Fantastic experience: The first time I went and took the ride up to winstar was last weekend on Saturday! I actually really like it a lot! Ms. Cece was very nice and very prompt on her arrival and everything! She was super efficient with her time management and an amazing driver! And especially on a rainy Saturday day too! I will be taking another ride with Ms. Cece again!

Negative experience: It’s unfortunate that I cannot rate at this time due to the fact I never took the bus. I became ill the night before and I had to miss my trip. Hopefully when I make another trip, I’ll get a chance to read. Thank you.

Negative experience: 3rd time rider. a much less enjoyable experience than my first two trips!! In that both of those trips did not have me in fear of my physical safety. both times prior to the most recent trip I never felt, ' unsafe ' in the least bit. However, this trip I was already in the ' I'm glad I have new underwear on'. so when the EMT reaches me at least I won't be embarrassed. . We consistently drove between ten to twenty-five miles an hour or more, above the posted speed limit! in both directions! This driver needs to be released, before a tragedy occurs.

Negative experience: There were about 10-12 people in the van going to Winstar this past Saturday 6/8/24 morning. As it was hot on this day with barely no air going @ 9:30am or coming back around 3pm when the sun is hottest. If everyone is paying $45. There should be more air conditioning. I thought that I was going to pass out; please fix the air or turn up the air. The only good comment I have is the female driving the shuttle got us there in a timely fashion.

Fantastic experience: Very nice!! Driver (a lovely lady) was even a little early for the pickup. Excellent driver on I35 which is always a challenge. While I am used to going to Winstar for an overnight, I found the time there to be sufficient for a nice Saturday. Departure was right on time and we were back to the pickup point after another smooth ride. Ronald was also very pleasant and helpful on the phone when I booked the Saturday trip as I had some questions. I will take this trip again and will recommend it to other casino friends!

Positive experience: The driver was amazing it was the details seeing this was my first ever experience on such service that made things alil uncomfortable like I could only find one phone changed plug for passengers. Like the regular riders have unwritten rules about seating & how if one passenger wants air on or off others must suffer through the heat or cold. I wouldn't let any of these issues stop me from doing this trip again or recommending this great adventure to others. Maybe this could helping ppl like me who have been stuck indoors no friends & not great health to get out make real fun memories for themselves... Negative experience: They called and said the van was going to be late! Then they called me back why we were late! They used one van to drop people off to both casinos. I called to verify what time was the PU time, and the guy was, "Didn't you read your reservation?"

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. First time riding shuttle van to Winstar from Fort Worth. The driver, Hilda, was pleasant and she got us to and from Casino safely. Her driving skills were impeccable and I felt at ease as soon as we boarded the van. She was timely and made sure all the riders were accounted for before we departed the Casino. My daughter and I will most definitely be supporting this company again in the near future!

Negative experience: No service on the day in question. I was very disappointed when i received the call that my reservation and pickup at my home, as i was very ready to go to WinStar, as it turned out, my trip was cancelled by CasinoRides. The alternative was, Choctaw Casino was available on Sunday. Its not what i signed up for, and now, i am being asked to rate CasinoRides, with the premess, that the trip to WinStar was cancelled, as I was led to believe. CasinoRides is fortunate, that I rated them with a 2-Star. On Sunday the van was full. There is never any room for my walker, which I use for stability. Dont hate me cause i'm beautful. Well, it is what it is.

Negative experience: Used their service to WinStar back when I lived in Dallas. It was cool. Currently in Austin and thought it was awesome they created an Austin shuttle but I booked several weeks back only to get word days before our upcoming Saturday 1/6 trip that not enough people booked so they cancelled. Not cool. If it was my business I'd honor and give the one person a ride until I did my own promotions and due diligence for the marketing of this not pull out of the trip all together for those that did purchase. Not cool!

Ms Hilka paid attention to details, as we had a low pressue tire, and made sure we had a professional check all the tires, so we would not be stranded. The music was a hit with her and meeting new people since she moved back home from California was too. Of course, the casino was a blast.
