Positive experience: Driver was impatient and rude. Driver wouldn't let me ride in vehicle after Triple A asked if I wanted to ride with my vehicle being towed. He lied and said his company wouldn't let him. Companies don't tow for Triple A unless they agree to let people ride with their vehicles. It's only one person, but he lied to my face and was disrespectful. I hope to never get that tow company again.

Negative experience: AAA is the absolute worst...I have spent all day since 10am waiting on a tow to have them no sho..no call twice to the be told the earliest they could get someone to Mr is 7:40 pm...I call someone else..took 20 minutes...I want my money back..this membership is a waste of time and energy

Fantastic experience: Great staff! Arrived 10 minutes to the 1730 closing on July 6th and wasn’t sure if there would be enough time to be attended. I was warmly greeted and told, no worries. While filling out the application with a borrowed pen, I commented to the young lady assisting me that the pen was nice, she responded, that I could have it. So, I got a great free pen in addition to the quick and courteous customer service. Thank you!!

Positive experience: Why do this office has to close on the weekend? Most out of States tourists need to get their attractions ticket deals and they've to close Saturday, suck! Now! Nothing will prepare me to MORTAL KOMBAT

Negative experience: AAA trash waited several hours for someone to come . Had them on the tracker hours passed and nothing complete waste of time. Then when we finally call they say there was never anyone coming we used our towing. Already it’s in the policy to go to the website to read it Waste of time . Workers don’t even know what they were talking about.

Negative experience: I don't ever write reviews, but I'm so severely disappointed with Mohammed, who screwed us over with our car insurance. Thought everything was settled and paid for, only to find that a whole MONTH later, our coverage has LAPSED because it wasn't paid for, despite being told that it was. His response? Deal with the insurance company ourselves (a 'third party' and wasn't even to our choosing) or find our own insurance again. Best part, they refuse to give us a letter or ANYTHING to show that we weren't at fault, that we had PAID, and that it was between AAA and the insurance company of THEIR choosing and whatever miscommunication they had between them, they refuse to take responsibility for mistakes that we, as members, have NO control over. I don't know what's going on with the AAA office here in Orlando, but it's not worth it.

Negative experience: IF I COULD GIVE -100 STARS, I WOULD. HORRENDOUS SERVICES, HORRENDOUS MANAGEMENT, JUST HORRIBLE. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT CLAIMS TO BE “EMERGENCY”. IF YOU HAVE 10+ HOURS TO SPEND IN AN UNSAFE, UNKNOWN AREA, THEN BE MY GUEST. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

Negative experience: AAA is not what it's cracked up to be. Never authorized auto pay and lost $103 dollars. Presently reporting to BBB.

Negative experience: My husbands car broke down at 11:30pm after work, AAA said someone would be out at 1:35am. We waited no one came, they gave us the number for the towing company which was located in Ohio and we are in Florida, no one picked up. By 2:30am no one came we called Pep boys and they came to pick the car up by 3am. Finally at 3:35am while on our way home the tow truck called and I said we were on our way home already. My husband has been a member for 4 years and this was the first time he had to use them, wouldn't recommend.

Negative experience: I called AAA to tow my vehicle at 10am but at 2pm I was told by the tow company that the vehicle was towed already. When my vehicle NEVER arrived I reported it stolen. At 10pm the police found out my vehicle was never towed. I called AAA back to finally tow my vehicle it is now 2am the next day and I am still waiting on the AAA tow company to come pick up my car.

Negative experience: Beautiful grounds but the rooms are outdated, falling apart with way too many maintenance issues.The first 2br had a minor flood in the bathroom with soap all over which we woke up to in the morning! The sliding bathroom door was jamming up and was almost impossible to open or close!! The maintenance manager suggested we move units which we did.The next unit wasn't much better, as within a couple of days the ac broke down and caused a wet carpet causing a musty odor. They fixed the ac and used a big blower to help dry the carpet. However this blower was there for the balance of the week. The ice maker also needed to be replaced. To managements credit they gave us a small credit ($25) that we used at the restaurant. Note: For the first half of the week, until Wednesday, the pool was cold! And the hottub was warm not hot! And the jets didn't work until midweek!By midweek these temperatures were adjusted to a better temperature.

Positive experience: Very interesting. Didn't go inside but it was still educational walking around the outside.

Negative experience: Called to inquire about discounts since I am already a AAA member in the Orlando area. I was transferred 4 times and three of the people were extremely rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I have NEVER received such poor and rude customer service as I did today from the Front desk female and the unprofessional male who is supposed to preform notaries. I sat there 30 minutes while there were NO other customers in the store and they were NOT on the phone. No one was doing anything (except talking amongst each other). Finally the 'notary' male gave me an extreme attitude and sat there studying my one page document and drivers license like it was going to be on an exam. Then he goes you need to explain all of this, which I did. He then said Im not signing it. I have gone to local banks and had the exact type of document notarized many, many times without any issues. AND, I said last time I was here you signed the exact same document without all the attitude and I have proof of it. He said I dont have to sign anything I dont want to. The front desk girl then said I need to leave when I asked to speak with a manager. Needless to say I will not be renewing my AAA membership with a company that employes such rude people. I recommend to locals, do NOT go to the AAA Bay Hill branch.

Positive experience: They had extremely hard time pulling up my membership even though I had my card North Carolina and other state need to be more compatible with their information but the ladies was friendly and we did end up getting a job done

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money in this service, once they get your money they didn’t care about you, this is my 3rd year with them and when I need it it’s always a nightmare, I need a tow and have to call 3 times after waiting 3 hours stuck and they never arrive so I have to pay $120 from my own pocket. BEWARE!!! Don’t believe in all the garbage they tell you about their service...

Negative experience: Went in to get a triptic and was given a bunch of maps and told that what I wanted was in their app. Well that turned out to be a lie. The app is virtually unusable. I finally un installed the app after much frustration.

Negative experience: For an insurance company you would think someone who drives a company car would drive better. Driver of a company truck was tailgating. Crossed three lanes of traffic without a blinker and then crossed back immediately after. Almost caused the car accident.

Negative experience: Went to office to buy discount tickets for Kennedy Space center. We bought the tickets but was told that the tickets would be emailed to us and that they could not print them out for us and to go to FedEx down the street to print even though they had printed out our receipt for the tickets! Ay the FedEx we had to email the email to FedEx. Somehow the email got rerouted to to USA.fedex.cd which may be a scam. BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE.

Negative experience: I called AAA roadside assistance 4 time this morning and got a busy signal. I finally got through and have been on hold for 50 minutes. Still nothing. I called the Orlando ( Sandlake office from another phone and inquired about the telephone issues. The gentleman I spoke to at the Sandlake office indicated there had phone issues earlier this morning but they have been cleared up.) This not true; I am still on hold. 58 minutes and counting. The gentleman indicated he could not or would not help me further. Customer no service!!!!!!!!!!!

The town truck was out side o front on me for 20 minute doing nothing because I didn’t answer the phone, wasting my time after 2 hours waiting and waist their time just because

Negative experience: Came here to ask questions about discount tickets and the area, staff was very rude and of no help at all.

Negative experience: aaa (yes I used lower case letters) failed me in Orlando. Left me stranded on the highway for 5 hrs (unacceptable) then stopped corresponding all together when they didn’t have any answers for me. Not only cancelling my premier membership when I get home I’m canceling all three vehicle insurance policies.

Fantastic experience: Our Magical Birthday Celebration almost had an unhappy ending when our van did not start at the Caribbean resort. Called AAA and within 2 hours was fixed and heading home. Shakeem took excellent care of us. Had a battery for our van which carried a better warranty than any Car parts store we have ever gone to. Thank you AAA for coming to our rescue!
