Negative experience: Been a member for almost a year. Finally called to try to use the services yesterday and got told the crazy price I told him. Don't worry I won't need it. I towed my car as far as I could. Today. I call they tell me I've used all of my service calls and I was told that I at least have one left so I was wondering why I can't use it and it was really. I feel the person on the phone has some type of agenda because it's horrible service. I'm still on the side of the road and the whole reason for this AAA membership is to be helped. So the four people that I've talked to including the one that hung up on me have the worst customer service and I've done customer service for it and after everything I just don't see how this is even still considered a company. It's more like tyrance trying to get you to pay. I say that because while I was asking for help to clarify the situations so I can get the assistance that I need. They were trying to have me sign up for a credit card and to upgrade and fail to listen and really hear any of the information that I already stated prior to their questions. So ridiculous Garbage company

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible service! I have been waiting 9 hours just to have my spare tire put on. Every time I call them back when no one shows I get a different time frame.. someone will be there within an hour, then as soon as they finish their other service they will be there, then we’ll be there in half an hour - again they don’t show. I ask for a supervisor after 9hrs and all she says is sorry nothing they can do about it.

Negative experience: AAA use to be my go to and would be 5 Stars, was so great to work with in Texas and Colorado they put the customer first and helped us get our work completed. Florida AAA is the opposite really tough even when their servicer provider is wrong they still side with them and tell me that I need to wait on them to reach out to me to get everything completed. I hope they stop using Alpine towing in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Maybe if they would get quality providers for towing and get rid of the ones that are constantly messing up the would be the same quality as the other AAA states.
Negative experience: Created a request for a tow, was given a time when the tow truck was supposed to arrive and it was over an hour and a half late. No update on where the truck was or how long I would have to wait. Doesn’t seem like a good idea to over promise and under deliver.

Negative experience: Poorest roadside assistance program on the market. You would think after being a member since 1983, and paying for five Plus Memberships in our household, you’d actually receive roadside assistance when you call. The unfortunate two times I really needed help with towing my vehicle to the mechanic, AAA Roadside Assistance was a complete no show. One of those times, the service call remained in queue for days! The other call, I just canceled the request, because it became a complete joke with no estimated time of arrival for a wrecker. I finally just called a tow truck company myself and paid them directly. This service request was for the northwest Palm Beach County area, and this is my local branch representing the larger national organization. Save your money and don’t waste your time becoming a member. You will only be disappointed and angry about AAA’s very poor service.

Negative experience: Locked my key in the car around 9:51pm and called for help. ETA was 1hr. After an hour 10:51pm still no tow truck. I call for an update and the lady says the company isn’t answering so she had to find another tow truck. The ETA for the new one was another hour. After the hour passed now 11:51pm I call for another update and the woman says they are working on it. It was going on 3am and the truck still never arrived. What service am I paying for if I can’t get any help after hours?? 24hr service and nobody arrives.

Negative experience: MY husband and I have been members for 45 YEARS. Just figure how much money we have paid in. OVERWHELMING! How many time have they been called for help? Let me take a guess at ten times. Now I am in my 80's and need help. Just a man to cut a 3/8" in diameter tow mechanism stuck in the back of my cart. Nope, it's not something they will do as I'm not on the roadside and the vehicle runs ( but not on a public road). Am I angry?? You better believe it!

Negative experience: Applied for an auto loan. It's now 2 weeks and we finally have a decision. It's not due to our credit, it's excellent. AAA has been non-responsive for days at a time. You can't talk to anyone unless questions goes thru portal. I pity anyone who is not computer savy because their messaging updates are poorly designed. We're finally at the point where we signed off on the loan documents, after 2 weeks, and now it's asking us to upload the the original documentation again. We've responded to their questions three times already (when do you want to start loan, do you want GAP, etc.) Called customer service again and they read off a script. They can only tell us that the check status will be updated on the portal after 24 hours of signing off on docs. If there are no updates, then call again tomorrow for another script read to us, just like we've been doing for the last two weeks. Right now, I'm giving one star because I'm not confident that our dealer will have the check on Saturday. I'll update after we pick up the car.

Negative experience: Came for passport pictures a couple of months ago and the machine was broken. Came back today and arrived at opening time. When I checked in the representative said it could be a bit of a wait. I asked why as no other customers were there and she said because the staff make their own schedule. What? Apparently one person was trained in taking the photo, and there wasn’t a manager or supervisor to assist. Turns out the person who takes the photos was there and we didn’t have to wait, but the woman’s attitude at checkin was so rude.
Negative experience: Waited a very long time, an employee closest to waiting area said "No", without any explanation, when I asked if she could help me. This is after she sat idle and I sat waiting for 20 mins. After about 45 mins., the woman closest to window, Donna, I believe, finished helping the person she was with and then helped me. Very disappointing experience.
Negative experience: There's a problem when AAA cant give give you a route to your destination and asks You to give them the route. Also waited for 20 min for someone while they sat at their desks with no customers. I've been to other AAA offices...always had great service..not this one. Skip this location

Negative experience: This is the second time I needed to use their roadside assistance. This is by far nothing but a waste of money. I ended up waiting 5 hours the first time and I’m already at hour 4 for the second time. If you are thinking of buying a membership for roadside assistance I strongly recommend you don’t. Read the reviews. This is a common issue. I won’t be renewing this membership after this experience. I have been a member for over ten years. The service has never been this bad.
Negative experience: They had no roadside assistance after hours. I had to wait for help for 4 hours. Test service was good and fast, but with no tangible help.
Negative experience: My experience with AAA is by far the worst I experience I have ever had with a tow company. I called to have my car towed, and I was told they would be there in an hour to 90 minutes. I called four times over the course of four hours, and received no truck nor update of when I could expect to receive one. The phone operators were not helpful in the slightest and simply dismissed me by telling me they had no way to know when I would receive a truck. In fact, I did not receive one. The final operator told me to give up on waiting and contact another company. I don’t know why I’m paying for a membership just to be told to screw myself and find another truck after four hours of waiting. I’m lucky I wasn’t on the side of the highway, because I truly believe I would be dead before the truck arrived. After I had already had my car towed by another company, I was told a truck would be available the next day, in 18 hours. The other company took care of me in a half hour. AAA is the most abysmal excuse for a roadside assistance company, and I do not plan on trusting it with my safety ever again.

Negative experience: I've been on the side if the road since 1pm today and now I'm still waiting for road side service paying this company for years and never used it before and now still on the phone can't get anyone to me or my Vehicle to be towed home worst company do not use
Positive experience: I was just sad to being informed that they are not making trip books anymore and are phasing out maps. Feel good for other services, but I did have to wait for over half an hour to see a travel agent and I left without speaking to anybody.
Fantastic experience: I had a blow-out ,front left tire. I was on the turnpike going south. I called AAA and John who came in less then 10 minutes was the BEST. Thank goodness I had AAA.

Negative experience: I am 16 years old and my engine was not working and overheated. I could not drive my car as it is very dangerous. I called Triple A hoping that they could help me because i have a gold membership card, and they left me waiting for 5 1/2 hours to not even pick up my car. They continuously told me they would be there in an hour, but it never happened. I ended up having to drive my car to my house in a very dangerous condition. They left a 16 year old stranded on the side of the road for 5 1/2 hours. Awful.
Fantastic experience: Triple A came out to help me with a tire issue this morning 6/1/2021. Tate and DeShonte were amazing. Tate was so kind and had wonderful customer service, DeShonte did a fantastic job, and was so respectful. AAA should be thankful to have such good employees. I have been with Triple A for many years and I will continue with them for this great service! Thank you!
Negative experience: If I could give them a zero I would. My mom has an account with you all and got a flat tire today, this was at 12:45. We placed the request for them to come and put the spare on but than when he got there discovered that it had to be towed. They put the call in at 1:38 (D&D towing) for them to come and tow the car which was literally 6 minutes away. Our first time given was 3ish, then they changed it to 4:01, than 4:13, 5:37 then back to 4:22. We called 4 times for status and the first status was they're finishing a service and will be the next one. The next calls was they'll send someone as soon as they can. We waited almost four hours for them. This was rediculous as to how long we had to wait. My mom was very disappointed with the service. You take your money faithfully but yet we had to wait 4 hours for service, unacceptable...

From the time you step through the door they were attentive, courteous and helpful. Don Acker was very helpful in getting car insurance that met my needs at a reasonable rate. Pepper Hall also assisted me in making hotel accommodations for my nephews upcoming wedding. Not worried now about where to stay or how to get around as she mapped out my whole stay. Yes, this is a group AAA should be very proud of...
Negative experience: The tow company used (Finest?) wanted me to sign away my rights to my vehicle. AAA said they only way me to sign for vehicle inspection. That's not so, you must read the bottom of the form where your signature goes. It specifically spells out they are not liable for any damages to the vehicle while is in their possession.

Negative experience: Vacation ruined because of this AAA location. I got an International Driver's Permit here and they apparently didn't stamp it. Now I'm in Tokyo and I can't go on my motorcycle tour that I planned for two years. I'm going to call HQ when they open in 5 hours and if they somehow clear this up I will edit this review to reflect that. If you have to go here... Check your stamp... it should be on the picture page in one of the four circles. Apparently the two stamps on my picture don't count.
