Negative experience: My husband dropped off his passport to be renewed January 23. It’s now February 12. I have called and left messages for Philip Diack who is the manager. He’s the one that took our renewal. He doesn’t get back to you. He doesn’t even text or email you after we left our phone number , multiple times and sent an email. I just tried calling again and I was on hold for 15 minutes. Nobody picked up the phone. I am thoroughly disgusted and I just hope we get our new passport and our old one returned soon. If not, I’m going to have to find an attorney to end this nonsense.

Negative experience: I collected and filled out all the necessary documents to obtain a visa. I gave everything to the agency and started waiting. Their website says the waiting time is 10 days. 2 weeks passed - nothing. I sent them an email. They wrote that they would help. Nothing again. 4 weeks passed - I wrote again. They answered the same way as the first time. Nothing again. I started calling. At first they answered and promised to look into it. Then nothing again. No one even called me back. Then they started hanging up and stopped answering. 2 months passed - no documents and no one knows where they are, probably lost (since they cannot provide a tracking number, although I paid for delivery). I am shocked by the current situation. My invitation expires in a few days. Do not use their service under any circumstances. This business operates dirty, does not respect the client and does not care about their reputation.

Negative experience: They don't even answer the Phone ! Five Calls. I waited, listening to the music and message on repeat describing their " Great Customer Care " BS. You wait until they hang up or the message stops and there's nothing but silence. They can't even answer a question after losing my important documents ?! Sure, some " general questions" are answered, online but with all of the hassle, I'd like to speak to a Human who has answers. They don't even bother to try. VERY DISAPPOINTED, speaks Volumes of Colorado Culture. They'll just take your money and go to Sleep. Update: three more calls and I did finally get to speak to a Lady, who eventually hung up on me. What a sorry excuse for a Business. I'm glad it's wasn't an emergency, although it was an incredible waste of Time and money. I can not think of another Business that should take everyone and their information seriously, yet is so unprofessional I can't Believe they even exist. High prices and government control allows them to continue raping innocent Families, trying to be together. I am Mentally, Physically and Emotionally drained, from this experience. Avoid at all costs. Got assigned a Representative named Patty Henriquez Today who sent me the same information as everyone else. Answered one question then never answers the phone when I call. Thanks a lot. You got me to spend hundred's more. Gave me wrong information about appointment walk ins, drop offs and waited until I was on my way to Denver to tell me the office is closed Today because of meetings. Now, I've waited three hours for the shipping label " MJ " was sending me. When I finally got ahold of Patty, She said " oh, sorry! He's on Lunch but I'll get it taken care of. " and here I am, still waiting, with nobody answering the phone or email. I Finally got to ask Patty if my Passport would work Today, which was on February 6th. As You can see : She Responded " Yes, you can use it Today, in March. " It STILL isn't March yet ! She couldn't even answer one question, accurately. Good thing She doesn't Work at the Bank. One Wrong number could mean thousands of Dollars or one Life. Either way, the information is handled by People with no " Sense " Notice the Horrible Grammar, as well. Anyone in Charge of Communications, Speaking to Americans, should be able to Speak proper English.

I was suposed to get a refund within 10 business days, I’m still waiting for my refund and it has been 7 weeks. I have called and emailed miltiple times because I recently got laid off and I’m in desperate need of my $600. I always get the same answer, "An urgent message has been sent to the accounting team". I also left a message for the accounting team and never got a call back. This place was recomended by a friend, but I will not recomendi g to anyone. Horrible expirience and poor customer service.

Negative experience: My family had a really awful experience. They took a long time with our passport and refuse to ship same day. It’s lucky that I happened to be in the area. I had to go in in person to go and get the passport. The offices look really professional and accommodating, I’ll give them that, but they seemed lazy and were not transparent nor proactive in our experience.

Due to lack of communication on their part I requested a refund within 24 hours I was within the money back time period. 6 months later I check my credit card no refund!!! I was crunched for time so I decided to use them BIG MISTAKE!!!!! NO communication on their part. I told them I wanted to renew my passport and passport card well since I had lost my passport card that created an issue which they never told me about. Meanwhile I send all my documents in the mail including two money orders for a total of 239.55 dollars which after speaking with 3 other people since the person assigned to my case cant be bothered to call me I am told is not correct. Finally I get someone who explains that if I want my passport within a certain time frame I can't get the passport card anymore and I have to send ANOTHER MONEY ORDER for 209. I was told the extra money orders were going to be sent with my passport. I got my passport on dec 23 after the day I needed my passport and NO MONEY ORDERS. Now they are telling me that they destroyed the two money orders. if they mailed them it would have cost 5-25 dollars at most. THEY WANT ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY DESTROYED 239 DOLLARS.!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Do not use this company if you are 100% not sure. Changes were made to my plans and as the policy goes I was able to cancel within 24 hours of my request. Meridth stated I would receive a refund if requesting to cancel with 24 hours. And I did. 3 months later I still have not received a refund of $378. I have emailed Meridth at least 8 different times with no resolution. At this point she has not responded at all and I’m out the $378 with no services received.

Fantastic experience: This company is AMAZING!!! I simply called with some inquires and hoping to find out if the rumors I’ve heard about passport taking 6+ months was true as well as pricing and booking an appointment. Real simple stuff. And you know how it is, usually you call, listen to numerous automated messages, and tap multiple numbers and then have to wait 5 or minutes before you finally speaking to a human. This was NOT that experience. They are impeccable. I called listened to the automated message (which said I could press one or stay on the line for an associate). I pressed one, within a MINUTE a sweet lady named Lily answered the phone. Her customer service skills were GREAT (I should know, I’ve worked in retail/customer service for a number of years). She was friendly, answered all of my questions upfront and kindly. She even explained what I can do for something more in my price range to get my passport renewal. Highly highly recommend!!!

After multiple attempts to contact them and my assigned case manager (Barbra Sosa) they said I'm now outside of the 24 hour refund window and I'm up a creek. Crooks! Just wait in line at the post office. You know it's bad when the USPS is more reliable than a private company like these shade balls. Don't let my mistake and this cautionary tale be for nothing!

Negative experience: THIS IS A SCAM!! I booked with this company because I needed to expedite my son’s passport. The State Department informed me that Colorado does not allow third party passport companies. I have asked for my money to be refunded multiple times by email and by phone when my “agent” called me. It is now over a week later and I haven’t received any correspondence or confirmation that my order has been canceled and/or processing my refund. I have tried calling on multiple days at various times and the automated system just goes in circles and never connects to a real person.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!!! I dropped off all of my information yesterday including my passport, check for the passport and paid the fee. I have not gotten a email and they are not showing me in the system at all!! I cannot go back to this location any time soon since I live over an hour away!! No one is helping me reach this office directly to find out what is going on and why they took all my info and aren't doing anything with it!!

They have a shady refund policy where you can only get your money back if you cancel within 24 hours of paying for the service. It would have taken less time if I would have done that a little better, but they were super helpful and corrected my error without a hiccup. I got charged twice ($1500) by mistake and they never gave me a refund after countless phone calls, emails... terrible customers service. Check the Better Business Bureau to find MANY similar cases. DO NOT TRUST. They removed comments on their Facebook page that was filled with people complaints.

If you have Alex or Mike you are in good hands and if you have Lilly, you will not hear response to your emails or phone calls, after multiple attempts if you get in touch you will hear I receive so many emails and calls. I found Alex and Mike to be so helpful and responsive. I paid for 5 business days. There was issue with my photo Mike guided me and in few days I had my passport in my hand. This was 6 weeks ago. I have already travelled. After receiving my passport I received email from Lilly saying your application is suspended. I ignored the email thinking there must be lag in their system. Received another email after 10 days. Again ignored it. After six weeks received email this morning saying your passport renewal application is suspended. Sad state of affairs!!

Fantastic experience: Anyone who comes to seek this service is obviously desperate for uninhibited results and in urgent need of thorough assistance; given the admittedly high price, this should be expected. You’ll be glad to know that this agency answers all your anxious questions and delivers every step of the way. Come into this knowing that the process takes time (only the lucky ones completely miss out on delays, given high demand or occasional clogs and jams in the system) and requires meticulous care on your part while gathering documents which only you can do, but also that your personal advisor will truly provide the promised level of customer service, that they will call you back when your calls are missed (they receive tons of calls every day, so email proved the best communication for me), and that they will explain everything very clearly in every email responding to your concerns. My advisor was Sierra and she was patient, thorough and warm, offering tips on other visa-related tasks I needed to tackle beyond my passport application. When I couldn’t reach Sierra as she was busy with another client, another staff member was able to quickly answer my question and check my application status for me. The costs of the service and the government fees are high, but all the expected service was well-provided. With my new passport already in hand, a few days before expected, I’d like to thank the office for delivering on their promise. All in all a pleasure and a relief.

Negative experience: I bought a 5 day passport option that totaled close to $900. My husband had just left me for another woman and I had the chance to go to Mexico with some girlfriends. This was a Friday. After spending 4 hours working on the passport information, I had a question. I called and was told that they could not fulfill a 5 day passport request. This, despite me purchasing one. The gentleman I spoke to had a dog barking and child crying in the background. He was curt and rude. He told me he could issue a refund OR have a manager call me on Monday. I opted for the manager to call me on Monday in hopes that the manager could explain how I was able to purchase something on their website that they could no fulfill. No call. I called back and was told I would be given a refund by July 8. No refund. Emails and calls, no response. Finally, someone told me that their policy is that if I don't cancel within 24 hours I get a credit and not a refund. That was not the option presented to me. In addition, there is no way to get ahold of someone on the weekend so even if I was to have made that choice, I couldn't have. So, I have been given the run around, made a complaint with the BBB and still have no response and no money. And there is in no way I could use 900 in credit. The next course is legal action. STAY AWAY! Shady Shady Shady.

Shortly there after I ask for her to help my daughter with visas to both Kenya and Uganda and bill me. She quickly responded to both myself and my daughter. I then asked Meridyth to add on Uganda for myself as well. This was done and now both my daughter and I have our visas and are ready for our trip. Meridyth did a great job from start to finish. The gov agency that issues these passports don’t want to admit that they give special attention to these companies over others but it’s true. All of my emails were answered promptly and I really appreciate receiving a call back from Alex the day after I bought the package as she reassured me its a legit service & I have given myself plenty of time. I’ve learned from this experience & don’t see myself in this situation again & will keep my passport renewed early but I am super thankful this type of third party company does exist. It saved my vacation to France.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend the service provided by this group. All representatives that I corresponded with are highly skilled and considerate to your needs. Most of all, be patient and realize that these reps are trying their best to get your order back as quickly as humanly possible. After all, they have to get around the bureaucracy of the US government machine. If it was so easy, you wouldn't be hiring them to circumvent your own procrastination. The only thing to consider is that the number of days to get your government document doesn't take into consideration for the purchased delivery method used or for your own mistakes when providing proper documentation. These 2 items might add time to the service provided. The government does not work on the weekends! Pay for less days to be on the safe side. Call and talk to an agent if you have any questions. I found that Mondays are generally a busy day. Sometimes it takes a little longer to have your call answered. THANK YOU ALL FOR COMING THROUGH!!!!

Fantastic experience: Alex was incredibly helpful and made sure that I received my new passport within 4 business days so that I could take my flight to Fiji with my gf. Several other people told me it could not be done but Alex got it done, highly recommend working with her.

Negative experience: The website said they could get passports turned around in 4 business days and I had all my documents submitted 7 business days in advance. They were unable to get them in time for travel and promised me a refund. It's been 3 months and I still have not been issued a refund. Very upset

Negative experience: This is the worst national company I have ever dealt with! No return calls. No answers about the status of my visa. No one answers the phone and it looks like I might miss my flight because I don’t have my passport back. I am beyond frustrated!

Negative experience: Don’t use this company. I attempted to get a passport from the Denver location. I filled out the application with them and The staff member failed to have me sign the application. They did attempt to contact me which I did not see the communication at first but every attempt I have made to contact the representative, Philip Diack, both by email and voicemail to resolve this issue has been unreturned. I was billed $99 initially for their services. A few months later my check for $170 to the state for the passport cleared my account. I never received a passport. I paid them $269 and never received a passport.

Fantastic experience: When the world opened back up and vacation plans resumed, I realized my passport was expired 6 weeks before our trip.
