Fantastic experience: The Beavercreek location has given me nothing but great service and super cheap. Pro tip, you won't necessarily get the same service from the older Dayton location on Kemp. The one in Beavercreek is brand new, cheap, and they do a great job. Excellent service all around.

Negative experience: I had a 3 month old battery in my car. My car died at work. The AAA tow truck driver was super helpful and helped jumpstart my car and told me the issue was a bad alternator. Replaced my battery and then went to this AAA shop to get my alternator fixed. They told me I was lying (still charged me) and, less than a month later my brand new battery died again. I’m never coming back here. Use AAA for the excellent tow truck service and other perks. Stay away from this place.

Negative experience: One job, they had ONE SINGLE job, to put in a new battery. They didn't tighten the battery terminal so after I left work, downtown Dayton, in the dark, my car wouldn't start. Thankfully a few co-workers were able to tighten it up for me so I could drive home. If I had been an older person, or left work even 20 minutes later, I would have had to call someone. One single job. I called the asst. manager who said he was sure "they were rushed to get through the job and I apologized, what more do you want". How about your wife or daughter or sister or mother stuck out on the road after someone didn't complete their task? $330.00 for a new battery and that's what you say, "what more do you want". I will NOT be recommending them.

Negative experience: Yeesh, I am not too sure what my most recent visit was. Customer service was not their priority at all. I initially walked in and I was the only one there. I asked to do a international driver's permit. It was a huge disposition for the associate to handle. They complained about grabbing the paperwork and using the camera. 5 minutes later 3 people walked in to the service area. The employees prior to the people walking in were joking and talking about sports. As soon as the customers came in they became unbelievably busy. One elderly customer approached station two, and was told to wait for no reason. Then station one decided to argue with the elderly man about transport back to the hospital where his wife was. The station one guy realizes that he made an agreement with him about his predicament. I know this maybe was a one off but I am less inclined to do business with companies like that. What has happened especially companies with declining memberships to dump their subscribers. Y'all have way better competition down the road that is much cheaper. Just remember AAA has been replaced with half rate insurance and service centers with same product that is cheaper.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I are driving to Canada from Texas when the engine light came on. This was the 2nd location we found. The first location was busy and couldn’t check the msg for us. The guy at this second location was busy also but did check the msg for us. He came back to tell us the gas cap had a slow leak. We must always make sure that the gas cap is tightened after getting gas. He did not charge us anything. What a guy!

Negative experience: I had to have my car towed to this AAA at 10pm a week ago from near the Dragons stadium downtown because I had a flat tire. My tires are only about a year and a half old and I don't drive my car regularly/very much/far distances. So they were still in great condition when this happened. I called and spoke with Austin the next morning at 9am and told him I wanted the same type tire I already had to replace the one that was damaged. And to also please check the other 3 tires to make sure there wasn't any damage or holes in any of those. He calls me back an hour or so later and says he "recommends" me changing out both front tires to keep the mileage the same on them. I knew this was extra but agreed he could change them both out. He told me the cost for both tires would be $690. That sounded high, but since my husband was out of town and out of pocket and it was my sole way of getting around AND I was about to leave out of town that day when I got my car back, I told him that was okay. An hour later my car was ready to pick up. When I go to start my car, my battery is completely dead and nothing will start. So they check it for me and say it's "entirely corroded" and I need a new battery. I knew my battery was brand new within the year, but what am I supposed to do if they're telling me it's bad?? I tell them to replace the battery. So, of course, they put in a battery that they tell me my car requires that is $220 more. I start driving home and I'm finally able to get in touch with my husband, explain all of this, and he says that nothing about this situation sounds right. So he calls and speaks to Austin who tells him he put high mileage tires on my car, which is not what I already had on my car to be replaced, THEN charged me an extended warranty for even more miles for each tire that he never mentioned to me was part of the total on the phone. And then there's the question of this battery that was still practically new that I hadn't had ANY trouble with all of a sudden being entirely corroded and needing to be replaced for over 200 more dollars. Austin is completely UNTRUSTWORTHY. I feel entirely preyed on by this person I was trusting to help me out of this jam. I would discourage anyone from using this AAA, but IF you do, take a picture of your battery before leaving your vehicle because they magically corrode while on their lot.

Negative experience: Took my car there back in August to have my timing chain looked at and fix a ground wire. They fixed the ground wire and told me that my loud start up with my timing chain was normal for my car and that they looked at my timing chain which they didn't because they didn't charge me for a replacement gasket or rtx. Almost five months later my timing chain broke totaling my engine.

Fantastic experience: My son ran over something and busted my tire. Frustrated, I called AAA. Much of my frustration stemmed from the PTSD I’ve experienced with AAA. Which includes waiting on the side of the road for hours and making countless calls and re-calls. Not this time. Within 15-20 min. they arrived and I absolutely could not believe it. This was the first time AAA didn’t disappointed me. I only have/kept a membership because my dad insisted and he paid my yearly fee. He was a believer and 50+ year member of AAA and knew that I couldn’t care less about a AAA membership. The man who helped us wasn’t really familiar with my vehicle. I was confident that he could tow it to the dealership. He did. This was a healing experience with AAA and I hope this is the direction they are moving toward.

Negative experience: AAA member since 1989. Went in this morning to get photos for passport renewal. The photos were underexposed and had a weird, white, sideburn-like glow (from backlighting) on both sides of the face. When I pointed out these issues, I was dismissed with “The light was green, so it’s fine.” Waste of time and money. Drove to the UPS store down the street and walked out 5 minutes later with correctly exposed photos, no weird artifacts, and fantastic customers service. Tried to find an email link on AAA website to bring this to their attention, but couldn’t find one. Not posting the pics here for privacy, but happy to send to AAA directly if they care and provide an email address.
Negative experience: They quoted 140.00 to remove and install assist steps on a truck, but all they did was remove one old step. However, they charged the full amount. The worst service I ever received.

Fantastic experience: Better service than the dealer and Better prices
Negative experience: Called days before to schedule oil change. Took my vehicle day of. Was told it would be an hour wait. No problem. Happened to overhear a man bring in a vehicle with a battery issue and was told it would be an hour and a half to get to it. He left the vehicle there. Seen my vehicle on the rack , oil obviously drained. Heard the service guy call the guy on the phone with battery issue. They had diagnosed it and told him to come pick it up. Meanwhile, my vehicle still on the rack , now almost 2 hours. So much for scheduling or even first come first served.
Negative experience: Stopped in and asked for help with booking a flight after difficulty with the website. Was given a business card and told to email. Emailed with this person who told me mobile site was unreliable. I attempted on my own again and accessing website from PC was buggy, failed to load searches, and I couldn't complete a purchase. Called to speak with same person who informed me it was $40 per person to get help in person and sounded irritated to have to speak to me. Considering that was about 2% of the price I was going to spend with them I didn't mind. But after repeated rebuffs, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: So disappointing experience , I have been AAA member for more than 30 years When I need services and I am on their parking lot The air machine is not functioning and it deflated my tire more Told them I came from 150 miles away and noticed the pressure is going down in one of my tires , I had been putting air every 40 miles x 3 before got to their place , Initially they tell me we can not help u then later they agree to help me after I called the main number for AAA ,they take the tire out and check it and they tell me it is fixed , for me to find out one hour later ,it is totally flat again after I leave their center in Beavercreek

Negative experience: I visited this AAA about 3 weeks ago. I came in with a flat tire. I asked them to look at tire health of my other tires, and then to also check my brakes as I thought they may need replaced. I also just asked them to check all of the scheduled maintenance to make sure there is nothing else I needed done. The guys I dealt with were very friendly. To my surprise, they said they checked everything and it looked ok, so I should only buy a tire and I would be good. If the story ended there, this would be five stars. We left excited and saying we would only do our service here thinking they were honest and trying to give us the best deal. That afternoon our car started making noises and they kept continuing. So the next weekend, we bring the car back in to see what’s going on (I thought something with the new tire). They tell me now, the spark plugs all need replaced, all breaks need replaced immediately, a coolant flush is overdue, my windshield wipers are cracking and need replaced. I mentioned I had been in a week earlier and they said my breaks were fine. Now I was being told, he doesn’t know why they said that, they needed replaced. I specifically asked for them to look at brakes and see if anything else needed done and they said no. So instead, I lost my time needing to go back and fourth to the shop another time and to deal with this because they didn’t actually check the first time. They also said a alignment should have been done which I was not even offered the first time. I had high hopes for this shop, but now I feel ripped off. I feel like I cannot trust their recommendation. If one mechanic will let me drive away and say everything is great, I assume all is good. Not that my breaks have no life left. Very disappointed in this experience.

Negative experience: Not nice at all! I came here today to try and get my tire plugged or patched, the gentleman told me he could not do it because they closed in 30 minutes. I have my 4yr old with me. He tried to play me like I could leave my car and come back tomorrow, knowing he could of fixed my tire within 15 mins. Smh...they will never get my business again!

Fantastic experience: I visited recently to get a passport picture. It was a Thursday in mid October around 11a and there was only one other person in and out. I was helped immediately (by a very sweet and laid back woman) and out the door in no time! Just what I needed!

Fantastic experience: I bring my business truck into AAA for normal maintenance (oil changes). But this time I contacted them and spoke to Jon because a indicator light came on for the alternator. He got me in the next day and had it fixed within 24 hours. While my business truck was in I was using my personal vehicle to get around and wouldn’t you know it the indicator light for the ABS braking system came on. I swapped vehicle’s and Jon called me back with news that If I take my Subaru to the dealership they would fix it for free and that there was another part that was recalled on my car. I feel that they went far and beyond what normal repair shops do.

Negative experience: I called because I had a dead battery in my truck. The paper we were sent said you would fix it. You said you didn't do that. Had to call roadside service. They wouldn't do it either. Then I remembered why I had quit AAA years ago. Trying to decide if I should call BBB. I won't renew again.

Negative experience: The place lied to me. I needed a Tire parched and they Tried having me buy a new one. Then I took the tire to tire to tire zone and said this can be fixed easily

Fantastic experience: I live about 45 minutes from Beavercreek, and last Saturday afternoon I picked up a nail in my tire. Unfortunately it wasn't fixable because I was due for a new set, but luckily I was very close to this AAA location. At first I was disappointed because I was scheduled to get tires the following weekend from a local, trusted shop. I was able to get a set of tires that day and I the staff was very friendly. It was a half hour from closing time on a Saturday! Those guys were great and I'm very happy with the tires!

Negative experience: Not even worth a star! They have had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks and they lied to me about it being worked on. They never called me with an update I was the one calling daily. After several days and no results I even mentioned if they are unable to do the repair it, I will take it somewhere else. Brad stated it will be done the next day. Well my vehicle never got repaired and I’m having it towed to another non AAA garage. Worse service ever and the worst is they Lied to us. Will not recommend this garage for service
