Negative experience: My agent didn’t listen to me I said, I wanted a sandy beach, several pools to swim in and food options in Cancun area. She sent us to playa del Carmen and everyone of the things I asked for was not met at the Wyndham. Seriously go somewhere anywhere but here if you want a nice vacation.

Positive experience: I gave 3 stars because I don't actually know how the travel agency is. The travel agent I spoke to on the phone was, well, I'll leave the word I want to use to your imagination. I hung up after just talking to her for less than 30 seconds, when you know, you know. I feel like that is what she wanted me to do anyway. I wish I would have gotten her name to blast on here.

Negative experience: Our agent did not want to be bothered with us. She trick us in to Is booking and it costs $13000. We could not see her before 11 days before the ship so we missed out on a lot of things prior. Our stress level was through the moon. When we did talk to her she was not interested at all in what we said that she done it for 30 years and she knew betterI would never go back to her she is just horrible .

Negative experience: Back in the "old days" they really offered great travel agents that helped you lay out a trip. Now it's self-serve without an agents insight. Found out on my own that hotels in the UK hotels basic rooms have twin beds - useful info!!! We need to pay to use the toilet! We can fly to Seattle and then direct!!! Shouldn't a travel agent know these things?

Negative experience: Bad experience. It previously called and was told that I can exchange for Vietnam money there, but when I arrived it was not possible to do exchange for Vietnam money

Fantastic experience: The wonderful woman I dealt with in the office was more knowledgeable and helpful than 4 or 5 men I talked to at various roadside assistance and car dealers. She saved us countless hours and money and got us on our way in less than an hour. And was kind and understanding as well. I wish I remembered her name. She deserves recognition. She has our appreciation for sure. Thanks from the Canadian couple in need.
Negative experience: Pretty disappointed, Nowhere in their information, did it say there's a 5 day waiting period before your purchase is truly recognized. I purchased the premium/platinum level. Then I was told that until the 5 day waiting period was up, I was considered to be at the lowest level. I had my car towed 11 miles, before the 5 days were up, and it cost me $31. Feeling very let down concerning the extra charge. I could've just called ANY tow service, and paid less. If anyone asks me, I would discourage them from joining. I am also gonna write a review on Google. Not a very pleasant one. Thank you,
Fantastic experience: They are on the ball. I joined because my faithful car of many years crapped out on Shari and I . The tow cost was a gut punch. Two more followed that. A tow truck driver told me about the benefit regarding a AAA membership. They pay for themselves the first time you use it. There are 3 different annual memberships. Look into it, I liken it to as a trapeze artist might think about a safety net. Don't need it until you do. THANKS FOR READING. HOPE THIS HELPS.
Fantastic experience: Sandy was wonderful. She found a way for us to make a very long trip with a minimum of plane changes and long lay overs. We left the travel agency feeling very satisfied and relieved with the help Sandy provided us. We look forward to working with her again on future trips.
Fantastic experience: This will be our first river cruise so we had many questions and felt a little overwhelmed by all the details. Chris at the N. Spokane store is great. She is patient, answers every question clearly and gets it all done quickly. I trust her knowledge and appreciate her skills.

Negative experience: Needed help with a simple, but unfamiliar 900 mile road trip. Basically, I was told I can look up anything I need to know on their website. Gee, why pay for AAA when we can just "Google" the info as we go. Thanks for nothing AAA. Hope my phone call didn't put you out. I will finish this year with AAA and then I am out.
Fantastic experience: Locked my keys in my car... we have AAA and they sent out 3 different people to help me. I wasn’t thrilled about waiting an hour for someone to get there, but I don’t think they had control over how fast someone got there. They were very friendly and helpful. One of the companies chipped our window and they seem to be promptly taking care of the issue. However it isn’t completely resolved yet, but I believe they will pay for it. If I didn’t have triple A’s service that day I would have been SOL and probably would of had to break a window or just be stranded. They definitely came to my rescue.
Fantastic experience: My wife and I went in to AAA to book a cruise to take place in 2017. Lori was the agent who helped us and she is a rock star! She explained everything thoroughly and in simple terms that we could understand; helped us find the cruise we wanted; and booked everything quickly and efficiently. Every time we work with Lori, it's simple and a pleasure. We will definitely be using her again!
Fantastic experience: I can always count on Sandy at AAA on Division St. In Spokane. Sandy helped me plan a month long vacation in Europe last summer that went off without one single hitch. She was even able to get me home when the wildfires got close to our property and I just needed to get back ASAP! She took care of everything! Sandy just made some arrangements for our travel this summer. I really enjoy working with her, always pleasant, knowledgable patient and professional, a tremendous travel consultant.

Fantastic experience: Came here to obtain my international drivers license. This is a one-stop shop, able to rake the necessary pictures. I was in and out in 15 minutes. It is that organized and well-run
Fantastic experience: My travel consultant Sandy at the N. Division office in Spokane is terrific. Very knowledgable, very helpful and a very pleasant person to work with. She definitely has earned my travel business.
Negative experience: AAA left us stranded by the road, at 11 PM somewhere south of Potlatch. I've been a happy AAA member for close to a decade. Use them every year for a jumpstart, or getting out of a ditch, or getting locked keys out of a car. I don't know that from a pure financial standpoint we came out ahead, but it was worth the security of knowing that if we got stranded on the side of the highway, AAA would help us out. The other weekend, we were in a Sprinter passenger van that hit a deer south of Potlatch, and needed to be towed. No problem, I called AAA. I was then informed that AAA classifies Sprinters as RVs. I explained this must be a mistake. We weren't in an RV, we were in a Passenger van. You can parallel park the thing in a normal spot in downtown Spokane. But, (the operator explained) AAA has decided to classify Sprinter passenger vans as RVs, and I would need a AAA RV membership in order to get towed. Ok, frustrating, but I said go ahead and upgrade me to an AAA RV membership sp we can get out of here. The operator explained that I was welcome to do that, but that wouldn't come into effect for a week. After some back and forth with a supervisor, it became very clear that AAA had no intention of helping us out. Luckily, Mercedes has great roadside assistance, and sent someone out to collect the Sprinter and tow it back to the dealership within a few hours. I'm now a happy ex-AAA member, for life.

Not only was the tow called (and thats a whole other issue in itself) but Holly was such a lifesaver. Helping with hotel and rental car. Fantastic experience: I’m from Oregon someone stole my aaa card out the mail box here in Spokane county so I have to explain myself every time I need them and they are amazing only reason haven’t got new card is because my parents back in Oregon pay for it but it’s ok
Negative experience: I dont know if it was specifically triple a Spokane however whomever I spoke to on the phone was VERY rude and made tons of accusations to my current situation and my need to utilize services. So I cancelled my membership

Positive experience: After 15 years I am quitting this agency. Seriously. They are order takers. They NOT customer service oriented or trained as such and most certainly NOT problem solvers or any help whatsoever IF you need help. ( Cancelled flights, lost baggage, re-ticketing etc ) They take orders. Ride computers and feed you the same information. you yourself can find. Forget about the fees. Who cares about minimal fees? This is a "service industry." They seem to have lost this concept along the way to quick and easy. Sad.
