Fantastic experience: We booked a last min trip to Atlantis in the Bahamas for the week of New Year’s Eve. I was traveling with my 2 teens, a friend and my mother. Tori was excellent, she was knowledgeable about the property and very responsive to my questions. The unit she recommended was perfect size for our group. We ended up having another family decide to join us a few weeks prior to our departure and she was able to find them accommodations as well. She explained all of the paperwork and fees and gave us options for different payment methods. The emails leading up to the trip were extremely helpful as they detailed -what to expect when we arrived in the Bahamas, recommended transportation and check in tips. Lastly, on request, she sent over info on grocery delivery, recommend restaurants and reliable excursion companies. Overall it was a great trip and we look forward to working with Tori again on our next trip. Having the personal touch of a knowledgeable agent made all the difference!

We got a poolside room, ground floor, which was perfect for the kids who were in the pool by 8:30 am most days ! Harborside was perfect location for our family of 7. Atlantis is fabulous! Fantastic experience: We rented a timeshare on Marco Island just after Hurricane Helene hit and damaged our previous reservation on Ann Marie Island. Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton emerged and was quickly threatening our booking and trip. Concierge was great about updating us on the state of the property and went out of their way to contact the original owner to help rebook to a different week in the event that the property was unavailable post hurricane. Long story short, we ended up going 3 days after Milton and had one of our best family trips ever. I would definitely work with Concierge again in the future. Thank you Karen for being available for a very nervous vacationer around the stress of a storm.

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing and beautiful experience. Our unit accommodated all six ladies very comfortably. The grounds were obsoletely beautiful. Restaurants and stores near by. It’s not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but just an Uber away. We were six ladies traveling along and felt very safe. We can’t wait to come back again and bring our family. They post it and when it sells they let you know and you complete the transaction. They handle all fees so you are not out of pocket any money except what your timeshare company requires to book the reservation in a guest's name. Very simple and easy process.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Lagoon Tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village for a week in October. Our two bedroom/ two bath suite with kitchen was ideal for my family which included my disabled husband and 8 month old granddaughter. Dealing with Michelle Gill at Concierge Realty was a pleasure as she responded quickly to my questions and concerns. She arranged a pack and play and high chair for my granddaughter. Both items were ready for us during check in. The resort itself met all of our needs. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and well appointed. I particularly liked the large patio with table and four chairs with a magnificent view. We will be back!

Fantastic experience: Our vacation to St. Thomas was one of our best ever! We loved the Ritz-Carleton Club and look forward to another visit in the future. We had access to all of the amenities at the hotel but all five family members preferred the pool and beach on the club side. The Ritz-Carleton Club staff were all very friendly and helpful. The concierge service offered at the hotel was helpful in executing our requests but we found the recommendations from Heidi at Concierge Realty to be especially helpful when selecting restaurants and activities on the island.
