slopes. The master bathroom was sizeable with a great shower and long countertop with double sinks. Free parking is included underneath which safe a lot of money. The family enjoyed the hot tub after skiing each afternoon. The washer and dryer was downstairs and a godsend as I tend to do laundry all the time. Long story short we will most likely book it again.

Negative experience: We came for a special family Christmas trip and my kids first time even seeing snow. But the whole trip was overshadowed by not having hot water for 6 of the 7 days, and I had to spend my vacation dealing with that. Property management also told me they had two units with broken heat. I had to use a butter knife as a screwdriver to try to troubleshoot the water heater, and had to call multiple days to report that it still wasn’t working, still wasn’t working, still wasn’t working. Management team was responsive, but ineffective at actually solving the issue, and now they want to fight with me about what refund I’m owed. We were in Vantage Point condos. Unit itself is 15+ years outdated with janky closets, fixtures, water heater (until I got them to replace it - but it still wasn’t working right), etc. FYI - laundry is not in the unit.

Fantastic experience: Great Condo! Perfectly clean and the best stocked kitchen and accessories we have encountered in our travels. Arrowhead was beautiful and very quiet. The security of the resort was a nice extra, and easy to negotiate. The trails are located just outside the gates and very extensive, going from Edwards all the way past Vail and Copper Mountain ending in Keystone. The Management Company, RentVail was extremely responsive, and completely helpful. Will use them again!

Fantastic experience: This house was perfect for the families we had traveling in for the Triple Crown World Series. There was plenty of room to spread out and talk about having all the necessities! Wow! We were impressed with all of the cooking items you would ever need to make meals for the week. We did not want to have to eat out for every meal and everything in the house made it easy on us to prep for the week. The kitchen had plenty of room for us to enjoy our meals together and end the night with a game of cards. The kids area upstairs was perfect for a little hideaway and had video games, board games, etc. Everyone had their own bathrooms and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Out back we enjoyed the trails up the mountain and even saw a deer the first morning right beside the property. The house was a short drive from Beaver Creek and Vail. Side story: Our truck was stolen out of a hotel parking lot in Denver the night before our arrival in Vail. The majority of our items we had packed for the trip were gone. One of things in the back of the truck were adjustable weights to keep us on track for the week we would be on vacation. When we walked into our room at this house, they had the same exact adjustable weights. It was like it was meant to be and it gave us a little pick me up. We would definitely rent this place again - thank you for all the great amenities!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time in this Beaver Creek townhome. Check in was easy, the unit was clean and very well stocked, and there was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. There was a quick 1-2 minute walk to access a gentle ski slope that lead to the village. Skiing straight back to this spot at the end of the day was great. You could walk to the village but we chose to use the super convenient, free and on call Beaver Creek shuttle instead. The Mountain View’s from the living space were amazing. We enjoyed nights of cooking dinner at home and nights out enjoying the great restaurants in the village. We would come back to this unit in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: I stayed at the TreeTops condo 2C with y family this Spring break and had blast. The place is a 3 bedroom condo in Lionshead right next to the small town....perfect for small families like mine. And its about a 150 yard to the Ski slops so you can walk there with easy. It is so very convenient you even have an emergency Market right next door and the Lionshead bus stop is literally 30 yards away. We were able to ski come down have lunch in the condo and hit the slopes again. What a treat. The place was very well upkept and its fully equipped so that you can literally live there. the furnishings were great and the beds were amazing. I would highly recommend staying there. we will come back next season for sure.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed staying in Vantage room 314. It was a quick walk to the slopes and so close to all the fun of Lionshead Village. The view from the livingroom window of the Vail slopes was amazing. The deck had the same view. Having the 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms was really nice and it was spacious all around. We enjoyed using the hot tub a few times to relax our muscles.

Positive experience: It was very nice. We had plenty of kitchen wear. The facility and rooms were clean. The maintenance person was very helpful bringing us extra pillows and sheets we needed as well as getting us set up with the parking pass since no one was at the front desk. The ski in-ski out and lockers were very convenient. Obtaining our skis right there in the building was convenient as well, however, there needed to be a little more staff to help them out. Also, when we returned the skis we had to go to another location because that one was closed for the season , I guess. It would be nice to have parking for 2 vehicles, but it all worked out. Overall a great time and we would like to return!

Fantastic experience: The golf terrace house was awesome! Great space, great location and great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
