Fantastic experience: We had the best honeymoon. Shawn was so personal able and easy to talk to he. He truly wouldn’t recommend any place he wouldn’t go to. We told him what we wanted in a honeymoon and he delivered exactly what we wanted. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: Shawn and his wife put together everything we wanted for our trip in the span of a month! Incredible service. He called and texted to make recommendations while being sure the plans were just what we wanted, to remind us of important deadlines and to make sure we were all ready. During our travel I had to contact him with a question or two and he responded right away. I felt like we had an expert right with us at all times. The trip was amazing, all his recommendations were spot on, and we had the most wonderful trip. They really know their stuff when it comes to travel, including some “hidden gems” that really pushed it over the top. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

The cruise was absolutely amazing, and everything with the booking went seamlessly. We were traveling with my wife's 90-year-old mother, and the accommodations couldn’t have been more perfect. If not for Shawn and Amanda’s expert recommendation, we would have booked two connecting balcony rooms outside the Haven—an option that, in hindsight, wouldn’t have come close to providing the same level of comfort and enjoyment. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience traveling to Antigua for 10 nights at Hermitage Bay. New ownership has taken service and dining to truly a 5 star level. Besides 3 delicious meals, they added afternoon sushi by a Nobu trained chef. All staff members could not have been nicer and accommodating. Rooms service was twice a day and mini fridge was filled daily as per your request. Grounds were beautiful and expertly maintained. They have their own organic gardens for added flavors to their meals. Already talking about returning next year!! We will definitely book again with Shawn and Amanda through KVS Travel. They were kind enough to include a 1 hour couples massage that we thoroughly enjoyed Their communication was thorough prior to our vacation and afterwards. Great Travel Agency.

Negative experience: Just called after seeing 192 5 star reviews.Gentleman picks up the phone and says hello ...hello like I'm calling him to say what's up? This is how you operate your business ! Of course after I confronted him how he answered and explained my frustration he said forget it and good bye .How in the world can you get 192 ..5 star reviews conducting business like this ? 0 STARS ! I will not be removing anything .I tried to do business with you and we can let the rest of the people who are looking for a travel agent see how you act ! I would be very careful about the words you choose when it comes to lawyers .I happen to have a very good lawyer as well!!

Fantastic experience: We just returned from a 2 week trip to Hawaii that Shawn and Amanda planned for us. We had 3 different islands with 3 different hotels and rental cars and flights to each place to plan. They booked everything for us seamlessly including our requested excursions. Fantastic experience: Just got home last week from our second trip using KVS Travel. Every other year we book a large group trip somewhere and KVS Travel goes above and beyond what we ask for. We give Sean a location of where we want to go and he gives us a list of destinations to choose from with pricing. Once we pay our deposit, he schedules our flights, reservations, transport to/from the resorts and before our trip sends us a checklist of what we should pack. Open later than your typical 9-5 hours so he can help answer any questions you might have. Do not look anywhere else if your a planning an upcoming trip. KVS Travel is who you need to call!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we have used KVS Travel for our bi-annual large group trip, and he continues to amaze us! When planning he listens to what you are looking for and then gives you options that meet your needs. He even had videos of some of the resorts as he personally travel to several. A checklist a couple weeks leading up to the trip helped us all pack and right down to the transportation to/from the airport he thought of it all. What I liked best about KVS travel is that they are open late into the night so you can get ahold of them, pay desposits or ask questions when you are outside of work, makes things easier. Can't say enough about Shawn and his wife as it is a family business as we are very grateful for the time they have spent making sure our vacations are top notch!

Fantastic experience: Shawn and Amanda are so helpful and knowledgeable about wherever they are booking your trip. They were ALWAYS available to answer any questions or just talk me down when I was panicking about any little thing. They answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions on how to make our trip even better. We stayed at Secrets moxche on the Impressions side and the resort was gorgeous! While we were there another couple and I were comparing what we paid for our trips and we actually paid a lot less than they did and had a better room with private transportation to the resort and we flew first class. Fantastic experience: So, this is the second time I have booked a trip through Shawn & Amanda. The first time, they completely saved my bacon for my Honeymoon! (Punta Cana in 2020) Now they helped me send off my buddy into monogamous conscription (Bachelor Party)! Now, the group (primarily married middle aged men) to pick a direction was at the point to say herding cats is an understatement! Shawn gave us multiple rounds of data to even make a decision and helped us pull through the reservation. I've closed multi-million dollar business deals without this much help needed! Shawn & Amanda were there to make it happen! The results! Well, stories to tell, some to just remember and a place that that will definitely be in the cards for a trip for my buddy and his new bride! The resort, perfect for our group; the golf, oh heavenly; the booze & food--Unlimited Luxury! The best part, 4 days in MEXICO for Bachelor Party! Positive experience: Booked a family vacation with KVS travel last August. We weren’t set on where we wanted to go, just knew it had to be in a tropical setting with clear blue waters for snorkeling and enjoying the beach. After reading many KVS reviews we decided to contact Shawn at KVS.. This was our first family vacation outside the US so we relied heavily on Shawn’s advice and recommendations to help us choose a location that was close to what we were looking for. Shawn was great with communicating. Whenever my wife or I had question's he was right on it quick to respond. I explained to Shawn that our entire family loves the beach and more than anything else we wanted to be at a location where we can spend the majority of our time enjoying the clear tropical waters. After knowing this, Shawn recommended a hotel in Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. He provided info and personal videos of both the hotel and area. We decided to take his advice and booked our trip through KVS. When we arrived at our hotel, to our dismay, the beach had seaweed nearly 3 feet high up & down the coast, and the water so murky like a light chocolate milk. We were tremendously disappointed to say the least. When I contacted Shawn and told him how bad the seaweed was here he apologized and said his contact in Cap Cana never told him how bad the seaweed was at the time. I really do feel Shawn & Amanda are sincere and perhaps their contact in Cap Cana let them down, but I’m sorry, when a family is spending that kind of money and relying on you as a travel/vacation expert, and is telling you that “thee” most important part of this trip for them is to be in a location with clear blue tropical waters and you don’t do your do diligence to ensure the location you are recommending to a them has the top thing on their list, you have failed them. We ended up spending thousands more to do snorkeling excursions away from Cap Cana just to experience what we were so looking forward to on this trip, that clear blue tropical waters. Making the best out of the situation, we did still enjoy the hotel swimming pools and excellent food. Our rooms were on point. All of this is the reason I’m not giving less of a rating.

Fantastic experience: After watching a few videos on their You Tube page a few months ago, my wife and I called them in regards to vacation planning. I did not expect an email or a phone call back that quickly, but within an hour he returned our call. We explained to them the problems we were having with our current travel agent and our desire to look for someone that would be more open and willing to listen to our interests. Fantastic experience: After having to reschedule our vacation in October due to a hurricane that hit our booked resort, I was researching a hotel we were interested in and came across a YouTube video of Shawn and Amanda doing a room tour. It was just what we were looking for and I reached out to ask him more information. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and we decided right away that we would go ahead and book our new trip with them. He directed us as to the best type of airport transfers to book...found us great flights and had contacts at our hotel to put in our requests. He set us up at a fabulous resort in Cancun, arranged flights and transportation to and from the airport. He took care of everything which is great and stress free! His videos on YouTube are spot on and we were able to get a tour of our room from them before we ever left. No surprises! During the trip he checked in on us and helped us with some of our questions. To summarize: Shawn and KVS were great and I will contact him for our next trip!

Fantastic experience: Shawn was amazing. He helped us throughout the whole process of booking our honeymoon. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He coached us through the do’s and don’ts at the resort as well as walked us through any questions we had about travel. The best thing, however, was on the day we were to leav, I texted him at 4am wondering where our email was with all of the details in it were.. I couldn’t find it. Not too long after I texted him, he responded… I couldn’t believe it. He told me he sent it a long time ago but said he would send it again. I ended up finding the original later on buried in my inbox but I was thankful he went above and beyond for me by helping me out at 4 in the morning. Will be using them again. EDIT: We recently used KVS Travel for the second time for a holiday-family vacation. Shawn and his wife knocked it out of the park again with the service and commitment to ensure we were satisfied. We took a gamble on recently opened resort and Shawn assured us it would be fine. There were some resort related issues but Shawn and his wife went above and beyond to take care of us. We cannot wait to book our next trip with them!

Fantastic experience: Shawn and Amanda with KVS travel were great to work with; super communicative, flexible and responsive when plans changed and our booking needed to be altered. They found us a great room on a fabulous resort at an amazing price. We felt safe and taken care of every step of the way, Shawn even texted to check on us right after we checked in. We had a minor issue with the room on arrival but he got it corrected immediately, with in minutes had a team of people there to get it fixed. I will be using KVS travel for all future trips as their service cannot be beat.
