Fantastic experience: Service with a smile, easy to schedule appointments. This is what the RMV should look like. It is a privilege to be able to take advantage of registry services at this location. The road test examiner was awesome and the front desk staff is kind and efficient. Highly recommend this location and AAA in general.

Negative experience: A total waste of my time! I needed a simple stamp on my registration. They had no clue. Kept me waiting around for nothing. 6 people standing around doing nothing! Should of insured my cars elsewhere!

Negative experience: AAA LEFT US STRANDED BECAUSE WE WHERE IN A DUMP TRUCK. THE DUMP IS BOLTED TO FRAME OF TRUCK JUST LIKE THE FACTORY TRUCK BED IS. I WILL BE CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP

Negative experience: There's no point in scheduling appointments, if you're not going to keep the appointments. Waited 40 minutes for a 2 minute transaction.

Negative experience: AAA is nice for the benefits at their locations, but their roadside assistance is basically useless. I had a dead battery the other night so I called. First off, you can't talk to a person and the voice assistant is terrible. I was able to request help and validated my location with them. According to the call, they would be there within an hour. Luckily I was able to find someone to give me a jump. 2.5 hours later, after I was home and in bed, I get a confused call from a AAA agent asking me if I had requested help. If I had needed AAA, I would have been in big trouble.

Fantastic experience: On a recent visit to the AAA North Andover branch, my partner and I received excellent service from Maria. We waited barely a few minutes, and Maria was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this location for your AAA needs.

Fantastic experience: Visited AAA office in North Andover , MA to get a real id. I would recommend everyone to use this facility. The service team is trained . Zero wait time ( because of appointment) but the team out there is helpful. If you miss a document they are helpful and depending on the number of people waiting are nice enough to help you . Staples is very close in case you need to get a copy.

Negative experience: I've been trying to help my dad make an appointment for a Real ID but there is no way to avoid taking off a mask for the photo, in a big room with many other people. Unfortunately that puts him at risk of catching COVID since masks are no longer required. I called AAA staff and they said there is nothing they can do to accommodate this request. Photos should be taken in a closed room, or outdoors, to permit people to get their license (which is essential), without risking COVID, which can be dangerous for people with health problems. Can you do anything to help us?

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience here. The guy before me and the guy after me wouldn't agree. I was fortunate enough to have all the necessary paperwork to complete my license renewal. One slip and they will blow up the whole appointment! My advice is to make sure you have your s#*t together lol

Fantastic experience: Went there to get a Real ID driver's license and it took only 15-20 minutes from walking in the door. There were only 4 people in front of me. Amazing service! Much better than the Registry of Motor Vehicle that has a long wait and a big crowd to do anything.

Fantastic experience: Walked in and was seen right away. I made an appointment for my real ID and to have new passport pictures taken. The person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and fully explained everything I would need to bring on the day of my appointment, as well as gave me all the necessary forms for my passport renewal. Will definitely be making this location my go to for AAA.

Positive experience: Nice to have AAA for Real ID and licenses close by. But they need to improve their speed a little. Felt like a social hour. Too much chitchat. There needs to be a balance of being nice and getting the work done. Please scan 3 docs, photo, take payment and wrap. For folks who want to hangout and chat please have a separate line.

Fantastic experience: Quick in and out for passport photos. No appointment was required at the time though I'm not sure if that's still the case with delta variant. I went in on a weekday around 11am. I was in and out in under 10 minutes easily. If you wanted to RMV services, there seemed to be a line of 2 people so way better than RMV

Negative experience: When the manager is not there is a desaster, ,poor people skills, negative attitude. Except 1lady (ex teacher) she's very good.the others needs to go for re-train on customer service. Teach them how to work with diversity. But when Joseph,the manager is there everything is top notch, he's polite, great greeter, goes out of his way to attend you greatly.100%.

Positive experience: Rep. walked me through the app for Real ID. I had all paperwork but that done so all else went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: As a member for YEARS who was ALWAYS SUBJECTED to the overall treatment that I received in the Lawrence location the pleasant, helpful woman who I dealt with in Haverhill was a welcome and very unexpected surprise. For a change I wasn't feeling as if I was dealing with! some public employee.

Negative experience: I signed up for my membership yesterday and immediately called this location to find out more details about renewing my driver's license. After being on hold for almost an hour, I decided to just stop in and ask in person which was no big deal at all (only 1 minute away from home). When I arrived, I could see they were clearly not busy. I kindly asked about scheduling an appointment because I was not able to online. I was quickly told that I had to keep checking online the day of if that is the day I planned on coming in. When I asked about Mondays and Tuesdays (my days off) I was met with rude laughter. They were extremely rude and dismissive and I no longer was comfortable doing business with them. Since this was my first experience with AAA, I will not be renewing my membership. I will just renew my license the old fashioned way.

Negative experience: They took money from my 18 year old son who went there get a mass I'd after they took the money ang the 30 for the ID they said they don't do firsyytime I D's after we called and asked then it took me a month in half to get the money back....

Positive experience: We have been AAA members for decades. I appreciate the services that are being provided during the pandemic and this site clearly follows safety protocols. My rating of four stars instead of five is simply because they have bitten off more than they can chew by taking on RMV services with multiple appointments taken for the same time slots with only one station for processing. They ran an hour behind when I went in for my appointment and told a mother with two very young children that they were a "little late". This was an unfair assessment of the situation. While I didn't mind waiting, clearly this will not be the case for some people. If you go for RMV services, be aware that you may have to wait for some time even with an appointment and plan accordingly.
